Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star addresses rumors she is in a 'lavender marriage'

Daily Mail26-04-2025

Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt is attempting to set the record straight on her marriage to Conner Leavitt.
The 31-year-old mother-of-three took to TikTok with her husband to playfully shake off the rumor that they're in a 'lavender marriage' — a heterosexual union that people use to hide their true sexual orientation.
In the 14-second clip, the Leavitts perform the viral dance to cumbia tune Me Jalo by Fuerza Regida and Grupo Frontera.
'Proof this isn't a lavender marriage,' Whitney wrote across the snippet, jokingly adding 'FWB' in the caption, which is an abbreviation for 'friends with benefits.'
But fans weren't convinced, with one follower writing, 'I'm so sorry babe what was this supposed to achieve?' and racking up more than 43,000 likes.
Someone else added about Conner's enthusiastic delivery of the dance routine, 'Between the spirit fingers and little shimmy I think I'm definitely convinced this is a lavender marriage.'
Others continued to imply that the father-of-three is gay, with one person writing, 'Now I'm convinced this a lavender marriage,' and another agreeing, 'Sis he did spirit fingers at the beginning.'
Another social media user emphatically declared, 'DENIAL IS A RIVER IN EGYPT.'
Last October the couple welcomed a third child, a son named Billy Gene Leavitt.
In addition to Billy, they are also parents to daughter Sedona, five, and son Liam, three.
'We are most excited about having our family complete. We've always wanted three kids and we're so happy everyone's here now,' Whitney told People after giving birth to Billy last year.
She also shared how they chose his name: 'We've always waited to name our children after meeting them, but with Billy, we fell in love with the name immediately — even before meeting him.'
'We loved the gender neutrality in the name since we weren't finding out the baby's gender until delivery, which we've never done before,' the Hulu star added.
Whitney recently shared behind-the-scenes footage from her Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season two photo shoot, which saw her don a demure white dress while posing in a pool

Whitney recently shared behind-the-scenes footage from her Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season two photo shoot, which saw her don a demure white dress while posing in a pool.
Season one of the Hulu series took the streamer by storm, with fans quickly becoming engrossed in the messy lives of a clique of Mormon mothers and wives who had achieved notoriety on TikTok prior to appearing on television.
Whitney and Conner detailed one of their marriage struggles — Connor's porn consumption.
Whitney had previously hid the issue from her friend group as they navigated the fallout from their 'soft swinging' sex scandal.
At the end of the tumultuous inaugural season, Leavitt said she was exiting the drama-filled friend circle, but she is set to return for the upcoming second Hulu installment, which hits Hulu on May 15.

West Lothian Film Festival announces partnership with breast cancer support charity based in Bathgate

Breast Friends and Family emerged as the winner from 30 nominated organisations West Lothian Film Festival has confirmed that its first official charity partner is Breast Friends and Family. The announcement follows more than five months of public voting and 2,164 individual ballots cast, and the partnership will run for the next three years. ‌ Nominations opened in October last year and the public were invited to nominate and vote via social media for local causes they felt deserved recognition and support. ‌ There were 30 organisations in the running, with Breast Friends and Family emerging as the winner after securing more than 700 public votes. Breast Friends and Family aims to support patients through a breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Based on Glasgow Road in Bathgate they provide practical, emotional, and peer support for breast cancer patients across West Lothian. From its office, affectionately known as The Heart, the charity distributes treatment support bags, runs wellbeing sessions, and offers a vital sense of solidarity to those facing diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. West Lothian Film Festival has attracted 306 films — an unprecedented increase from last year's 82 submissions. All submissions are currently in the hands of the 20 strong volunteer judging panel. Festival Director Christopher McPhillips said: 'Every nominated charity had something meaningful to offer West Lothian, and we're grateful to have celebrated them all over the past five months. With 747 votes, Breast Friends and Family clearly resonated with our community, representing compassion, strength, and unity. ‌ 'The people of West Lothian chose them as their charity of choice, and we're proud to use our platform to support and celebrate the incredible work they do. While it's been an honour to spotlight 30 brilliant organisations, we're equally proud to now walk alongside Breast Friends and Family as our official partner for the next three years.' As part of the three-year charity partnership, the festival has committed to: full marketing and promotional support, volunteer days from the festival team, and a dedicated Breast Friends and Family showcase day at each edition of the festival from 2026 to 2028. Hazel Orr of Breast Friends and Family said: 'We were delighted to be nominated. The 30 nominated charities are all worthy charities and community groups, so we knew we faced some strong competition. ‌ 'On first meeting Christopher, we realised that this could be a fantastic opportunity for Breast Friends and Family, with so many ways he could help promote our charity through the film festival as well as his business associates and connections. It made us think about how we connect with our followers through social media, through our own Facebook and Instagram platforms and how we could encourage our followers to like, vote and share posts. 'We grabbed the opportunity offered by the film festival and Condor Entertainment, to go along on one of their media days, to record an interview about how the charity came about and what it provides. ‌ "We loved sharing the finished result. And, we took advantage of the leaflets and posters provided by Artos Digital and Clear Colour, not just taking them to our events but sharing with work colleagues, neighbours, family and friends, at every opportunity. 'Thank you, Christopher, and the West Lothian Film Festival for this fabulous opportunity, thank you to the 2000+ people who voted and to those who voted for Breast Friends and Family. There's also an online fundraiser been set up by the film festival for Breast Friends and Family:

Barron Trump's best friend claims he got ICE to detain world's biggest TikTok star Khaby Lame

One of Barron Trump's supposed best friends has claimed he's responsible for getting the world's biggest TikTok star deported out of the United States. Bo Loudon, a Gen Z MAGA influencer who's previously been pictured with Barron and Donald Trump, said he reported Khaby Lame to Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Loudon's first post on X came June 6 when he wrote that Lame is an 'illegal alien ' in all caps before proclaiming that he has 'been working with the patriots at President Trump's DHS' to deport the Senegal-born influencer. ICE already confirmed Lame was detained at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on June 6, the same day Loudon made his supposed involvement public. Lame, who has over 162 million TikTok followers, overstayed his visa after entering the country on April 30, according to an ICE spokesperson. He was granted 'voluntary departure', a bureaucratic euphemism for being kicked out. 'Serigne Khabane Lame, 25, a citizen of Italy, was detained… for immigration violations,' the spokesperson confirmed in a statement. 'Lame was granted voluntary departure… and has since departed the US.' Loudon, 18, claimed that Lame was detained at Henderson Detention Center, southeast of Las Vegas proper, though its unclear how long he may have been in custody before leaving. ICE has not confirmed whether Loudon was involved in reporting Lame to authorities. has approached immigration officials for comment but did not immediately respond. Loudon has continued to celebrate his alleged role in the TikToker's removal. He made a post Wednesday afternoon denouncing various media outlets' coverage of this incident, who reportedly called him a 'rat' and a 'rat extraordinaire'. 'Why? Because I helped President Trump's DHS deport TikTok's biggest star, Khaby Lame, for being in the U.S. illegally,' he added. 'I wish Khaby well and hope he returns as a LAW-ABIDING citizen.' Loudon also did an interview with Dylan Page, another popular TikToker who has been the 'News Daddy.' In that sit-down, Loudon said he became aware of Lame's immigration status because 'he had worked with a few of my friends and business partners' who said his visa expired years ago. 'I called some people in the administration and they said "we're gonna get on this right quick,"' Loudon said. Lame is best known known for his dead-pan skits reacting to other content on the social media site. Loudon admitted that he doesn't watch much of Lame's content but said Lame has posted videos expressing a 'hatred' for Trump. 'I'm sure he hates him much more now, which is why I posted "far-left" TikToker,' he said. Lame has not commented on his detainment or his removal from the US and has continued to post videos as if nothing happened. As recently as May 5, Lame attended the Met Gala in New York City, where he wore a three piece suit with well over a dozen timepieces attached to his vest. Loudon, from Palm Beach, Florida, is the son of Dr. Gina Loudon, a conservative pundit and former co-chair of Women for Trump in 2020. His father, John Loudon, was a Republican Missouri state senator until 2008. Loudon and Barron Trump were instrumental convincing Donald Trump that it was a strategic advantage to appear on various podcasts popular with young me, including Adin Ross' show.
