Tammy Hembrow's best friend appears to confirm split rumours between the influencer and her husband Matt Zukowski
Tammy Hembrow and Matt Zukowski have been the subject of split rumours for months, and it appears her best friend may be the one to finally confirm them.
The fitness influencer, 31, recently shared an emotional video to Instagram saying she is going through some 'heavy stuff'.
Though she did not reveal if she had broken-up with her husband, 29, Tammy's friend Isabella Laws was seen liking a post which linked the clip to a potential split.
Isabella also previously made headlines for unfollowing Matt on Instagram, and to this day has still not re-followed him.
Notably, she still follows Tammy's second fiancé Matt Poole, with whom Tammy shares two-year-old Posey - one of her three children.
From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments,
It comes after Tammy admitted she is going through some 'heavy stuff' in an emotional video on Tuesday amid the rampant split rumours about her and Matt.
The influencer struggled to keep her composure as she opened up about challenges she is currently dealing with and thanked her followers for their understanding.
'I just want to say thank you to everyone, I have been dealing with some heavy stuff. I feel like people can tell,' she said.
'I definitely don't like to pretend I am okay when I am not,' Tammy continued as she tried not to break down in tears.
'I feel like I have been trying to do that for a little while because I have so much I have to focus on. I just feel like pretending is doing me more harm than good.'
Tammy added she would not go into detail about what she is going through, but asked her followers to be 'kind'.
'Reminder to be kind always. Everyone has something they're going through, so big hugs to anyone that needs it right now,' she added.
In the video, she was not wearing her wedding and engagement rings.
She later admitted she couldn't get through the clip and posted a final thank you to her 'online community' for being there for her.
Just hours earlier Tammy shared a cryptic post saying 'when something feels off it is usually women's intuition'.
Meanwhile, husband Matt has also ramped up rumours his whirlwind romance with Tammy may be over after posting footage of himself going to the movies solo.
Fans also noticed he was absent from Tammy's 31st birthday celebrations.
Sources close to the couple previously told Daily Mail Australia the pair are 'on a break', with Matt relocating back to Melbourne.
'Matt and Tammy are on a break. They're not saying it's over for good, but for now they're taking time apart,' the insider revealed.
'They're both emotional people, and they've decided to put their marriage on pause for now.'
Tammy and Matt began dating in mid-2023, after he slid into her DMs, and were engaged just three months later.
They tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay in November.

She currently works as a model and influencer and is signed to Uno models. Cindy always wanted to be a model and it was when a certain celebrity got involved that her dreams came true. When did Dele Alli and Cindy Kimberly split? It is believed that the couple has separated after Cindy removed all traces of Dele from her Instagram account. The stunning model has also unfollowed the former Tottenham player on Instagram, and yet Dele continues to follow Cindy on social media and has kept the posts of romantic pictures of them together. Rumours surrounding the split came after Dele was spotted on holiday in Ibiza with Amsterdam-based model Parmida Shahbazy while Cindy was working in Morocco. It was reminiscent of the first days of their romance when Chris jetted home from the States after a week-long stay, leaving JoJo in tears. They're confident they can weather long distance though. JoJo insisted she'll never break up with Chris, 32, calling their relationship "earthquake proof". She told Capital Breakfast: "You know what's interesting? As hectic as life is, and as much as that noise goes on, I feel like Christopher and I discovered this beautiful house together. "And this house is earthquake proof, and it's fireproof, and bulletproof. "And you know, we discovered this house and found the keys, and we took the keys and locked ourselves in, and now it's like... You know what I mean? I feel like that with myself, I feel like that with him." Jordan then quizzed JoJo on whether she had found her 'happy place' with Chris. The US star gushed: "Oh my god, absolutely! We're having the best time. He's just the best! "I was saying this to my parents the other day. Like, I'm decently nice; he makes me look like I'm mean! "And I'm like known for being nice, that's the thing. People say to me, 'Oh, you're so nice'. Chris Hughes breaks silence on JoJo Siwa relationship and he's quizzed by Ben Shepherd on This Morning "He makes me we want to be nicer, because he's such a nice human. He's the best egg in the batch! I could never get tired of speaking highly of him, he's just the best." The pair spent time with Chris's parents in the Cotswolds during her stay, enjoying time riding horses. They couldn't keep their hands off each other at times with Chris pictured kissing JoJo on the neck. JoJo admitted she's "shocked" at how close they have become in such a short period of time. Speaking to Billboard, she said: "It blows my mind that 30 days ago I would never have even imagined that I would be friends with Chris Hughes, that's the weirdest thing, much less be one of the closest people too me now in my life who I would die for. "I think its a combination of the shared experience but also in Big Brother, you have no phone, no outside communication, no distraction, nothing. "You only have each other. I love connecting and I love people and when someone comes into your life and you enjoy it, you can tell." 5 JoJo spent a cosy weekend with Chris and his family in the Cotswolds at the weekend Credit: Instagram/Chris Hughes

Meghan's twerking video was so cringey it was like parody – but it did exactly what she wanted, expert says
Meghan's "cringeworthy" twerking video was like a parody - but it did exactly what she wanted, according to a royal expert. Meghan, 43, posted the hospital twerk footage on June 3 to celebrate daughter Lilibet's fourth birthday. 4 The Duchess showed off her dance moves in the delivery room Credit: Instagram 4 The couple resorted to dancing in an attempt to induce labour Credit: Instagram/Megan 4 Even Prince Harry joined in and dropped it down low for the camera Credit: Instagram/Megan However, Bronte Coy, the Royal Correspondent for Australian news site believes the release of the twerking footage was a tactical ploy by Meghan - and a very successful one at that. Speaking on The Sun's Royal Exclusive YouTube series, hosted by our Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson, she called the video "very difficult to watch". "I honestly genuinely had to go to her page to make sure it had originated there because I thought it was a parody," she added. But she believes that Meghan is now in the influencer game and her goal is to get as many eyeballs on her content as possible - by any means possible. Coy said: "She's someone who is now working as an influencer. The direct marketing campaign is to your Instagram audience. "In that respect, I think she's got something like 42 million views on this video, which I think all of us were among them, but everyone I've ever spoken to seems to have been among them." She added: "There are people watching what she's doing. That directly relates, I would assume, to the sales that she's having and eyes that are on her Netflix show and that are going to her website as ever. "It was obviously very difficult to watch, it was quite cringeworthy but you are generating headlines. "That is the aim of people in this space, but then when you compare it to how we would react with the working royals putting out that kind of content, I think it's apples and oranges. because, of course, looking at it through that filter, you think, what are you doing? This is not appropriate." Moment Meghan Markle twerks and dances with Prince Harry before giving birth to Lilibet in rare birthday video Wilkinson credits Meghan's decision to launched her Instagram account on January 1 as the move that kickstarted her move into the influencer sphere. He said: "It started on January 1st with a huge explosion, and it hasn't stopped. It's been on fire all year. "At the end of last year, I was going through all the Sun front pages, and I put them all out on X, to show what had happened throughout the Royal year. "And Meghan wasn't on it. I think she was on once with Harry when Harry was in Canada, at a pre-Invictus Games event. She wasn't there. She wasn't big news last year. "She is big news now because of her Instagram." Coy says the Duchess is now living in a world in which "relevance is currency" - while The Sun's Royal Photographer Arthur Edwards believes Meghan wants to be "the second Gwyneth Paltrow." Meghan has used her Instagram to show snapshots of her family life, as well as sharing details of her businesses and her Netflix show 'With Love, Meghan' which has been picked up for a second series. While the panel agreed that we will be unlikely to see footage of William and Kate in the delivery room any time soon, there was a general agreement that Meghan is now operating in an entertainment capacity rather than a royal one. 4 Royal experts say joining Instagram has set Meghan on the path to full-time influencer Credit: Instagram ITV's Royal Editor Chris Shipp said: "It doesn't matter what people are saying about the video and, of course, some people loved it, other people absolutely hated it, but people are talking about them. He added: "They did say after Harry's book that this was him closing the chapter on looking back all the time. "'We're now going to look forward on our business, Meghan's business,' she doesn't care what people in the UK think about her twerking video in a labour ward four years ago. "She cares about eyeballs, relevance, whether that translates into her business empire." Ship added: "She sees potential in her brand and Instagram is the vehicle to get her that business and that custom and it's all about the United States, it's not about here."
