Caitlin Clark hands Lexie Hull a drink during WNBA three-point contest... after teammate intervened on her wild night out
Clark, who is not competing in All-Star events due to a groin injury, was seen enjoying a night out on Thursday as she and her WNBA peers descended on Indianapolis nightclub INVY.
And she certainly kept the party going on Friday as she (at least) twice offered Hull a drink while sitting courtside for the three-point contest.
As seen in a video from the WNBA X account, Clark tried to give Hull a sip of her drink before she competed in the event, with the former Stanford star playfully turning her friend down.
However, Hull later took Clark up on her offer - seemingly after her performance in the three-point contest - as Clark clapped her hands and pumped her first in the air.
Hull, who replaced Clark in the three-point contest, scored a respectable 20 points but did not advance to the final round.
On Friday morning, Clark said on Good Morning America that she would be 'active on the sidelines' during the All-Star events., and that rang true on Friday as she cheered alongside Sophie Cunningham, Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston.
A night before, Boston was seen discreetly taking a drink out of Clark's hands after noticing her teammate's actions were being caught on StudBudz's live stream.
Fans on social media praised Boston, who was drafted with the No. 1 overall pick by the Fever the year before Clark, for looking out for her younger teammate and her image.
At one point in the night, Clark found her way behind the DJ booth with her arm wrapped around the emcee.
When he thrust the microphone in her face and asked if she was 'ready to turn up' Clark let out shout of 'woo' and hoisted her can, which appeared to be a hard seltzer, into the air.
Nonetheless, she appeared to be doing OK the next morning when she and her Fever teammates appeared on GMA.
'I'm feeling good,' she told GMA host Robin Roberts when asked about being ruled out of the game. 'Obviously a lot of this cheers me up.
'It's good to see everybody out here having a really good time…I'll be there. I'm gonna be active on the sidelines. I gotta cheer these two on,' she added gesturing to Boston and fellow Fever teammate Mitchell.
Clark has endured an injury-plagued season for the Fever, missing 10 regular season games, and she hurt herself again on Tuesday while facing the Sun.
The Fever star, who had already missed time with injuries to her left groin and quad, hurt her right groin and later announced to fans that she would be sitting out of All-Star Weekend.

Clark was supposed to be in the three-point contest as well as the All-Star Game, where she was voted to captain her own team.
'I am incredibly sad and disappointed to say I can't participate in the 3-Point Contest or the All-Star Game,' she said in a message posted by the Fever.
'I have to rest my body. I will still be at Gainbridge Fieldhouse for all the action and I'm looking forward to helping (Liberty coach Sandy Brondello) coach our team to a win.'
Fever coach Stephanie White said her star player had imaging done Wednesday afternoon and deferred to the team's training staff for more details, except to say that she considered it good news.
She appeared emotional after injuring herself against the Liberty, as she covered her head with a towel and appeared to be holding back tears.
Clark never missed a game in college or her debut WNBA season, but she's now had four different muscle injuries so far this year.
She missed the Fever's preseason opener with tightness in her quad but played the next day in an exhibition game at her alma mater, Iowa. She then suffered a quad strain against New York on May 24 that kept her out for five games.
Clark returned June 14 and played in five games before suffering another injury to her left groin that kept her out for four contests and the Commissioner's Cup final.

'Lucky' De Minaur saves three match points to lift Washington Open title
July 27 (Reuters) - Alex De Minaur rallied from a set down and saved three match points to claim the Washington Open title with a 5-7 6-1 7-6(3) win over Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the final of the ATP 500 event on Sunday. The Australian number one, who lost the 2018 final to Alexander Zverev, felt he rode his luck to secure his 10th career title and ensure he will enter the top 10 in the world rankings ahead of next month's U.S. Open. The two 26-year-olds exchanged breaks early in the opening set before Spain's Davidovich Fokina seized control by breaking again and closed out the set with the help of some crisp forehand winners. De Minaur responded emphatically in the second set, converting two of four break-point opportunities while holding serve throughout, wrapping up the set in just over 30 minutes with an ace to level the contest. The Spaniard looked on course for his first career title when he broke to grab the lead in the decider but he failed to serve out the match at 5-3, sending a forehand long to hand the break back to seventh seed De Minaur. Davidovich Fokina's frustration mounted as the 12th seed squandered three match points on De Minaur's serve, and the Australian then capitalised on a series of unforced errors in the tiebreak to edge the contest. "I came here in 2018 and it gave me so much confidence, so I'm so happy that I was able to come back and end up winning the title," De Minaur said at the trophy presentation. "Alejandro, you're way too good not to have one of these, it's coming for sure," he added, gesturing to the trophy. "You deserved it today, I just got lucky. You are a hell of a competitor, hell of a player. No one on the tour wants to play you. And this is not the end, this is only going on for you." Davidovich Fokina recalled that he had required a wild card to play in the U.S. capital last year and was pleased to have at least guaranteed a rise to a career high world number 19 when the rankings are updated on Monday. "He deserved the win, he was fighting every ... ball, he was always pushing through my limits," Davidovich Fokina said. "We had a job to do before we started the year, to be at the middle of the year in the top 20. This week we did it, just not with the trophy. But for sure, we will keep going, pushing our limits, pushing harder."

Twins All-Star OF Byron Buxton (rib cartilage) day-to-day
July 28 - Minnesota Twins All-Star center fielder Byron Buxton has cartilage irritation in his rib cage and his status is day-to-day, the team announced Sunday. Manager Rocco Baldelli said after Buxton's MRI exam on Sunday that the outfielder will not be placed on the injured list. "It's a good outcome," Baldelli said. "We'll see how he is tomorrow and so on, but to be day-to-day with what he left the game with, it's a good thing. We'll measure him out, get him looked at by the trainers each day, get him a lot of treatment and, hopefully, he'll be back very soon." Buxton, 31, left Saturday's 9-3 loss to the visiting Washington Nationals because of left-side soreness and sat out Sunday, when Harrison Bader started in center field and the Nationals won 7-2 in Minneapolis. Though Buxton has dealt with a spate of injuries throughout his career, the two-time All-Star has mostly been healthy this season except for going on the concussion injured list in May. Buxton is hitting .282 with 23 homers, 59 RBIs and 17 steals in 85 games this season. He has a .343 on-base percentage, .561 slugging percentage and .905 OPS. He is a career .249 hitter with 156 homers and 412 RBIs in 857 games for the Twins since the 2015 season. Buxton earned the Gold Glove for American League center fielders in 2017. Minnesota selected Buxton with the second overall pick of the 2012 MLB Draft. --Field Level Media
