Sabrina Carpenter 'treats her pals to a £6,500-a-night villa stay in Tuscany' as she unwinds after hugely successful London concerts amid her world tour

Daily Mail19-07-2025
Sabrina Carpenter has reportedly treated herself and her pals to a stay at a £6,500-a-night villa in Tuscany, Italy, following her hugely successful shows at London's Hyde Park this month.
The pop star, 26, is currently in the middle of her gruelling Short n' Sweet Tour, which has included a European leg and will see her kick off a second North American leg next month.
So it's little wonder she's made the most of her free time, enjoying a stay at the 600-year-old Villa I Busini, reports The Sun.
It's said that the seven-bedroom accommodation boasts a swimming pool, walled gardens and a private chef on hand to whip up a plethora of dishes for the singer and her friends.
MailOnline have contacted Sabrina's representatives for comments.
The Espresso hitmaker recently took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of her Italian getaway, where she was snapped eating pasta and drinking wine while kicking back with her pals.
Clearly enjoying her break after jetting to the Italian region after wowing thousands at her BST Hyde Park shows, Sabrina looked happy and relaxed as she soaked up the sunshine.
In one image, she posed outside next to a large tree in a tiny white crop top and hot pants.
As she bared her washboard abs to the camera, the singer appeared relaxed as she smiled softly in front of meticulously maintained vineyards.
Other snaps showed her walking on a couch in a stunning red gown, eating a bowl of spaghetti al fresco, playing tennis with friends and sightseeing.
Sabrina appeared to be having the time of her life as she enjoyed a spritz, played with a cat wandering outside and crouched on top of a built-in desk in a library.
Her time gallivanting around Europe comes just weeks before she is set to perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago on August 3.
Her upcoming seventh studio album, Man's Best Friend, is set to be released on August 29, 2025.
In October, she'll headline at Austin City Limits Music, before resuming her Short n' Sweet tour in Pittsburgh, not far from her hometown, Quakertown, Pennsylvania.
The actress' final stops include New York, Nashville, Toronto and Los Angeles.
The star's latest post comes after unveiling two alternative album covers for Man's Best Friend following backlash over the original, which depicted her posing on all fours, seemingly being pulled by the hair by a man.
Many were outraged by the provocative visual and debated whether it was a feminist statement or simply for the male gaze.
Sabrina's original album cover was called out by a leading domestic violence charity who accused her of 'reducing women to pets' in addition to various online commentators.
In response, Carpenter released an alternative album cover 'approved by God.'
The second cover was a black and white image of her holding onto a handsome man's arm in the middle of a crowded room.
Last week, she unveiled a third album cover, which showed her surrounded by a bunch of roses while dressed in black lingerie and a sheer nightgown.
For those concerned about the fate of her original cover, the record will still be available.

Frankie Bridge reveals full list of cosmetic work she has had done - including one treatment that almost left her unconscious

Frankie Bridge has revealed the cosmetic work she's had done and revealed how she almost collapsed in an honest post to fans on Wednesday. The former Saturdays singer, 36, took part in a Q&A with her fans while revealing she was on her way to a work commitment. In the back of the car, Frankie passed the time by answering her 1.5million followers' burning questions. One fan - who is the same age as her - asked what 'tweakments' she receives to keep her plump and youthful look as they complimented her. Sharing a close-up selfie, Frankie admitted she finds it 'hard' to answer the question over fears she will be judged. However, she admitted: 'I get Botox and in the process of Polynucleotides for under eyes. Sharing a close-up selfie, Frankie admitted she finds it 'hard' to answer the question over fears she will be judged before revealing her treatments 'I tried under eye filler 100 years ago and didn't like it. Also nearly passed out like three times. Embarrassing. 'I have a little filler in my lips but started all over again last year. Had it all dissolved and now only have a little.' Frankie added that she's had a lip flip a few times, saying: 'Sometimes I like it. Sometimes I promise never again!' Polynucleotides are DNA fragments that have been extracted from salmon or trout sperm, which expedite the body's cell regeneration cycle when injected into the body. Frankie, who is married to former footballer Wayne Bridge, share sons Parker, 11, and Carter, nine, while he has son Jayden, 18, with his ex Vanessa Perroncel. Meanwhile, Frankie is reportedly locked in a simmering feud with Myleene Klass and her former bandmate Rochelle Humes. The women all used to hang out together, with Loose Women hosts Myleene and Frankie attending Rochelle's hen do in 2012. Yet the following year, Myleene is said to have believed she was being 'blanked' by Frankie and confronted her at the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year awards - which is when the pair requested not to work together. However, due to a staff shortage around Christmas last year, Myleene and Frankie ended up on the same Loose Women panel - resulting in an 'awkward' episode with 'minimal interaction'. Meanwhile, Myleene's feud with Rochelle is said to have been sparked after The Saturdays star recently shared a picture of herself on holiday in Ibiza with husband Marvin and Myleene's ex-husband Graham Quinn. Earlier this week it was revealed how Frankie had landed a brand new gig with ITV, which will see her make an appearance on M&S: Dress The Nation. According to The Sun, Frankie will appear on the second series of the show - which is hosted by Vernon Kay and AJ Odudu - as a judge. Over the past few years, Frankie has regularly shared fashion content, including collaborations with brands like Oasis and promotes her Faves newsletter, where she curates her favourite high street edits. Daily Mail contacted ITV and Frankie's representative for comment. Frankie landing the role will no doubt raise some eyebrows, as Rochelle is a long-standing brand ambassador for Marks & Spencer. Despite rumours of a rift between Frankie and Rochelle, the pair recently dropped clues that all was well between them. According to The Sun, Rochelle and Frankie have both been interacting with one another on Instagram by liking several of each other's snaps.

'An electrifying, visceral storyteller': The best Literary Fiction out now: NIGHT OF THE LIVING REZ by Morgan Talty, OPT OUT by Carolina Setterwall, THE COURSE OF THE HEART by M. John Harrison

THE COURSE OF THE HEART by M. John Harrison (Serpent's Tail £10.99, 288pp) Although known primarily for his acclaimed fantasy and science-fiction novels, Harrison has shown little regard for genre in his 40-plus-year career. This disturbing novel, first published in 1992 and now reissued, combines realism with horror and dream logic; parodies convoluted historical narratives and centres on an arcane rite that is never revealed. What is certain is the fallout: 20 years on from the ritual, the novel's unnamed narrator is brought back into the orbit of fellow participants Pam and Lucas, the former crippled by epilepsy and hallucinations, the latter pursued (he believes) by a dwarf. However, it's the moving, desperate efforts the two make to connect with Pam in her torment, increased by a terminal cancer diagnosis, that make the greatest impression. OPT OUT by Carolina Setterwall (Bloomsbury Circus £16.99, 384pp) Opt Out is available now from the Mail Bookshop Swedish novelist Setterwall's autobiographical debut, Let's Hope For The Best, earned comparisons with Karl Ove Knausgaard for its rendering of raw grief and the texture of life. There's an undramatic focus on the mundane in Opt Out too, with the novel spanning the years following a couple's decision to divorce. Businessman John and airline worker Mary have been good together for 13 years – or so John thinks. But having successfully navigated their children's toddlerhoods, Mary now wants something more. It's John, however, who is able to move on, while Mary struggles to negotiate ageing, find purpose and define her role as a mother on new terms. Written in unshowy prose, it's not exactly thrilling, but as we alternate between the couple's perspectives the cumulative effect of their journeys becomes quietly affecting. NIGHT OF THE LIVING REZ by Morgan Talty (And Other Stories £14.99, 100pp) Night of the Living Rez is available now from the Mail Bookshop That's 'rez' as in Native American reservation, which is the setting for Talty's award-winning loosely linked stories (he is himself a citizen of the Penobscot Indian Nation). The macabre and farcical opener, Burn, gives a good flavour – on the way to score some pot, drifter Dee finds his friend Fellis caught in a snowdrift, trapped by his frozen hair. 'I never thought I'd scalp a fellow tribal member,' he dryly observes, having concluded there's no option but to sever Fellis's braid. Other stories take us back to Dee's childhood where he tries to parse the adults around him: his mother; his methadone-addicted pregnant sister; his demented grandmother seeking to avenge a past wrong. Death is never far away, and trauma a standard inheritance, but the action is infused with an antic spirit and Talty is an electrifying, visceral storyteller.
