Exclusive - Abhishek Kumar reacts to ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya's entry on Laughter Chefs 2; says 'Aisa portray hojaata hoga that we hate each other but there is...'
Her appearance has caught everyone's attention as it marks the first time she comes face-to-face with her exes, Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel, since their dramatic stint on Bigg Boss 17. Recently, in an exclusive interview with the Times of India TV, Abhishek Kumar and Samarth reacted to their meeting with ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya on Laughter Chefs season 2 semi-finale.
Reacting to the reunion, he said, "It was a very good moment and I was the one who took the initiative to talk to her.
Krushna bhai took us towards Isha to dance on her popular song. Woh gaana kitna viral hogaya hai. She is doing some great work and I feel everyone is doing good job in their respective space. Shayad aisa portray hojaata hoga that we hate each other but there is nothing like that. Nobody hates anyone and we all are somehow connected to each other.
"
He added, "It is a very small industry and kabhi na kabhi ek dusre se takrana hai so we took everything very normally.

Even she (Isha) handled everything in a good way. I would like to tell the viewers to please watch the semi-finale it is going to be an amazing episode."
Samarth dodged the question and chose to refrain from commenting on the topic. Abhishek continued, "We both were comfortable when she came on the show. There was no awkward moment on the show and we knew that she was going to come for an episode, she also knew that she was coming on our show.
So mentally we were prepared and we knew as the creative team had informed us."
Samarth Jurel and Abhishek Kumar, who had a major fallout during Bigg Boss 17 due to their shared history with Isha Malviya, surprised many by mending their differences and forming a friendship after the show ended. Commenting on their newfound bond, Samarth said, "When two people have a clean heart we automatically bond with the other person."
Abhishek added about their bond, "Jab aapko pata hota hai ke ye bhi ussi cheez se guzra hai ek time par toh thodi bahot caring ek dusre ke liye ban jaati hai. We never put any extra effort, we developed a bond automatically with each other. We both have become so comfortable with each other, you can sense that through our interviews also, we know how to react when we are together. Like Sudeshji and Krushna bhai, I feel our bond is also very organic.
It has worked for us."
For the uninitiated, Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya fell in love with each other while working together on Udaariyaan. However, they had an ugly break-up. Later, Isha developed feelings for Samarth Jurel and they started dating, but they broke-up after Bigg Boss 17.

Hansal Mehta says Guru Dutt was 'not a great actor'; Javed Akhtar reveals an unknown fact about 'Pyaasa' movie
Even 100 years after his birth, Guru Dutt 's impact on Indian cinema is still deeply felt. The legendary director of classics like 'Pyaasa' and 'Kaagaz Ke Phool' continues to inspire modern filmmakers such as Sudhir Mishra, R. Balki, and Hansal Mehta . As the film industry marks his centenary, Hansal Mehta shared an honest and bold opinion—he feels Guru Dutt was a much stronger filmmaker than actor. Guru Dutt a better director than actor Speaking at a centenary event honouring the legendary filmmaker, Mehta stated, 'The principal performances in Guru Dutt's films are remarkably not great. This is my personal, unpopular opinion — Guru Dutt himself was not a great actor." Mehta praises Guru Dutt's strength as a visual storytelling Hansal went on to explain that Guru Dutt's true brilliance lay in his mastery of visual and emotional storytelling. According to him, Dutt's strong directorial craft often made up for what he felt were average performances, 'But the craft, the overall cinema of that moment was stronger. It wasn't dependent on that one central performance," he said. He further said, 'It was all the elements of cinema coming together — lighting, framing, the way scenes were staged. When you talk about craft, you often say, 'Arey, performance itna achha nahi hai'. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Free P2,000 GCash eGift UnionBank Credit Card Apply Now Undo You don't notice other aspects of filmmaking." Mehta on the visual impact of 'Pyaasa' While reflecting on Guru Dutt's famous scene in 'Pyaasa', where he stands with arms outstretched during the song, 'Yeh Duniya Agar Mil Bhi Jaaye Toh Kya Hai" plays. Because the cinematic experience is so powerful, it overpowers his own inadequacy as an actor. So, you remember that frame, him standing like Jesus Christ, but as an actor, I found him fairly blank if I look at him. I don't need to because everything else in that is so complete. " Dilip Kumar was Guru Dutt's first choice for 'Pyaasa' In an interesting revelation, legendary writer and lyricist Javed Akhtar shared that 'Pyaasa' was not initially meant to star Guru Dutt. Speaking at an event, Akhtar disclosed that Dutt had first approached none other than Dilip Kumar to play the heartbroken poet at the center of the film's tragic love triangle. Regretted saying no Despite Guru's heartfelt offer, Dilip Kumar turned it down once again, believing it would be impractical to reshoot a film already in progress. Javed shared that the legendary actor later confessed he had only a few regrets in his career and 'Pyaasa' was one of them. Speaking candidly, Akhtar said, 'Dilip sahab told me he repents three films he refused. Baiju Bawra (1952) was one of them — maybe because he couldn't understand the intensity. And 'Pyaasa'. And third, I'm very shyly saying, Zanjeer," Interestingly, 'Zanjeer', co-written by Akhtar and Salim Khan, would go on to become the turning point in Amitabh Bachchan's career. Gina Carano settles 'The Mandalorian' lawsuit; thanks Elon Musk for funding legal battle against wrongful termination of contract

(Photo by Richard Shotwell/Invision/AP, File) Actor Gina Carano has settled her federal lawsuit against Lucasfilm and its parent The Walt Disney Co. over her claim that she was fired from "The Mandalorian" in 2021 for expressing right-wing views on social media. The specific terms of the agreement were not made available. "Ms. Carano was always well respected by her directors, co-stars, and staff, and she worked hard to perfect her craft while treating her colleagues with kindness and respect," Lucasfilm said in a statement. "With this lawsuit concluded, we look forward to identifying opportunities to work together with Ms. Carano in the near future." The two sides stipulated in a federal court filing Thursday that the case should be dismissed with prejudice, meaning it can't be refiled. A judge still needs to formally dismiss it. The case had been scheduled to go to trial in Los Angeles in February of next year. The lawsuit, filed in a federal court in California last year, alleged Carano was wrongfully terminated from the "Star Wars" series after two seasons due to a post likening the treatment of American conservatives to the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany. Her posts were widely criticised online and spurred a trending #FireGinaCarano hashtag. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like If you have a mouse, you have to play this game. I hope to make you proud," Carano wrote in a statement Thursday. "I am excited to flip the page and move on to the next chapter. My desires remain in the arts, which is where I hope you will join me." Carano thanked Elon Musk for helping fund the legal battle. She said, "I want to extend my deepest most heartfelt gratitude to Elon Musk, a man I've never met, who did this Good Samaritan deed for me in funding my lawsuit, for backing my case and asking for nothing in return." The suit had alleged that the 43-year-old actor was fired because she "dared voice her own opinions" against an "online bully mob who demanded her compliance with their extreme progressive ideology. " Carano is a former mixed martial artist who played the recurring character Cara Dune on the show, which launched in 2019 and ran for three seasons. A feature film starring Pedro Pascal and Sigourney Weaver , "The Mandalorian and Grogu," is set for release next summer. Carano had previously been criticised for mocking mask-wearing during the pandemic and making false allegations of voter fraud during the 2020 presidential election.
