Hayden Christensen brings rarely-seen daughter, 10, to Chicago Cubs game — and she looks just like mom Rachel Bilson

Hayden Christensen took his daughter, Briar Rose, out to the ballgame.
The 'Star Wars' actor, 44, and his 10-year-old daughter, whom he shares with ex Rachel Bilson, enjoyed a rare public outing together at the Chicago Cubs home game at Wrigley Field on Friday.
Christensen, who threw out the first pitch, was decked out in Cubs attire just like his daughter, who looked like her mom's mini-me. She wore a Cubs jersey, hat and colorful bracelets.

Later during the game, the pair sang 'Take Me Out to the Ballgame' together for the 7th-inning stretch.
'Alright Cubs fans,' Christensen said into the microphone before he turned to his daughter and added, 'Let me hear you!'

As the duo began their duet, they were briefly interrupted by a jet that loudly flew over the stadium and released blue smoke.
'All right now, let's get some runs!' Christensen said in the mic after the performance.

MLB shared a video of the sweet moment with the caption, 'Hayden Christensen and his daughter sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame at the Cubs game and had their own special (unplanned) flyover 🤣.'
'Gives 'I couldn't find a speeder that I really liked' a whole new meaning,' the league added, referring to Christensen's role as Anakin Skywalker in 'Star Wars.'

The exes have purposely kept Briar Rose out of the spotlight over the years.
'She is so beautifully flourishing and has the support completely surrounding her from every side,' Bilson said about her daughter in an interview with People last year.

'It's so crazy, we're pretty inseparable,' the 'Hart of Dixie' actress continued. 'We have a very, very close relationship. We're not usually ever apart for long. And she talks to me. She is very open and will talk to me about things or what kids say at school or whatever it is, or, 'I felt sad.' It's just really nice that we have that dialogue.'
Bilson also told the outlet that 'everything's in a really good place' in regards to co-parenting with Christensen.

Christensen, for his part, revealed last year that his daughter still hasn't seen 'Star Wars.'
'I was dragging my feet for a while, kind of wanting to hold off,' he said at MegaCon in Orlando, Florida in Feb. 2024. 'But now she's 9 years old and I feel like she's at an appropriate age where I could share it with her.'

I tried the viral Elroel foundation stick — it takes a minute to blend, but it turns from clown white into my skin tone

Every so often, a beauty product goes viral for all the right reasons — and recently, the Elroel Blanc Cover Cream Stick, an innovative color-changing foundation from Korea, has been making the rounds on TikTok and Instagram. Almost magically, its stark-white pigment blends away to match the wearer's skin tone virtually perfectly. While it may seem that the white, almost chalk-like consistency would be too thick or caky for everyday wear, the result seems to be ultra-glowy skin with beautiful, non-patchy coverage and a scarily accurate color match. In other words: the internet's glam-loving girls are going positively feral. Here, I set out to see if the unique foundation stick is worth the hype (or if it's instead a gimmick that's simply too good to be true). It costs $27 on Amazon and comes in six adaptable shades Olivia Rose Rushing/Business Insider The buzzy foundation stick comes in six adaptable shades, from their lightest "200 Fair" to the darkest "205 Deep." As is true with many Korean cosmetic brands, the shade range doesn't encompass as many hues as American ones (think Fenty Beauty's industry-shifting fifty foundation hues). Because of this, I'm unsure if this will work for those with the deepest complexions. I ordered shade "201 Fair." When I first opened the box, I loved how simple and sleek the packaging was. What's more, the ultra-soft built-in brush actually felt like something I would use — especially when traveling with makeup. Upon my first application, the product felt a lot creamier on my skin than expected. I immediately disliked its powdery floral scent — which thankfully doesn't come from any added perfume — it's more likely due to the jasmine and evening primrose oils. Still, the heavy fragrance is my least favorite aspect of the formula. Before and after blending out the color-changing foundation Just like the viral TikTok videos, I couldn't believe how intensely stark white the color was swatched against my complexion (and I'm quite fair to begin with). That being said, it started to blend away relatively effortlessly, slowly but surely revealing an impressive color match that's hard to find in a foundation. While I initially thought that the built-in brush would be a major win, I did find that it took much longer than I prefer to spend blending my base makeup. Because of that, I probably wouldn't use it again, unless I was traveling or in a pinch as it did a good enough job. It matched my skin tone beautifully, but I just can't get past the scent It goes without saying that the color match is almost exact, and with a surprising amount of coverage that doesn't require you to layer more swipes of foundation. And as many have noted online, the final result is a soft-matte finish with a pretty glow that appears healthy and nourished thanks to efficacious ingredients like niacinamide. In that regard: I totally understand the hype. I also loved how this foundation worked well with my current product lineup, like my go-to cream-to-powder blush that's coloring my cheeks. Though honestly, despite its light finish, it was weighed down by the lingering powdery jasmine aroma. The bottom line The Elroel foundation stick does exactly what it promises: it swipes on white, blends into skin for a wow-worthy color match, and leaves you looking youthfully dewy. It never made my skin look too textured or caky, and overall, the formula is lightweight and wears well throughout the day. That said, my main gripes are the limited shade range — especially for those with darker skin tones — and the scent, which is a personal preference but important to note. Because of that, it hasn't replaced my current foundation, though it might just end up being someone else's new holy grail.

Bella Thorne Proposes To Boyfriend, And Women Hate It

Bella Thorne unintentionally pissed a lot of people off by getting down on one knee for her boyfriend-turned-fiancé, Mark Emms. On Saturday, the former Disney Channel star shared a surprising carousel on her Instagram. She captioned the post, "3 years ago we met, 1 year later he proposed, now 1 year later so did I." It was shocking to fans for two reasons: Not only was she showing herself proposing to Mark, but they were even more confused about the action because Mark had already popped the question to her in May 2023. Bella's IG post kicked off with a short clip of her literally getting down on one knee. Not long after, Mark also joined her on one knee, as she asked him to marry her while presenting him with his very own engagement ring. The mood was set with white and red flowers and lit candles spread out throughout the room. The second video showed a different angle of the proposal, where we see an up-close shot of the initial shock on Mark's face and him later breaking down into tears. It was then followed by the after, including a sweet embrace, as well as photos of the decor. And it ended with photos of them together, celebrating the reality that they both wanted to do a grand gesture to profess their love for each other. Well, the romantic moment was clouded by comments from people who were completely turned off by Bella proposing to a man: But there were also people who respected her decision and wanted others to do the same: Bella noticed the comments, but she didn't take them to heart. In fact, she thought it was funny how "split down the middle" the responses were. "Half of u are like let's not normalize proposing to your partner –– other half is like fuck yeah girl power this is the sweetest!!" she wrote on her Instagram Story. Margaret Cho blasts Dean Cain over ICE career: ‘You're not even white'

Superman may stand for truth, justice and the American way, but Margaret Cho has a different way to describe Dean Cain, the actor who once played him: 'dumbass.' 'Why would you join ICE and encourage people to join ICE when your ancestors were interned in World War II?' the San Francisco comic asked in a video shared with her 347,000 followers on Instagram on Aug. 8, addressing Cain directly. 'You're Japanese. You're not even white.' Cain, who is of Japanese descent on his father's side, is best known for his portrayal of the Man of Steel in the 1990s series 'Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,' opposite Palo Alto native Teri Hatcher. He first shared his plans to join the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency while promoting recruitment for the agency on Instagram earlier this month. 'You're never gonna be white, no matter how racist you are, no matter how wrong you act.' Cho continued. 'You're always Wong, never white. Dumbass.' Cho isn't the only one to criticize Cain for his decision. The former onscreen superhero received immediate backlash from fans after sharing his initial video, during which he lauded ICE for arresting 'hundreds of thousands of criminals.' He justified the move with his personal background, explaining that 'I'm a sworn law enforcement officer, as well as being a filmmaker, and I felt it was important to join with our first responders to help secure the safety of all Americans.' Cain added that he will be sworn in as an honorary ICE agent in the coming weeks. Born Dean George Tanaka, he previously denied claims of masking his Japanese heritage in a July interview with Variety, noting that despite growing up disconnected from that side of his family, he is proud of it. 'Tanaka is my given name,' Cain said. 'It's funny that people are like, 'Well, you tried to hide that.' It's tattooed on my ankle.' He also acknowledged that his family was interned in the Minidoka War Relocation Center in Idaho during World War II. 'That was a horrible injustice,' he said. 'But I don't think that I deserve any sort of reparations.' Cain has been a vocal supporter of President Donald Trump for years, promoting the administration's 'anti-woke' agenda and even blasting director James Gunn for describing the hero as an 'immigrant' while promoting 'Superman,' his latest take on the character with David Corenswet in the title role. Cho, the daughter of Korean immigrants, has become known for her candid social commentary since rising onto the scene in the early 1980s. While her views are oftentimes expressed through her comedy, she has also been known to speak out during interviews and on social media. Earlier this year, she opened up about the long-running tensions between her and fellow comic Ellen DeGeneres, detailing their strained relationship over the decades. Cho is set to return to the Bay Area on May 29, for a performance at the Palace of Fine Arts as part of her Choligarchy Tour, which she claims will be her 'most blistering and brutally honest show yet.'
