Jennifer Garner's lover John Miller has 'moved into her mansion'... with a catch ex Ben Affleck must like
, 53, certainly has become serious with her boyfriend of seven years, John Miller, 47.
The 13 Going On 30 actress is so smitten with the CEO and entrepreneur she's allowed him to move into the Los Angeles mansion she shares with her three children.
But there is a catch: the dashing Angeleno lives there only part time.
'John is basically living with Jennifer,' a source told UsWeekly on Wednesday, noting it was only 'part time.'
The site also claimed he moved out of his Los Angeles home after the wildfires ravaged several neighborhoods in the Southern California city, and he has yet to find a new pad.
'He has an office in L.A. and splits his time between staying there and at Jennifer's home,' the source said.
'But he's been staying with Jennifer more often [and] doesn't want to impose, so he's looking for his own place… [and] deciding whether he'll rent or buy.'
Jennifer and John have been dating since 2018.
Garner is also close to her ex-husband Ben Affleck whom she has her kids with: Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13.
Ben bought a house just minutes from Garner so he can be closer to his kids.
There have been rumors that he has fallen back in love with ex Garner after he had his arm around her waist during a paintball session with the kids, but those rumors are unfounded.
He is still trying to sell the $68million mega mansion he used to live in with Jennifer Lopez, whom he divorced earlier this year.
Meanwhile, Jennifer - who is about to go on a summer tour - has snapped up a stunning $21million mansion in Hidden Hills, California near her pals Kim and Khloe Kardashian.
This comes after DailyMail.com confirmed in mid March that Garner is still going strong with Miller. They were seen by a DailyMail.com source getting cuddly date together.
The lovebirds were 'holding hands and kissing' and acting 'very cute with one another' when walking through the Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles.
The PDA session took place in the evening, said the eyewitness.
'They are still going strong and appear to be doing really well,' the source told DailyMail.com. 'They looked happy and at ease like they were a married couple that is thriving. They laughed and smiled at each other. Very cute.
'Both were dressed casually and she had no makeup on, her hair down. He had on a coat and jeans.'
Garner has been in Los Angeles to shoot season two of the Reese Witherspoon- produced series The Last Thing He Told Me with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.
The source added that there was plenty of affection between the two of them. 'They held hands and kissed and looked like a very normal couple with no Hollywood weirdness.'
It was also claimed that he moved out of his Los Angeles home after the wildfires and he has yet to find a new pad. 'He has an office in L.A. and splits his time between staying there and at Jennifer's home,' the source said. 'But he's been staying with Jennifer more often [and] doesn't want to impose, so he's looking for his own place'
She used to be wed to Ben Affleck, who lives near her now; seen in 2013
Garner and Miller quietly began dating after she finalized her divorce from Affleck.
The pair, who reportedly briefly split in 2020, have managed to keep their relationship largely out of the spotlight, apart from a small handful of outings in Los Angeles over the years.
Affleck and Garner tied the knot in 2005 and announced they were separating in 2015. They finalized their divorce three years later.
After photos of Affleck tenderly embracing his ex-wife sent the internet into a frenzy, a source told DailyMail.com that Miller was a bit bothered seeing them 'being touchy-feely.'
'It would get to anyone, but this is nothing new,' the insider said. 'Ben and Jen have a unique relationship, especially for exes.
Last month, insiders shared that Miller struggles with her relationship with Ben, and avoids talking about the actor where possible.
Garner had adopted the role of 'marriage counsellor' to her ex-husband and Lopez in the wake of their shock split last year, with some friends fearing she had been forced to 'play mediator.'
The role did not sit well with Miller, who understands they have children, but reportedly doesn't like sharing her.
'John is trying to deal with Ben and Jen's relationship by mostly staying quiet, but it's very hard to do that,' a source told DailyMail.com exclusively. 'He knows that Ben has to be around as a father and he is more than OK with that, but he wants to be the man in the relationship.
'John only talks about Ben when Jen talks about Ben or when their kids talk about him. He doesn't bring him up unprompted.'
'John respects Ben, but less is more because John wants Jen for himself,' the insider continued. 'He still needs to figure out how to compartmentalize it all.'
Meanwhile Lopez is said to be on good terms with Garner, People reported.
Lopez and Affleck settled their divorce on January 6, however, court documents confirmed the marriage wasn't legally dissolved until February 21.
The exes rekindled their romance in 2021 and got married in 2022, but called it quits in 2024.

(Image: Adran/Aelwyd Penrhyd) Founder of Jennifer Maloney, Adran/Aelwyd Penrhyd said: 'I am very proud of the children. They have done so well. I have been teaching for 49 years, and I will celebrate my fiftieth anniversary next year. 'I first started in 1976, so I have taught lessons to thousands of children over the years. I love seeing the younger children perform, who are as young as four years old, and it gives them a lot of confidence. I feel so proud to see them on the stage. 'At the same time, when I see the older students perform who range from 17 to 25 years old, I find it overwhelming because I have taught them since the age of four and I'm proud to see them dance to such a high standard. It gives me so much pleasure. 'I am 74 years old this year, but I have such a good team with me, and I am so grateful for their help. I hope this will continue in the years to come.' We have to ask parents to bring the children to each practice. They love seeing their children on stage. It's a big honour for them. 'The Urdd National Eisteddfod is so important for Welsh culture. It's important for children to keep their Welsh language.' Winners of the under 12 action song. Angelina Jolie's daughter Shiloh reveals new name after snubbing dad Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's child, born Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, is now going by a new name. The 19-year-old appeared at the launch of Isabel Marant's capsule collection with Net-A-Porter on Thursday, May 29, in LA. Shiloh was listed as 'Shi Joli' in the event's press release, according to US Weekly. The name, which excludes her father's surname altogether, is seemingly a shortened version of her new legal name. Shi was credited at the event as a choreographer for a dance routine performed by Keoni Rose and Tako Suzuki to singer-songwriter Luella's new song Naïve. Shortly after her 18th birthday in May of last year, Shi filed documents to drop her famous dad's surname amid her parents' ongoing legal battles. She later announced her intention via an advert in the Los Angeles Times, per California law, and attended a hearing in August. According to People Magazine, the teenager was reportedly granted her wish and was legally allowed to change her name to Shiloh Jolie. Although Brad has not spoken publicly about the decision, an insider claimed that he was 'aware and upset' about the move. 'He's aware and upset that Shiloh dropped his last name,' a source told People Magazine. 'The reminders that he's lost his children, is of course not easy for Brad. He loves his children and misses them. It's very sad.' Shi was born in 2006, nearly a year after her parents started dating. Pitt and Jolie also share children Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16. Shi isn't the only one of her siblings to drop Pitt as a surname; her sister Zahara publicly introduced herself using only her mother's last name when she joined the sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha at Spelman College. Vivienne also appears to have done the same, with her choice revealed on the playbill for musical The Outsiders, with the credits listing her just as 'Vivienne Jolie.' It remains unclear if any of the children besides Shi have legally changed their names. The news of Shi's name change comes after Pitt's revealing interview for the June issue of GQ magazine, in which he promoted his new movie F1 and addressed the finalization of his divorce from Jolie. 'No, I don't think it was that major of a thing,' Pitt said when asked if he felt any relief after the court proceedings finally wrapped up. 'Just something coming to fruition. Legally.' More Trending That legal journey began in 2016, when Jolie filed for divorce after two years of marriage and more than a decade together. What followed was a highly publicised and often acrimonious separation, encompassing custody disputes, property disagreements, and, more recently, a contentious fight over their jointly-owned French winery, Chateau Miraval. While the divorce was officially finalised in December 2023, many of the issues between the former couple continued to play out in court, casting a long shadow over both of their careers and public images. The legal proceedings were punctuated by allegations of abuse, which Pitt has denied. Got a story? Motherwell model encourages others to 'empower in every step' as she aims for Miss Great Britain crown
Jennifer Winter, from Motherwell, is hoping to use the Miss Great Britain platform to inspire others to embrace self-growth, overcome personal challenges and build confidence through stepping outside their comfort zones. A Lanarkshire woman is encouraging others to take a step out of their comfort zone and try something new, as she prepares to compete for a major national beauty pageant title. Jennifer Winter, from Motherwell, is hoping to use the Miss Great Britain platform to inspire others to embrace self-growth, overcome personal challenges and build confidence through stepping outside their comfort zones. The 27-year-old actress and model – who starred as Princess Jasmine in last year's flagship pantomime Aladdin at Ravenscraig Sport Centre – will go up against dozens of other hopefuls at the competition's Edinburgh heat on Thursday, June 5. Now returning for her second year after placing first runner-up in 2024, Jennifer has launched her personal platform, Empower in Every Step, which encourages others to take a leap of faith and step outside their comfort zones. Jennifer said: 'I had never entered a pageant before last year and honestly, I was terrified. 'But it turned out to be the most empowering experience I've ever had. It pushed me in ways I never expected and helped me grow so much as a person. 'Now, I want to inspire others to do the same, whether it's trying something completely new, standing up for themselves, or just taking that first small step outside of what feels safe.' Earlier this year, she launched a limited Instagram interview series called Walk Through It, where she speaks to a range of different women about how they have overcome setbacks they have previously faced in their lives. Jennifer added: 'Walk Through It was born from a desire to show others they're not alone. 'Everyone goes through hardships in life, but it's about finding strength in the struggle. 'Taking small steps to get back to yourself is powerful and I wanted to create a space where women could share those journeys authentically.' Over the last two years, she has also dedicated her time to using her platform to amplify the work of good causes across the country, raising more than £400 for A-Sisterhood – an organisation that seeks to empower, support and protect women worldwide – and over £600 for Cancer Research UK and Alex's Wish. Jennifer continued: 'Fundraising has become such an important part of this journey for me. 'Whether it's raising money or raising awareness, even the smallest actions can make a big impact.' Founded in 2024, the Miss Great Britain Edinburgh competition has enjoyed outstanding success in its inaugural year, with its first-ever titleholder Ava Morgan going on to scoop the national crown at the Miss Great Britain final in Leicester last October. Now, Jennifer hopes to make it a back-to-back win as the next representative for Scotland's capital. She added: 'I was so inspired by Ava's journey. Seeing someone from this very stage go on to win the national title was incredible. 'It would be such an honour to represent Edinburgh, especially as it's the city I work in and love so much. 'To wear that sash and represent a place that means so much to me would be a massive honour. 'It's not just about the crown though, it's about the courage, the causes and the connections you make along the way. 'No matter the outcome, I hope someone out there sees my story and feels brave enough to start their own.' Established in 1945, Miss Great Britain has long been recognised as the UK's oldest pageant, with previous winners including Capital Scotland presenter Amy Meisak and Scottish model and presenter Deone Robertson. *Don't miss the latest headlines from around Lanarkshire.
