Katy Perry looks unimpressed at awkward lunch with ex Orlando Bloom after his 'gross' overshare

Daily Mail3 days ago
Katy Perry 's face said it all as she joined her ex Orlando Bloom for lunch as the pair continue to put on an united front as co-parents amid their split.
The Dark Horse songstress, 40 - who recently posed for a rare family photo with the Hollywood actor - whisked herself away to the Amalfi Coast to join Bloom, 48, during a short break in her Lifetimes Tour.
It comes as the Lord Of The Rings actor posted about his reunion with Perry in a carousel of snaps on Wednesday - which also included a 'gross' overshare.
Last month, it was reported last month that the two stars separated and ended their engagement after nine years together.
While soaking up the warm sunshine at the Cala di Volpe resort on the Italian island of Sardinia on Tuesday, Katy was seen grabbing a bite to eat with Orlando at an outdoor restaurant.
The singer seemingly held a disinterested expression on her face for the meal while accompanied by other pals.
Bloom could be seen talking as his ex sat across from him at a large table while nibbling on lunch.
The pair were later spotted spending more time at the resort which is surrounded by the scenic Mediterranean Sea.
Perry donned a cream-colored bikini top with a plunging neckline as well as a pair of matching drawstring bottoms.
She layered the look for the day with a pair of dark gray shorts and after laying out under the sun, she added a white dress on top.
Her dark locks were styled into a low up do and the songstress completed the outfit with a pair of fashionable black shades.
Orlando opted for a black printed shirt and black cap for the lunch, but later went shirtless to show off his sculpted physique.
The former couple's daughter Daisy - who turns five next month in August - was also seen with her parents on the Italian getaway.
At one point, Perry could be seen holding a lighthearted conversation with the little one while sitting on a comfy lounge chair.

During the trip, Bloom jumped to his Instagram page to share photos that had captured memorable moments.
One image was taken as he joined Katy for a relaxing boat ride at sunset with their daughter Daisy and his teenage son Flynn, 13 - whom he shares with ex-wife Miranda Kerr.
Perry flashed a cheerful while their daughter was propped up on her father's shoulders. Flynn stood next to the actor while looking out towards the water.
However, the last picture also raised eyebrows from some fans which he seemingly took while sitting on the toilet.
'I'm dead at the last pic,' one wrote, and another added, 'This is lovely - and also that last picture,' followed by laughing face emojis.
In the caption of his latest carousel of snaps, he simply penned to his followers: 'Dump 4 ya,' followed by a white heart emoji.
Other pictures included Orlando posing with Flynn and Daisy as they explored the Amalfi Coast together.
Over the past weekend, Perry flaunted her summer-ready body on a yacht with Bloom.
She was spotted talking to talent agent Michael Kives - whom she also shared an embrace with. Along with the exes and the agent, tech businessman Ben Schwerin was also on board.

'Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life,' the insider said
In late June, it was revealed that Orlando and Katy officially called it quits after dating for nine years.
At the time, a source told Us Weekly: 'Katy and Orlando have split but are amicable,' while also adding that the separation has been 'not contentious' thus far.
'Katy is of course upset but is relieved to not have to go through another divorce, as that was the worst time in her life.'
The Teenage Dream hitmaker was previously married to Russell Brand from 2010 until their divorce in 2012.
The insider further added that the reported breakup had been 'a long time coming' and that their relationship had also been 'tense for months.'
In the wake of the separation, Bloom also flew to Venice to attend the star-studded nuptials between Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.
The actor was spotted mingling with a number of celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Sydney Sweeney.
A separate source recently told DailyMail.com that Katy had been left hurt by Orlando's actions.

However, it appears the performer has brushed aside those feelings while joining her ex-fiance for the Italian getaway
'It's disappointing. It's hurtful and annoying. If he's going to behave like an acting-up adolescent, that's on him. She's going to continue to work and take care of Daisy.'
They added, 'Katy knows that he's free to do whatever the hell he wants to do, she hoped he'd do it a little more discreetly and thoughtfully. So she's disappointed and sad.'

The singer was spotted solo during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday as she made an appearance at the Balenciaga Haute Couture runway show.
Perry put on a stylish display at the star-studded event wearing an off-the-shoulder black blazer dress with a dramatic neckline.
Orlando's son Flynn was also spotted spending time with his father as well as Katy and Daisy
She is also set to resume her tour dates on Thursday in Denver before hitting other U.S. cities such as Phoenix, Anaheim and Seattle; seen in April in Mexico City
Her hair was parted to the side and pulled back into a sleek up do, allowing loose strands to border the right side of her face.

Newly-single Orlando Bloom belts out Oasis hits as he heads to the band's show in Manchester after THAT awkward reunion with ex Katy Perry

Newly-single Orlando Bloom brushed off his awkward reunion with ex-fiancée Katy Perry as he headed to Oasis' reunion show in Manchester on Saturday. The English actor, 48, took to his Instagram Stories on Saturday and shared a video of himself singing along to brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, ahead of their second performance in Heaton Park this weekend. Orlando and Katy, 40, confirmed their split earlier this month as they entered a 'new relationship dynamic', but just days later were pictured together at pals Jeff and Lauren Bezos' honeymoon. The Pirates of the Caribbean star seemed in good spirits on social media as he penned: 'Road to Oasis. Could not be more f'in excited,' while travelling to the gig. 'It's gonna be karaoke all night,' he declared as he flashed a smile at the camera. Another snap showed him smiling and singing along to hit Don't Look Back In Anger in the background, as he relaxed on a boat. Orlando and Katy began dating in 2016 and got engaged on Valentine's Day 2019, before welcoming their four-year-old daughter Daisy Dove into the world. After the couple were trailed by rumours about the state of their relationship, it was widely reported that they have gone their separate ways. Representatives for the pair have confirmed to that 'Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting. They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is - and always will be - raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.' The insider further added that the reported breakup had been 'a long time coming' and that their relationship had also been 'tense for months.' On Wednesday, Orlando posted about his reunion with Perry in a carousel of snaps, after awkwardly jetting off holiday together, despite their split. The former couple's daughter Daisy - who turns five next month in August - was also seen with her parents on the Italian getaway. In the wake of their separation, Orlando had whisked himself away to Venice to attend the star-studded nuptials between Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez this past weekend. Katy, who had been a guest at Lauren's bachelorette party in Paris and was also one of the bride's fellow passengers on the controversial all-female Blue Origin space flight launched by Jeff, was not in attendance. When it emerged that Orlando was going to the wedding alone, Katy's absence was explained away as a scheduling conflict with her Lifetimes tour in Australia. At the wedding, Orlando was spotted mingling with a number of celebrities, including Kim Kardashian and Sydney Sweeney. Fresh from three days partying at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's Venice wedding extravaganza, Orlando headed on board Ritz-Carlton's gleaming 794ft Luminara for its inaugural cruise from Rome. Orlando was also recently spotted cosying up to Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, during a water taxi ride as they headed to the airport following the Amazon founder's wedding this past weekend. A separate source recently told that Katy had been left hurt by Orlando's actions. 'It's disappointing. It's hurtful and annoying. If he's going to behave like an acting-up adolescent, that's on him. She's going to continue to work and take care of Daisy.' They added, 'Katy knows that he's free to do whatever the hell he wants to do, she hoped he'd do it a little more discreetly and thoughtfully. So she's disappointed and sad.' During one of the early shows of her Lifetimes Tour in Mexico City this April, Katy had been seen sobbing while singing her song Pearl about leaving a troubled romance. After news had spread of her split from Orlando, she once again fought back tears while addressing a concert audience in Adelaide, holding her hands in the shape of a heart and saying: 'Thank you, Australia, for always being there for me.'

Nepo baby sons of Hollywood royalty spotted bonding in LA as fans didn't see this duo coming

Two sons of Hollywood royalty shocked fans over the weekend with their unexpected friendship after being spotted out together in Los Angeles on Saturday. Patrick Schwarzenegger — son of Terminator icon Arnold Schwarzenegger — and John Owen Lowe — son of Brat Pack heartthrob Rob Lowe — flashed their megawatt smiles as they hit the streets with a third pal. Patrick, 31, displayed his genetically blessed biceps— no surprise given his father was once Mr. Universe —wearing a black tank top and matching pants as he led the way. John, 29, kept it casual in a navy T-shirt and gray joggers, trailing behind his neon-hatted buddy. The young stars appeared to be in high spirits, exuding confidence and star power as they strolled the sidewalk — with their Tinseltown pedigree shining through. Their outing comes just weeks after proud papa Arnold defended his now-viral comments about Patrick's full-frontal scenes in The White Lotus — including a head-turning mention of his son's manhood. Patrick, 31, displayed his genetically blessed biceps—no surprise given his father was once Mr. Universe—wearing a black tank top and matching pants as he led the way Notably, Patrick's mom is none other than journalist and Kennedy family member Maria Shriver, giving him a double dose of famous genes. And he was clearly embarrassed by his 77-year-old father's commentary during Variety's Actors on Actors interview, posting on June 3: 'Who the heck says weenie?' 'Well I do,' Arnold fired back during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers a few days later. 'In the seventies, that's what you said, you know? But maybe today they call it something else, I don't know. What do they call it now?' 'Weenie still works,' host Seth Meyers replied. 'It still works, right?' Schwarzenegger laughed. Arnold went on to rave about his son's breakout performance in the HBO hit 'Patrick just blew it out of the water. I mean, it was, like, really amazing, what he did on White Lotus, and the amount of attention he's getting now." The former governor added that the fan attention he used to receive is now being redirected — to Patrick. 'Now everything changed. Everything is about Patrick, Patrick, Patrick,' he grinned. 'Women used to give me their cards — now they're asking me to pass them on to him.' Patrick is already capitalizing on that attention. In June, he landed his next big gig opposite fellow nepo baby Margaret Qualley in Love of Your Life, a romantic drama from director Rachel Morrison and Amazon MGM Studios, set to begin filming in Europe this August. 'I love love love this script! Y'all will love this!' Patrick gushed on Instagram. 'Such a beautiful story. So thankful for the opportunity to work opposite Margaret, and with these incredible producers Ryan Gosling and Jessie Henderson and Amazon MGM. Lastly to Rachel Morrison. Can't wait to collaborate with you. Thank you for this opportunity. If you haven't seen her other work — you should!' Meanwhile, the other half of the nepo bromance — John Owen Lowe — has been making headlines with his dad as well. The father-son duo recently sent temperatures rising with a shirtless selfie that showed both men tanned, toned, and flexing for the camera while rocking gold chains. But fans were most surprised by something on Rob — a massive new tattoo on his arm, which seemed out of character for the squeaky-clean star. Rob, ever the smooth talker, shrugged off the buzz to People: 'If you've got it, flaunt it.' 'Every once in a while, you've got to throw it down. You've got to be like, "Yeah, come on,"' he added. 'If you got it, flaunt it, use it or lose it, and it ain't bragging if you've done it. Those are my three go-tos.'

Parks and Recreation star's mic-drop retort to ‘dumb people' who think his Ron Swanson character was a Trump supporter

Nick Offerman has given a comprehensive response to 'dumb people' who have long-since claimed that his fan favorite character on sitcom Parks and Recreation would have been a supporter of Donald Trump. Offerman, who played the gruff, manly, mustachioed Ron Swanson on the show, said that the character was held up by many for 'the wrong reasons' and misinterpreted the Libertarian who was 'cool with everyone.' 'Like, dumb people insist that Ron Swanson would've voted for Trump,' he said in a recent interview with Indie Wire. 'And I don't deign to answer myself. I take it to Mike Schur, the main creator of Ron, and he said, 'Swanson would've despised Trump, because Ron loved capitalism. And Trump made the stupidest move you could make as a capitalist, which is to go into public service.' 'He would think he's an absolute idiot. He would also despise him because he's disrespectful to women and many others. And that's just an example of all the people and value sets that Ron would despise, because Ron is a good person.' Offerman has previously been outspoken about the misuse of his character online. Last month he responded to a homophobic post by Michael Flynn Jr., the son of Donald Trump's former National Security Advisor. On the first day of Pride Month, Flynn Jr. shared an edited clip from Parks and Recreation of Offerman's curmudgeonly Ron Swanson angrily chucking an old computer monitor into the garbage — with the monitor replaced with a rainbow Pride flag. 'Good morning and Happy Sunday! No quotes today. Just wanted to post how I feel about 'pride' month,' Flynn Jr. wrote. 'Ron was best man at a gay wedding you dumb f***. #HappyPride,' Offerman replied.
