ServiceNow, Devoteam Partner to Drive CRM Modernization in EMEA

ServiceNow and Devoteam have announced a new multi-year strategic partnership to accelerate CRM modernization across Europe and the Middle East.
The collaboration brings together ServiceNow's AI-powered Customer Service Management (CSM), Sales and Order Management (SOM), and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions with Devoteam's AI-driven digital transformation expertise.
By combining advanced platforms and consulting capabilities, the two companies aim to transform CRM experiences for both customers and employees.
The CRM market continues to grow rapidly. IDC estimates that the CRM space in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa will reach $39.24 billion by 2027. This partnership is designed to help organizations take advantage of that growth with faster innovation and increased efficiency.
ServiceNow and Devoteam plan to deliver end-to-end CRM modernization solutions that meet businesses wherever they are in their digital journey. These offerings will automate workflows, improve service quality, and create more connected customer experiences.
Sebastien Chevrel, Group Managing Director at Devoteam, said the goal is to help enterprises meet rising customer expectations. 'Every interaction should strengthen the CRM strategy,' he noted. 'This partnership helps speed up that process with proven tools and services.'

Devoteam recently received ServiceNow's Elite Consulting & Implementation Partner of the Year and Customer Workflow Partner of the Year awards. The company has helped brands like St. Maclou, Husqvarna, and Konica Minolta achieve successful CRM transformation using ServiceNow's CSM and FSM modules.
With this expanded alliance, ServiceNow and Devoteam aim to deliver measurable value and long-term CRM modernization across the EMEA region.

Early-Stage Startups in Africa Can Apply to Participate Through Aug. 29 ServiceNow Joins as Official Partner NBA Africa ( today announced the second edition of the startup accelerator program that the league launched last year to support the continent's technology ecosystem and the next generation of African entrepreneurs. NBA Africa Triple-Double Accelerator, which awards financial support and mentorship to early-stage African startup companies that develop solutions in the sport and creative industries, will once again be operated by ALX Ventures, a leading technology incubator that provides the continent's tech leaders with access to the skills and tools to launch and scale their startups. NBA Africa also announced ServiceNow, an AI platform for business transformation whose Now Assist and AI agents help organizations deliver faster and smarter experiences at scale, as an Official Partner of the program. Beginning today through Friday, Aug. 29, startups can apply to participate at after which the submissions will be narrowed down to a top 10. The shortlisted startups will then participate in a 10-week mentorship program where they will be paired with mentors comprised of NBA Africa, ServiceNow and ALX leadership, as well as other corporate stakeholders, who will provide guidance to the companies with a focus on product development, business growth and go-to-market strategy. The startups will then pitch their products to international industry leaders at the program's second Demo Day in December, where the top five prize-winning companies will be selected to receive financial support and mentorship. 'Last year's inaugural Triple-Double Accelerator program showed how much talent, passion and creativity there is among African entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of the continent's rapidly growing sport and entertainment industries,' said NBA Africa CEO Clare Akamanzi. 'We look forward to reviewing this year's submissions and to helping another round of promising startups take the next step in their development.' Last year, more than 700 early-stage African startups applied to the program. Ten finalists were then selected to pitch their products to a panel of international industry leaders at the program's first Demo Day at the NBA headquarters in New York City, after which four prize-winning companies – Festival Coins (Nigeria), Salubata (Nigeria), HustleSasa (Kenya) and UBR VR (Egypt) – were awarded financial support and mentorship. These updates aim to help customers automate operations, improve reporting, and strengthen defenses against evolving Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) threats. The enhancements leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate detection and response, offering stronger protection for critical applications and services. The solutions are powered by the ATLAS Intelligence Feed. This feed monitors over 700 Tbps of global internet traffic across more than 500 ISPs and 2,000 enterprise sites in over 100 countries. It provides real-time threat intelligence, enabling NETSCOUT products to mitigate up to 80% of DDoS attacks without the need for additional analysis. According to IDC, 41% of organizations report online attacks, including DDoS incidents, cost them over $100,000. About 5% have reported losses exceeding $1 million. The increasing use of AI/ML in launching attacks underscores the need for automated, intelligent defense systems. New capabilities include: Scoped user access for better data segmentation and team visibility. Automated IP protocol flooding detection and mitigation. Enhanced DDoS dashboards for improved operational insights. On-demand reporting for streamlined communication across security teams. Scott Iekel-Johnson, area vice president of DDoS and threat intelligence at NETSCOUT, said these innovations reflect the company's commitment to helping enterprises stay ahead of complex threats while simplifying management.
