Still no decision from Jadon Sancho
The English attacker is Gian Piero Gasperini's favorite: the Italian coach strongly wants him to strengthen Roma's offensive department.
The Giallorossi have already reached an agreement with Manchester United for a loan with an obligation to buy for €19 million plus €5 million in bonuses.
However, the player hasn't yet opened up about a move to Trigoria.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Manchester United are pushing Sancho toward the Giallorossi, building on the agreement already reached between the clubs. They'll have to wait a little longer, but the wait won't be endless.
Roma is willing to wait a few days for the Englishman born in 2000 to say yes, then will consider alternatives, especially considering the few days left until the transfer window closes.
Alfredo Pedullà of Sportialia provides further details on the situation.
The journalist explains that in the last few hours, Manchester United called Sancho to inform him that they have accepted Roma's offer.
The Englishman has not rejected the Giallorossi's offer, but is going through a period of confusion regarding his possible departure from the club, an experience he would have liked to have honored differently.

Eagles React to NFL's A.J. Brown Announcement on Monday
Eagles React to NFL's A.J. Brown Announcement on Monday originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown is heading into his seventh NFL season following his team's Super Bowl LIX title in 2024-25. Brown put forth yet another impressive campaign this past season, reeling in 67 catches for 1,079 yards and seven touchdowns — marking his fifth NFL season with at least 1,000 yards and seven touchdown grabs. The NFL recognized Brown's elite play on Monday, naming him the No. 29 overall player on the 2025 NFL Top 100 list. "A big contributor to the Eagles' regular season success and Super Bowl run, Brown has been a reliable target for Jalen Hurts since he's arrived in Philadelphia," Christian Gonzales writes on "Brown was the engine that kept Philadelphia's season afloat with his consistency and deep-threat ability. Ever since Brown was traded to Philly, the Eagles wideout has recorded three-straight 1,000-yard seasons, and now he locks in his third consecutive Top 100 appearance." The Eagles reacted to this news with a post on social media. "AYYY-OOO joins the Top 100 list at No. 29," the team wrote on X. Brown clearly has the respect of his NFL peers around the league. "When the ball is in his hands, he's a playmaker," Denver Broncos tight end Evan Engram said in the NFL's Top 100 video. "His natural ability to just make a play after the catch is really impressive. It's something I study and I try to emulate." This is Brown's third consecutive appearance on the NFL Top 100 list. Last year, he claimed the No. 21 spot. Brown and the Eagles will kickoff their 2025 NFL regular-season campaign with a Week 1 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys on Sep. 4. This story was originally reported by Athlon Sports on Aug 18, 2025, where it first appeared.

Inter Milan & Italy Star Declares ‘When You Lose There Are Two Roads Ahead Of You' – Praises New Coach Chivu + Summer Signings
Inter Milan defender Alessandro Bastoni believes that 'when you lose there are two roads ahead of you' heading into the new season. The Italian international gave his thought to Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews, ahead of the start of the new season. He also praised coach Cristian Chivu and the new summer signings. Inter Milan endured a miserable end to last season. During April, the Nerazzurri were in the running for the Serie A title, the Coppa Italia, and the Champions League. However, Inter bombed out of the Coppa in a 3-0 loss against city rivals AC Milan. Following this, they surrendered their advantage in the Serie A table to Napoli. Inter lost out on the title to Napoli on the final day of the season. They lost by a single point, having squandered their final opportunity to regain top spot in a 2-2 draw against Lazio. Then, Inter's feel-good Champions League knockout run came to an absolutely screeching halt in the final. They lost to Paris Saint-Germain, by a record-breaking 5-0 margin. And then as if all that wasn't enough, Inter also went out of the Club World Cup at the round of sixteen stage against Fluminense. Inter Defender Alessandro Bastoni: 'When You Lose There Are Two Roads Ahead Of You' BERGAMO, ITALY – MARCH 16: Alessandro Bastoni of FC Internazionale looks on during the Serie A match between Atalanta BC and FC Internazionale at Gewiss Stadium on March 16, 2025 in Bergamo, Italy. (Photo by) Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni gave his thoughts ahead of the upcoming season. 'We've never lacked hunger,' he said. 'When you lose, there are two roads ahead of you,' the 26-year-old continued. 'Either you start again, or you give up.' 'We've chosen to start again. And to embrace this project more than ever.' 'We have the desire to bring these colours back to the top,' Bastoni declared. As far as Cristian Chivu replacing Simone Inzaghi at the helm, the Italian international commented that 'with a change in coach, certain habits also change.' Bastoni admitted that 'the training methods are much tougher.' 'He focuses a lot on intensity,' said the Inter defender. 'The work with the ball is much more vertical. He wants to get it to the forwards right away.' 'We still have a few days to get used to his philosophy,' Bastoni said. 'But on a human level, he's been a great surprise.' 'We have no doubt that he'll do well.' Then, Bastoni also declared that 'the new signings all have top quality.' 'They'll definitely give us a big boost.' 'We need fresh blood in this group that's been here for 5-7 years,' Bastoni said. 'Beyond the technical side of things, where obviously they're good – otherwise they wouldn't have come to Inter – what we need is a lot of enthusiasm.'

Deion Sanders revealed strict dress code for Colorado players on campus
Deion Sanders is heading into his third season as Colorado head coach, and amid all the hype and attention, he's still emphasized changing the perception of Colorado football. That apparently applies to how his players present themselves on campus. With University of Colorado set to begin its fall semester this week, Sanders met with his players and walked through an actual dress code he expected his players to follow. He added that the football program would have support staff members on campus to make sure players were both in attendance and in compliance with the dress code. He was clearly serious about it. And that included players taking online classes. Sanders said: "No slides. If I see you with 'em, I'm gonna send people to campus tomorrow. If I see you with slides on campus, it's going to be a problem. If I see you with a hoodie on (up) in class with some headphones on in class, it's gonna be a problem. If I see you sitting in the back of the classroom, it's gonna be a problem. Do we understand that? ... And if you're online — if you have online classes — and you don't have a shirt on, if you have a 'wife beater' on, or have something stupid on that's causing a distraction or you're walking around during that online session, it's gonna be a problem. We good with that, guys?" No slides seems a bit strict, but hey, it's his team. He sets the rules.
