George Clooney's wife delighted he's a silver fox again
George Clooney's wife is thrilled he's got rid of his "drug dealer" hair style.
The 64-year-old actor had died his hair black for his run in Good Night, and Good Luck on Broadway but now his stint on stage has ended, George has reverted back to his usual short grey look, and no one could be happier than his spouse Amal Clooney.
Speaking on the red carpet at the Tony Awards at New York's Radio City Music Hall on Sunday (08.06.25), George told People and Entertainment Weekly: 'Oh man, my wife was the happiest person when I came home after the play today and I'd cut all the hair off.
"Because, you know, I looked like a drug dealer with that bad black dye job.'
Good Night, and Good Luck, made history when its penultimate performance on Saturday (07.06.25) became the first time a live Broadway show has been simultaneously televised and George - who lost out on the Best Actor in a Play award to Oh Mary! star Cole Escola - was "excited" that the CNN broadcast allowed "more people see it than just the people in Broadway".
He added: "I thought it wouldn't be bad for other people to be able to see this and see it at home for free.'
The former E.R. star praised Amal - with whom he has eight-year-old twins Ella and Alexander - for her ongoing support and celebrated her as the "bravest human being" he has ever met.
He told E! News of the human rights lawyer: 'I have this incredible partner who I couldn't be more proud of.
"She's the bravest human being I've ever met in my life. I am deeply proud of her and the fact that she's in any way proud of me, if just, I can't believe how lucky I am.'
The couple's twins are hoping their dad can introduce them to Taylor Swift one day, but George admitted he is always amused by the fact the youngsters never recognise the hugely famous people they often cross paths with.
He said:'They want to see Taylor Swift. The funniest part is that they have no idea of references. Robert DeNiro will be at the house and they're like 'Who's that?' They don't care.'
George previously admitted Amal, 47, wasn't a fan of his dark hair and had told him she would be "glad when it's gone".
He told 'Late Night' host Seth Meyers earlier this month: 'It looks like [I'm] going through some horrible midlife crisis. I'm 64 — midlife is a little stretch...
"We do a matinee, and then by the time we go to the Tonys that night, it'll be gone. I may have a shaved head.'

Michelle Monaghan 'craved' return to The White Lotus hairstyle
Michelle Monaghan has been "craving" a return to her White Lotus hairstyle. The 49-year-old actress - who played TV actress Jaclyn Lemon in the third season of HBO's anthology series - loving going blonde for the show and matching her co-stars Carrie Coon (Laurie Duffy) and Leslie Bibb (Kate Bohr), although she had to go back to brunette after filming due to other commitments. However, she told PEOPLE magazine: "I'm craving that change again and that transformation. I just wanted to be lighter and brighter for this summer. "I'm really excited to shed the brunette once again and get to play around with being blonde." Michelle doesn't necessarily want to match Jacyln's look, and she's keen to find a balance between that and her usual style. She added: "I don't think we'll be as blonde as Jaclyn, but I think we'll be somewhere in between." She'll be getting some help from Goldwell colourist Kirby Lago, who thinks a "buttery, warm" vibe is best. Kirby told the outlet: "I'm creating a really soft hazel base and then really popping it with some buttery warm blonde tones. It'll be really nice on her skin tone." She explained that she's using a range of Goldwell products to help, including the "really luxurious" SilkLift range, and both the Bond Pro and Bond Pro II. She added: "That's the thing with blondes now, hair needs to look glossy and healthy. Gone are the days of really over-processed blondes that are a matte porous texture. "It's really important that the hairstylists are taking the steps to nourish and look after the hair as it's lifting. "Now all of a sudden it's, 'Wow, I can go this blonde and it can feel soft and touchable and shiny and I don't need to put [extensions] in. That's a win-win for everybody." Meanwhile, Michelle was surprise by the way the trio's blonde looks caught on with The White Lotus fans. She said: "[Show creator] Mike [White] was like, 'I really want all of you to be a big blonde blob.' "Which is why he wanted me to go blonde. We had no idea that the blonde, [Leslie's] bob, all of the things would take hold in the way that they did."

The Running Man remake could improve on the original, Arnold Schwarzenegger says
Arnold Schwarzenegger thinks The Running Man remake could be better than the original movie. The 77-year-old actor starred as Ben Richards in the 1987 thriller based on author Stephen King's 1982 novel of the same name, though Schwarzenegger believes director Edgar Wright's new take on The Running Man - which will star Glen Powell as the protagonist - has a chance of improving on the first film. Speaking to CBR, The Terminator star said: 'I mean, I love the idea that they're doing a sequel to Running Man, or a remake. 'I don't know what it's going to be, but I mean, because I always felt when we did, Running Man was one of the movies that it did, that it felt like, I think it would have been great if we would have been better prepared for this movie, if we would have had more money for this movie, and if we would have had then ... the visual effects, the technology of visual effects, that they have today, all of those things I wished after the movie came out, I felt like it could have been better. 'It was great, but it could have been better, and I think that they have a good chance now with the new Running Man to make it better. And I hope, for their sake and for my sake, I hope that they will be successful.' The Running Man is set in a dystopian future where the poor are hunted for sport on live TV, and sees desperate contestant Ben Richards enter The Running Man game to earn money for his sick daughter. However, as the odds stack against him, Ben discovers survival means turning the game against its creators. Previously, Powell revealed Schwarzenegger gave him his blessing to play Ben Richards in Wright's upcoming remake of The Running Man - which is slated to hit cinemas in November 2025. The Top Gun: Maverick star told People: 'Arnold gave us his blessing. Patrick Schwarzenegger is a great friend of mine and I asked Patrick if I could talk to Arnold and I hadn't seen Arnold since we shot Expendables in Bulgaria. 'Arnold gave us his full blessing and we get to give Arnold a very specific fun gift from the movie in a couple of weeks here. So I'm very excited to see him.' Director Wright has also teased his take on The Running Man will be a more faithful adaptation of King's novel than the 1987 movie was. Talking about the first Running Man flick on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, the Baby Driver director said: 'I like the film, but I like the book more, and they didn't really adapt the book. 'Even as a teenager, when I saw the Schwarzenegger film, I was like, 'Oh, this isn't like the book at all!' And I think, 'Nobody's [done] that book'. 'So when that came up, I was thinking, and [producer] Simon Kinberg says, 'Do you have any interest in The Running Man?' I said, 'You know what? I've often thought that that book is something crying out to be adapted'. Now, that doesn't mean that it's easy!'

Kate Beckinsale suing Canary Black producers over knee injury
According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Weekly, the English actress suffered a serious knee injury, while filming in allegedly "dangerous and unsafe conditions" on a set in Croatia back in December 2022. Beckinsale argued the scene, in which she was thrown against a wall by another actor, should have been performed by a stunt artist. She also claimed there was minimal padding during some sequences. 'Ms. Beckinsale complained that the scene did not seem safe, and that the throwing of her into the wall was too hard and too dangerous..."
