Barnama13-07-2025
IPOH, July 13 (Bernama) -- The Perak Sports Carnival (SUPER) 2025 is the perfect platform to unearth new talent for the Perak contingent for the Malaysia Games (SUKMA) 2026 in Selangor.
State Education, Higher Education, Youth and Sports Committee chairman Khairudin Abu Hanipah said the choice of sports contested in SUPER 2025 - table tennis, volley ball, basket ball, hockey, archery and sepak takraw - was made based on several factors, including the lack of participants from Perak in SUKMA 2024.
'Through SUPER, we have the chance to assess directly the potential of athletes at the grassroots level who may have yet to be exposed to competitive competitions.
