The 46-year-old Manchester legend - who was in Cardiff on Friday night to see his old pals reunite - had his last professional bout in 2012.
But the City super-fan - who was walked to the ring by Noel and Liam for his 2008 win over Paulie Malignaggi - will slide between the ropes once again - 13 years later - to grab a punching pension pot in the desert.
The Gallagher brothers made their triumphant return this weekend after 16 years away and almost as many fights between them as on Hatton's 45-3 record.
The Hitman's opponent, 46-year-old Aldah, was the Gulf's first ever professional fighter.
But, between 2008-2009, he won three fights in Welsh boxing backwaters of Newport and Merthyr Tydfil.
Hatton was due to fly out to Dubai this week to star in Sunday night's big-money launch press conference.
But he suffered an eye injury on his designer sunglasses at the Oasis reunion gig and was not cleared to travel until the injury heals.
The adored two-weight world champion struggled with depression and addiction following crushing defeats - at the backend of a legendary career - against Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
But he - like Frank Bruno - has become a national treasure in retirement and a respected advocate on men's mental health.
The brilliant body puncher hit the headlines last month when he appeared with a shock skinhead.
But the working-class hero revealed he had braved the shave to support the Brain House Children's Hospice.
The Guinness-loving lad explained: 'Head shaved for @brianhousech.
'Won't be keeping the skinhead but it raised a right few quid for charity. So I'm more than happy to stomach it.'

John Stones rakes in cool £13.6m off the pitch despite England star suffering nightmare season with Man City

JOHN STONES has banked a whopping £13.6million from his image rights firm. The Manchester City defender amassed a fortune worth £13,611,422, thanks to his image and endorsement deals. 3 Latest figures for Stanted Promotions Ltd, which John Stones runs with his dad Pete, show the England star made £1.8m in off-field earnings last year — despite just six Premier League starts for City through injury. Stones, 31, has lucrative deals with Nike and online trading broker Axi. He also has a real estate business with properties worth £4.4m. Stones has been tipped to make a shock return to Everton this summer. He left the Toffees in a £50m transfer to Man City in 2016 - at the time making him the second most expensive defender in history behind David Luiz. The centre-back has since gone on to play 277 times for the Cityzens. He has scored 19 goals and provided nine assists. But crucially, his defensive prowess helped the club win 17 honours with him. However, fitness problems have plagued his time at the Etihad and last season he managed just 20 games under Pep Guardiola. These include six Premier League titles, one Champions League, two FA Cups, four League Cups, the Fifa Club World Cup, the Uefa SuperCup and two Community Shields. Boxing legend Ricky Hatton, 46, to come out of retirement - but misses big announcement in Dubai due to BIZARRE injury suffered at Oasis gig

Ricky Hatton is set for a sensational return to professional boxing more than a decade after his last official fight. The former world champion, 46, will face fellow veteran Eisa Al Dah in a middleweight contest on December 2 in Dubai. It marks Hatton's first professional bout since 2012, when he was stopped by Vyacheslav Senchenko in Manchester. Hatton did return to the ring for an exhibition against Marco Antonio Barrera in 2022, but this upcoming clash will be fully sanctioned. Al Dah, also 46, is the United Arab Emirates' first professional boxer, having made his debut in 2007. Hatton was set to fly to Dubai this week for Sunday night's high-profile launch press conference but was forced to stay home after suffering an eye injury from his designer at the Oasis reunion gig, leaving him unable to travel until it heals. The Gallagher brothers made their long-awaited reunion this weekend after 16 years apart. Hatton was famously escorted to the ring by Noel and Liam Gallagher for his 2008 victory over Paulie Malignaggi. Unable to attend the announcement of the fight in person, Hatton joined the press conference via video call to promote the fight. He said 'I'm very much looking forward to it myself, to be honest with you. 'What you're trying to do there for boxing in Dubai is fantastic.' An enthusiastic Al Dah added: 'Trust me, this fight will not be like the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight. 'It will be a true fight, true action. And I will do my best, because everybody in the UAE and the Gulf, they will watch this fight. The place will be sold out and it will be watched around the world.' Hatton is still regarded as one of Britain's greatest and most beloved boxers, having racked up an incredible 43 straight wins before suffering his first defeat at the hands of Floyd Mayweather Jr in their 2007 clash for the WBC and The Ring welterweight titles. During that unbeaten run, Hatton became a multiple-time world champion at super lightweight and also captured a welterweight belt. His defining night came in June 2005, when he toppled Australia's Kostya Tszyu to claim the IBF and The Ring super lightweight titles in a career-best performance. After his loss to Mayweather, Hatton bounced back with impressive victories over Juan Lazcano and Paulie Malignaggi, successfully defending his IBO and The Ring super lightweight belts. However, his reign came to an end in brutal fashion when he was knocked out by Manny Pacquiao in May 2009. That defeat led to a two-and-a-half-year hiatus from the sport, before Hatton made a comeback in November 2012 against Vyacheslav Senchenko — a return that ended in disappointment as he was stopped in the ninth round.

My chinwags with the Oasis brothers: what Noel and Liam Gallagher told me

O asis are back, and I'm cashing in. Cashing in socially, anyway. I haven't (yet) found a way to monetise the fact I have interviewed (separately, eight years apart) both Gallagher brothers. A lot of my colleagues weren't even born in 1995 and were only dimly aware until the reunion was announced of who Oasis were. But they know who they are now, that's for damned sure, because they're the hottest ticket of the summer. There is considerable cachet in being able to say airily, 'What? Old Noel and Liam? Yeah, bagged them both back in the day. One-on-one sit-downs, face-to-face. None of your Zoom nonsense in those days, dear me no.' I tend to gloss over the fact that I had met Noel in 2001 and Liam in 2009 respectively, a few and many years past their (What's the Story) Morning Glory?/Knebworth/feud with Blur heyday.
