'All of their early dates were at her home in Los Angeles,' a source tells DailyMail.com.
That home is the A-lister's Bel Air mansion that she purchased in 2012 with ex-husband Justin Theroux for $21M.
'Her home is so big that they had plenty of areas to explore like the main living room, the TV lounge area where she likes to play board games like Monopoly, the backyard, the swimming pool, the Zen garden, it's just wild how big it is. There is also a roomy home gym for workout sessions,' added the insider.

But the main place they bonded was in the kitchen.
'She hangs out in her huge kitchen a lot because there is a huge island with high chairs and a mini living room nearby with a big couch and little fireplace. That is where she lounges with her two dogs Clyde and Lord Chesterfield, who are always by her side,' said the pal.
For meals, Aniston used her personal chefs Jewels and Jill Elmore, who are sisters, to make gourmet meals that are high on protein and vegetables with almost no carbs, which is standard for The Morning Show actress.
'She almost never cooks, her chef is there a lot, and makes her anything she wants,' said the source.
'A favorite is a protein like fish and vegetables, lunch is salads, breakfast is eggs and avocados, snacks are nuts and veggies. There is no dessert as Jennifer is not into sugar, she prefers salty foods. A treat is a martini.'
And the lovebirds love to talk for hours: 'He is very spiritual and she loves to ask him questions about fate and karma. They bounce ideas off each other.'
Many of their dates includes her close pals like Andrea Bendewald, Jason Bateman, Kristin Hahn, Sean Hayes and Courteney Cox.
'Friends drop by all the time, it's an open door, so he got to know them all early on,' said a source. 'They are all funny, so it's a jokefest, I am sure Jim loved it.'

The Bel Air dwelling recently had an intruder but he never got past the front gate and was arrested.
After Aniston and Curtis - who might be dubbed Caniston if the romance persists - got to know each other better, they went to Big Sur for a sweet getaway high on the cliffs above the seashore.
There have also been weekends in Montecito where Aniston has been remodeling a four-bedroom home she purchased recently for almost $15M. The renovations are almost complete.
Curtis posted to Instagram on Wednesday that he is now in Sag Harbor, New York.
Jennifer - who was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 until 2005, and then Theroux from 2011 until 2017 - sparked romance rumors after she was spotted with the life coach on vacation in Mallorca, Spain, during Fourth of July weekend.
The 'transformational coach and master hypnotherapist' reflected on his life journey, including the 'pain', that resulted in his new found 'abundance', 'joy' and 'magic', following his trip to Mallorca, Spain, with the Emmy winning actress.
In his newsletter on July 14 - as per the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column - he wrote: 'I am back from vacation and what an experience!
'When I was sick, sad, stuck and in pain, I never thought I would have the abundance, joy and love I now experience on a daily basis.

'I just took one step, made one decision and the next followed — now I look back and realize, oh! That course, that life change, that pain, resulted in this magic.'
The author - who did not reveal details of his Spanish vacation with the Friends star - added to his followers that 'the same life that brings struggle also brings opportunity.'
Concluding his newsletter, Jim penned: 'The possibility of something better — more aligned, more free, more meaningful — is always here.'
She introduced Jim - who regularly posts inspirational quotes and 'manifestations' to help people find love - to her Horrible Bosses co-star, Jason Bateman, and his wife, former actress Amanda Anka, both 56.
The foursome then enjoyed a yacht trip together.
Aniston donned a sleeveless black top, flared jeans and grey sneakers.
Jennifer completed her look with a wide-brimmed tan-colored hat, jet-black sunglasses and a cross-body bag.

However, this is not Jim and the Hollywood legend's first outing together as the pair were spotted at the five-star Alila Ventana Big Sur hotel in Northern California in June.
Around this time, Jennifer liked Jim's post that read: 'Repeat these affirmations to heal and recover from a divorce, breakup or difficult romance and begin to call in the new empowered, healthy and divine love.'
Jim is the author of Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide: A Workbook for Coding a New Consciousness and The Stimulati Experience: 9 Skills for Getting Past Pain, Setbacks, and Trauma to Ignite Health and Happiness.
Aniston has been sharing notes about 'love' on social media this week
Jennifer - who has been following Jim on Instagram for the past few years - revealed in May that she was reading Shift: Quantum Manifestation Guide.
In April, the We're the Millers actress revealed to Travel and Leisure magazine that she had been hypnotized to overcome her 'extreme fear of flying' - which could suggest that she got help from Jim.
She said: 'I have an extreme fear of flying. But I have been doing some hypnosis lately, and one of the requirements is to remove all of those superstitions.
'I have not been doing the right hand, right foot - and now it's shockingly good!'
The star added that she uses meditation to calm her anxiety during flights.
She said: 'Plugging into a good meditation can get you through.'

Coldplay's jumbotron captures — what exactly? The internet has its theories
It started out as a routine bit of fun at a Coldplay concert: Lead singer Chris Martin asked the cameras to scan the crowd for his 'Jumbotron Song,' when he sings a few lines about the people the camera lands on. At a concert at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts on Wednesday, a man wearing a birthday sash was up first. Two people in banana costumes were highlighted. But in between, something else ensued. For several seconds, a couple was shown on the big screen. They were cuddling and smiling, his arms wrapped around her, as she leaned back into him. When they saw themselves on the big screen, her jaw dropped, her hands flew to her face and she spun away from the camera. He ducked out of the frame, as did she. 'Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy,' Martin joked. But it didn't end there. The video went viral, and the internet got to work. Internet sleuths think they know who the people are The Associated Press could not immediately confirm the couple's identity. But internet sleuths allege he is the chief executive officer of a U.S.-based company, while she is the chief people officer — in other words, the head of human resources. A spokesman for the company did not respond when asked to confirm the identities of the people shown on camera. But he said in an email that a statement circulating online that was attributed to the chief executive was a 'fake from a clearly labeled parody account.' The woman didn't respond to a request for comment on LinkedIn. The man's LinkedIn page appeared to be deactivated, and no other way of contacting him could be immediately found. A phone call to a number listed in an online directory under his name went straight to voicemail. Attempts to reach him through other numbers associated with his name in the directory were not successful. A representative for Coldplay said the band had no comment. Most concert venues warn attendees that they can be filmed It's easy to miss, but most concert venues have signs informing the audience that they could be filmed during the event. Look for them on the walls when you arrive and around the bar areas or toilets. It's common practice especially when bands like to use performances for music videos or concert films. The venue in this case, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, also has a privacy policy online which states: 'When you visit our location or attend or participate in an event at our location, we may capture your image, voice and/or likeness, including through the use of CCTV cameras and/or when we film or photograph you in a public location.' Once captured, a moment can be shared widely In the internet age, such videos — or ones taken on someone's smartphone — can quickly zip around the world. This video rocketed around social media, as people speculated about why the couple dodged the camera.

CEO caught in ‘affair' at Coldplay concert under investigation
A chief executive caught in a suspected affair with a colleague at a Coldplay concert has been put under investigation by his company. Astronomer, a New York-based data company, said its directors had begun a 'formal investigation' after Andy Byron, the company's chief executive officer, was filmed with his arms draped over Kristin Cabot, its HR director, on a 'kiss cam'. When the pair appeared on camera, Ms Cabot covered her face and the pair ducked out of sight, prompting Chris Martin, the band's singer, to suggest they were either 'having an affair' or were 'very shy'. 'Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,' Astronomer said in a statement. 'The board of directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.' Following the incident, concert-goers shared videos of the incident online and footage of the moment racked up millions of views on TikTok. Social media users were then quick to identify the two individuals. Mr Byron is believed to be married, while reports have suggested Ms Cabot divorced in 2022. On her LinkedIn profile, she describes herself as 'an influential leader and fearless change-agent, I lead by example and win trust with employees of all levels'. The woman standing next to the pair in the footage is understood to be Alyssa Stoddard, who also works at Astronomer. She apparently works on Ms Cabot's team having joined the company in early 2025. Reports said that a woman understood to be Mr Byron's wife had changed her last name on her Facebook account. Mr Byron has since deleted his LinkedIn profile. Mr Byron has led the American software company Astronomer for two years according to his LinkedIn profile. Prior to that he held a string of jobs at other US firms. Ms Cabot, meanwhile, joined the company in 2024 as the chief people officer. At the time, Mr Byron described her as 'a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and her passion for fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces makes her a perfect fit for Astronomer'. Ms Cabot said at the time she was 'energised in my conversations with Andy and the Astronomer leadership team about the opportunities that exist here'. The incident comes just months after Astronomer raised $93m (£69.3m) from investors. The company itself is said to be valued at around $1bn. In an appearance on the New York Stock Exchange's live TV channel, Mr Byron said this would fuel its growth into 'hopefully a really big, meaningful company', adding it had plans to expand into Europe and Asia. A fake statement from Mr Byron has been circulating online in the wake of the incident, asking for privacy and appearing to blame Coldplay for the incident. A spokesman for Astronomer told Men's Journal: 'This is not a real statement.'

BREAKING NEWS Embarrassing REAL reason Stephen Colbert's show was canceled after bosses hatched plot while star vacationed
CBS canceled The Late Show with Stephen Colbert because it was losing $40 million a year, it was claimed. Puck journalist Matthew Belloni revealed Colbert's astonishing lack of profitability Friday, hours after CNN first broke the news that the show was canceled because it was in the red. Belloni outlined how The Late Show - whose cancelation was announced Thursday - costs $100m a year to produce, with Colbert, 61, getting paid between $15 million and $20 million a year to host. Colbert beats ABC and NBC rivals Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon in the ratings, but that still wasn't enough to save him. Late night shows have slumped in profitability in recent years as viewers shun the format in favor of streaming services or watching content on their phones. Advertiser revenue has slumped sharply even in the last three years, Puck reported, making it harder to pull Colbert's show out of the red. Colbert was reported to be 'not angry, actually' about his cancelation and was chatting with his staff in a 'matter-of-fact' way before Thursday's show, Puck reported. Colbert, who will broadcast his final show in May 2026, was first informed his show was on the chopping block around July 4, it is claimed. He the went on vacation, giving bosses at CBS time to plot behind his back, CNN reported. Colbert had news of his cancelation confirmed Thursday. He moved to share it as quickly as possible so that his staff would not learn of their impending unemployment via leaks to the press. All three major late night hosts - Colbert, Kimmel and Fallon - have become notorious for their regular rants about President Trump, which many viewers have complained are boring and off-putting. But Belloni said he didn't believe the famously anti-MAGA Colbert was axed to appease Donald Trump, who recently won a $15 million payout from CBS after suing them over a 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris he said was deceptively edited. The axing of Colbert has delighted Trump, who posted about it on his TruthSocial network earlier today. Colbert's ouster could also make it easier for CBS parent company Paramount's efforts to merge with media company Skydance in a deal that must be approved by Trump's Federal Communications Commission. Colbert's axing came just days after he sniped at CBS bosses for settling with Trump, branding the deal a 'big fat bribe.' The Late Show launched in 1993 under David Letterman to compete with longtime late night juggernaut The Tonight Show. Colbert took over from Letterman in 2015 after his retirement. More than three decades later, CBS's entry into the late night sphere sits at the top, with second-best Jimmy Kimmel Live! raking in an average of 1.772 million viewers. Colbert, by comparison, collects an average of 2.417 million. Colbert - who once played a conservative character on Comedy Central's satirical late night program The Colbert Report - often aired jokes at the conservative's expense. Trump celebrated the news of the show's cancellation as a result. 'I absolutely love that Colbert' got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings," he wrote in a Friday Truth Social post. 'I hear Jimmy Kimmel is next. Has even less talent than Colbert,' he added, before talking up right-wing Fox New star Greg Gutfeld. '[He's] better than all of them combined, including the Moron on NBC who ruined the once great Tonight Show,' Trump added, referring to Jimmy Fallon.
