WWE Raw results, highlights (Feb. 17): Seth Rollins, Roxanne Perez head to the Elimination Chamber
Everybody loves WWE's Elimination Chamber.
The big, brutal consolation match to the Royal Rumble is equally, if not more, of a fun time. And on Monday's edition of "WWE Raw," we finally got the final two names heading into the March 1 showcase.
Remember, whoever wins the men's Elimination Chamber will go on to challenge Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41, while the women's winner will battle either Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley or Iyo Sky, depending on who wins Ripley vs. Sky next week on "WWE Raw."
Until then, WWE's Monday night main events, in particular, continue to dish out banger after banger.
This intense, maniacal leader Finn Balor is one of my favorite versions of him in recent memory. I dare say since the heights of when 'The Demon' was utilized. You know, until it was utterly ruined in those Roman Reigns and Edge matches. I know that the Edge match at WrestleMania wasn't a booking fault, but still.
The point is that Balor should be picking up more wins for how great of character work he's produced. Realistically, there was no logic behind him getting an Elimination Chamber opportunity against Seth Rollins after losing his tag-team titles and then a match to Damian Priest. Of course, he was going to lose. That's what this guy does.
However, the match slapped, so I'll allow it.

These two always put on a good match. Balor even hit a Pedigree in the early moments of the match. I can't say that was on my 2025 bingo card. Ultimately, we hilariously got a botch on a great sequence when Rollins had Balor in a Sharpshooter before turning it into a Pedigree. Balor didn't kick out fast enough, making the ref hold back. Either way, that would have been a superb finish.
It didn't matter. They still made magic when Rollins ate a Coup de Grace, countering it with a crucifix pin that was kicked out of. Balor locked on a Crossface, they rolled, Rollins escaped and hit the Curb Stomp. Talk about a great save.

If there's one thing that can't be denied, 'WWE Raw's' main events in the Netflix era are delivering. Rollins rounds out the men's Elimination Chamber match, and I'm fascinated to see how he and CM Punk's story continues to unravel.
The Elimination Chamber matches were set on this 'WWE Raw.' Former NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez rounds out the group in what will be her first appearance. She deserves it and is a fresh addition to the stipulation. Unfortunately, we got to her victory via stupid booking.
Raquel Rodriguez was dominant early in her match with Perez and looked strong. I'll repeat: Rodriguez needs to be separated from Liv Morgan because she's better than this sidekick 'enforcer who always loses role.' If we're being sincere too, that role is so bogus. Imagine if that's how Batista was booked in the prime of Evolution. Earlier in the night, there was more discension teased between The Judgment Day as Finn Balor and Rodriguez got confrontational. So, hopefully, it happens soon.

Perez's victory came thanks to a distraction from Bianca Belair and Naomi, who attacked Morgan after the speculation that they had attacked Jade Cargill. Aside from dragging on this Cargill nonsense and making Rodriguez look beyond stupid, this made Perez look weak and like she needed help. That's not an ideal way to build a blatant budding star. How are we supposed to believe she'll even be competitive in a match like the Elimination Chamber after a win like that?
Gunther's comment that he's tired of wrestling people who 'can't lace his boots' is perfect because it is so true, especially against Jey Uso. I'm sorry, not sorry. There are levels between the ropes, and we have seen it.
Overall, Gunther cutting his promo through the concessions and out through the crowd to mock Uso was awesome. "The Ring General" is clearly having fun with the extension of this program. It becomes increasingly apparent each week that Uso will win, though. Everything has been laid out to try and replicate those Daniel Bryan, Kofi Kingston or Sami Zayn moments. Again, the latter was against Gunther, which is kind of brutal. But there's potential to take that somewhere brilliant at WrestleMania 42 in 2026. So, when you think long-term, I think it can be more enjoyable than what we're currently witnessing.
Aw, hell..... 😂😂😂#RawonNetflix pic.twitter.com/NuBoElk6og

Uso eventually came out to prevent Gunther from smashing Pat McAfee because of his faith in Uso. I hope their interactions can provide more than just brawls because I'm burnt out after Owens-Cody Rhodes and the Death Riders doing it every single week.
If the history between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens hadn't been as well told as it is, this sudden intensity would have felt incredibly rushed. But this all calculates to a pleasant crescendo after Zayn opened 'WWE Raw.' He brought up their history and won't be able to forget about what Owens has done.
The passion between Zayn and Pearce was strong in this segment, elevating it as a solid but short opener. Zayn wanted Owens then and there, but they'll head to Elimination Chamber for an unsanctioned match. Because, you know, Zayn can't technically compete since he's kayfabe uncleared. Pearce really is just an insane authority figure, exploiting loopholes and putting his employees in danger. This is how lawsuits begin, Pearce!
It is not official. It's UNSANCTIONED. https://t.co/l4LmOUka0C

Anyway, this program has the potential to seriously deliver and the Toronto atmosphere should be one for the books. However, I have no clue what this means for either man's WrestleMania plans. Elimination Chamber feels like an unreachable bar to set.
Karrion Kross took to the microphone backstage later in the night with Cathy Kelley to keep teasing his odd interest in Sami Zayn. I'm surprised to see WWE is sticking with whatever this is. Kross vs. Zayn at WrestleMania? I don't think I'd hate that, but it would feel like a last resort, considering how Kross has been treated. I'd actually prefer Zayn caving in and joining Kross for some kind of duo, whether a tag team or just partners. There might be something there.
Do you agree with @realKILLERkross? 👀#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/tf5DkO5XdL

1. The overhead lights were a pretty cool addition to the entrance on this show. Sometimes it's the little things.
2. AJ Styles (thankfully) defeated Dominick Mysterio in their match. I thought Mysterio offered up too much resistance for a legend like Styles, but ultimately, it worked out for a clean win and led to a Bron Breakker appearance post-match. Surprisingly, Breakker went for a sneak attack Spear on Styles but missed and crushed Mysterio. Essentially, we'll obviously get Styles vs. Breakker out of this, which is impossible to be upset about.
Bron Breakker just SPEARED Dominik Mysterio and the dogs are BARKING tonight! 💥💥💥#RawOnNetflix pic.twitter.com/2yOaGSX7zx

3. "The Ultimate Fighter 33" was mentioned on "WWE Raw." The MMA crossovers always catch me off guard, but they're welcome.
4. Dakota Kai won a good match against Ivy Nile to set up an Intercontinental title rematch against Lyra Valkyria. At least Kai earned it, unlike Michin on the U.S. title side. This was the right way to do it, and their first match was great. I can't imagine Kai winning the title soon, but Triple H already botched the start of both title mid-card reigns, as I mentioned on Friday.

5. The New Day came out to ask why they weren't thanked for not assaulting Rey Mysterio more than they did last week. These guys are such brilliant heels that I don't know how they didn't make this turn sooner. LWO came out to give them the business in defense of Mysterio, so we'll surely see that match soon or next week.
1. WWE continued to milk the IShowSpeed clout by showing footage from one of his recent streams discussing the Bron Breakker Royal Rumble spear. It was a good viral moment, but no one cares. Lame.
2. I'm aboard the Penta train, and he should win for as long as possible. However, I'm not sure having Pete Dunne continue to lose is the best way to rebuild him after the burial feud with R-Truth. Thankfully, I think we'll get a triple-threat out of this with them and Ludwig Kaiser. But for now, why put Dunne in this spot? He must have pissed someone off.
After recently crowning Renee Paquette as our Uncrowned gem over on "AEW Dynamite," I wonder if WWE took notes and read our recap because Cathy Kelley entered the night and said, "Hold my beer."
Usually, WWE mixes it up with a variety of backstage talent, but this "WWE Raw" was all Kelley, and she showed a lot of personality to enhance her interactions. As I said atop the thumbs-up list, it really is the little things sometimes, folks.
"They doubting me, Jey can't beat him, but who's standing in front of you as the Royal Rumble winner? That's me, and at WrestleMania I'm gonna shock the World again when I become the new World Heavyweight Champion"JEY USO ABSOLUTELY COOKED WITH THIS PROMO 🔥#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/KXY9wtDsWw

The best streaming deals for the week: Find out how to save on YouTube TV, ESPN+ and more
With so many streaming services out there, it can be overwhelming from both a content perspective (so many original shows to binge! And why do the biggest ones always seem to drop at once?) and a budgetary one (so many monthly fees!). If you're trying to find ways to make your monthly bills a little less painful though, you've got a few options. There are all kinds of streaming bundles available right now, so whether you're interested in the best deals on live sports, the best way to watch all your favorite shows, or some combination of both, we can help. (And help save you money in the process.) This week, there are tons of great deals to choose from. From discounts on YouTube TV to sports subscriptions like ESPN+, DAZN, there's something for everyone, and it's all on sale. Oh, and if you think there are no discounts for Netflix, we've got the scoop on how to subscribe to them for less, too. We've narrowed down a list of the best streaming bundles and deals in one place so you can decide which one works best for your viewing habits. Among the best streaming deals this week, you can subscribe to Starz for just $3 per month, get a deal on YouTube TV, or snag a great discount on DIRECTV. If you're a student (and aren't already on a family streaming plan), a few services offer great limited-time discounts, including Max, which offers 50% off their ad-supported plan (so you'll pay $4.99, though the offer is only good for one 12-month period), and Peacock, which costs students $2.99/month. (And note that you can often find a similar deal on Peacock around Black Friday even if you're not a student.) But the best streaming offer for students might just be Hulu's: They offer students a rate of just $1.99/month for as long as you offer proof of enrollment. Some of the best discounts around aren't through special sales, they're through your cell phone provider. T-Mobile offers discounts or free subscriptions to Apple TV+, Hulu, and Netflix (Standard with Ads), Verizon offers discounted $10 subscriptions to the Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+ bundle, a Netflix/Max bundle, and YouTube Premium, and select Cricket Wireless plans get Max (with Ads) for free. If you have or want to switch to Xfinity for your internet or cable provider, you can add a $15 streaming bundle into the mix, the Xfinity Streamsaver bundle, which includes three streamers putting out some of the best original content around: Apple TV+, Netflix (Standard with ads) and Peacock. Xfinity internet plans start at $30/month, bringing your total for the Streamsaver bundle to $45/month (that's $10 of savings vs. subscribing to all those services individually). If you're a Spectrum customer, there's a similar cable and streaming bundle available as well and it won't even cost you anything: If you subscribe to Spectrum and opt for a TV Select cable plan or higher, you'll receive free ad-supported subscriptions to Disney+, ViX, Paramount+, as well as Max, which was just recently added to their offerings.

WWE star The Miz discusses John Cena's farewell tour, says it 'would be incredible' to have one last match
The John Cena farewell tour has taken its twists and turns. The 17-time WWE champion "sold his soul" to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, turned on his fan base and defeated Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41. Since then, Cena has vanquished Randy Orton and aligned himself with Logan Paul entering the WWE Money in the Bank premium live event. There will be endless suitors for Cena's opponents with only a few dates left on his calendar. WWE star The Miz expressed hope he could be one of those challengers. One of the first major feuds for The Miz was against Cena in 2009. He coined his famous catchphrase, "Because I'm The Miz and I'm … Awesome!" And he developed his skull-crushing finale finishing maneuver. The two were even tag-team champions for off of about nine minutes. The Miz defeated Cena to retain the WWE Championship at WrestleMania XXVII. "That would be incredible. I think everyone wants to put their name in the hat to have one final match with John Cena," he told Fox News Digital in a recent interview. "And I do believe that this is his farewell tour." The Miz made one thing clear. He does believe this is the end of Cena's in-ring career. Cena has admitted he can't do the things he used to be able to in the ring. As the end for Cena nears, The Miz said fans should cherish the final moments they get to watch Cena. "I know people are like, 'Oh, he'll be back, he'll be back.' When John Cena says he's done in the wrestling ring, he's gonna be done – wrestling," he said. "I think other things he might be able to do, but wrestling in a ring, I think this is the last year we're gonna see him. "So, I think we should cherish it. We should watch it and enjoy what he's doing. Whether you don't like what he is doing or you do like what he's doing, just sit back and watch because he truly is the GOAT." Ginny and Georgia season 3 ending explained: Theories on what will happen after cliffhanger
*Spoilers alert* Cancel all your weekend plans. Ginny & Georgia series three just dropped, and it's the most binge-worthy season of all. To quickly recap, series two ended with Georgia getting arrested for the murder of Tom Fuller. In peak Netflix drama fashion, the police crashed her wedding to Mayor Paul Randolph and read Georgia her rights during their first dance. As for the final scenes? They closed the show with Georgia at the police station, having her mugshots taken in her wedding dress. Now, with 10 new episodes picking up right where things left off (plus plenty of other intense subplots), there is *so* much to unpack. From whether or not Georgia is convicted of the crime, to where her relationship with Paul stands, the season three content makes for a pretty epic finale. Carry on reading to find out what happens at the end of Ginny & Georgia series three. Sarah Lampert, Ginny & Georgia's creator, recently spoke to Deadline about the series in general and the bombshell ending. She said: "For season three, the question I asked is, 'What would it take to break Georgia?' And I mean that coming from a place of love for Georgia, because I think she needs to break to build. So season 3 was about getting her to a place of being able to build her back differently in season 4." With that, as the season progresses, we see Georgia grapple with her new reality: that she actually might get sent to prison for her crimes. Or at least just one of them. If you remember, at the end of episode four, Gabriel, the private investigator hired to expose Georgia's secrets in series two, tells the jury that he thinks they're dealing with a serial killer. And of course, he's not wrong. But in true Georgia style, she finds a way to potentially change her fate. With the help of Ginny (who makes more questionable decisions than ever this season), the mother-daughter duo convince Georgia's younger son, Austin, to pin the murder on his dad, Gil. Ginny tells her brother that if their mother goes to prison, Gil, who has a history of being abusive, is going to move him away to Michigan. As Ginny puts it, he has to "choose between his mom and his dad" going to prison. After showing Austin a bruise on her arm inflicted by Gil, Georgia adds: "It's a murder trial, we have to give them a murderer." They also create a motive: that Austin overheard Georgia and Cynthia (Tom's wife) talking about how they blocked Gil's apartment application, so that he could be closer to his son. (For those who remember, this is partially true - Cynthia made it happen after witnessing Gil become violent toward Georgia at their kids' school.) Ultimately, Austin decides that he doesn't want to be split from Ginny and Georgia, and takes the stand as the only witness. He commits perjury, telling the jury that Gil was the person responsible for killing Tom. Prior to this, Ginny also convinces Cynthia to go along with this story. At first, Cynthia rejects the idea, but after Ginny blackmails her - she says she has evidence of her and Joe's affair on the cameras at Blue Farm - she concedes. After lying to the jury, Cynthia finds out that Ginny was also lying: the cafe doesn't have cameras, so she couldn't physically prove their affair. Because of this, at the end of the season, we see Georgia walk free. Cue a potential storyline where Cynthia seeks revenge on Ginny. Despite Georgia skipping jail time, the whole charade takes its toll on Paul. And when Georgia makes a truly unforgivable decision - telling Paul she's pregnant with Ginny's positive pregnancy test, which is a whole other story - he finally divorces her. But here's the twist. During the final moments of the last episode, Georgia drinks from a regular milk bottle. Though this sounds like an insignificant detail, Ginny reminds her that this was one of her pregnancy symptoms. The only problem? We don't know who the father is, because Georgia had slept with Paul and Joe around the same time. Err, major cliffhanger alert. In another turn of events, Lampert explained: "I know whose baby she's carrying, but I went into the writer's room this season and I said, 'Here's who the daddy is,'" before changing her mind. The creator also said that Georgia is "single as a Pringle" at the end of the season. As for Ginny, who fell pregnant with Wolfe's baby (the guy from her poetry class), the season ends with her dealing with her relationship with Marcus. During the 10 episodes, we see Marcus struggling with depression and addiction, alongside his on-and-off relationship with Ginny. Though the pair confess their love to each other, Ginny realises that she needs to let Marcus focus on himself before they can be together. We already know that Ginny & Georgia was renewed for season four. So right now, it's unclear whether a season five is on the horizon. However, Lampert said that there is still so much story left to tell. She revealed: "I always thought it would end at season four, just because I knew what the ending was, let's say. But what we're finding in the writers' room for this season is that there's actually more there. "It would almost feel rushed to get to that ending for it to happen in four [seasons]. I'm not Netflix. I can't control whether or not there's a season five, but I would say what we discovered very early on is, oh, there's more story here." Oh, you're killing us here!
