Billi, 37, showed off her toned figure in the chocolate brown two-piece and revealed a sunkissed glow.
She captioned the snap: "Another beautiful day in the ☀️with my family."
This Morning star Lisa Snowdon replied: "Stunning honey" as Towie's Georgia Kousoulou penned: "Body goals".
Other fans chipped in about her ex's relationship news.
One sniped: "Well that didn't last long did, how embarrassing on both of them. Anyways you are glowing & winning at life being a wonderful present mother & looking so happy & healthy you go girl."
Another said: "Darling, you are on fire…The way you've handled yourself and risen above everything has been amazing to see. A warrior mother…Keep slaying, it all works out in the end."
Ex Newcastle United star Andy, 36, started dating mum-of-one Lou last year following his split from Billi with whom he has three children.
Lou, 41, and footballer Andy, who also has two kids from a previous relationship, split eight weeks after he was quizzed by cops following two boozy holiday arguments with tee-total Lou.
The father of five has now wiped all trace of former One Direction hair stylist Lou from his social media accounts.
A friend added: 'Andy and Lou have been having massive rows for a while.
Andy Carroll quizzed by cops twice after bust-ups with girlfriend at packed restaurant and hotel during Greek holiday
'It's been a tough time and now he's back in the UK, he just wants to focus on football and his kids.
'He hates the influencer lifestyle. He has no interest in posing for loved-up pics.'
The source continued: 'Andy got sick of Lou's demands and her influencer lifestyle.
'She's always posting on social media and he hates that. He told her it was over this week. He's single now.'
Until this week, friends thought wedding bells were not far off after Lou gushed about their future.
After rows on holiday earlier this year, they celebrated their one-year anniversary at Glastonbury's luxury £38,000 pop-up hotel.
It was thought Andy was ready to make a fresh start after selling the stunning Essex pad he shared with Billi for a whopping fee in November.
The former West Ham ace had put his Essex pile on the market with an £8.5million price tag
Andy, now with French side Bordeaux, bought the six-bed house in Essex from singer Sir Rod Stewart five years ago for £4.1million.

Love Island's Dejon breaks silence on ‘Surviving Dejon' book written by step-sister who branded him a ‘narcissist'
LOVE Island alum, Dejon Noel-Williams, says he plans to challenge a tell all book slate for release and penned by his sister who had labelled him a "narcissist." During his time in the villa on the ITV2 reality dating show, Dejon came under fire for his controversial behaviour and now his step-sister has added to the chorus of criticism. 4 Love Island's Dejon has spoken out about a book written by his step-sister Credit: Instagram/@capitalxtra 4 Dejon said the book is full of 'untruths' Credit: Instagram/@capitalxtra 4 Dejon's step-sister Niah called him 'manipulative' Credit: ITV His step-sister Niah, who is not biologically related to Dejon but shares a brother with him, has released a book named 'Surviving Dejon,' where she accused him "gaslighting" and "abusive." But Dejon has now broken his silence the ordeal and said Niah's book was full of "untruths" and he planned to take action. The footballer was dumped on day 56 of this year's Love Island, alongside his girlfriend, Meg Moore, whom he said knows him well despite what Niah had to say about him. "There's a lot of untruths and unfair stories that I am challenging at the moment, the most important thing is Meg knows who I am, my family know who I am," Dejon said during an interview on Capital X radio. Dejo then even gave a "shoutout" to previously dumped Islanders Andrada and Billykiss, who were quick to support him once he and Meg left the villa. "They told me, 'Dejon there's a lot of things being said about you, we know that's not you, we know that's not how you are as a person'," he revealed. "So shoutout to them they didn't need to do that." Prior to releasing her book, Niah had posted a series of scathing videos to TikTok where she tore shreds off Dejon's character. In the six minute video, Niah claims that what viewers have seen on TV is an accurate reflection of how Dejon behaves in real life, she began: " So I've decided to speak out because I've been silent for way too long and I know that I will be receiving probably alot of backlash from my family for this. "You guys are all clearly very traumatised from seeing Dejon on TV and seeing everything that he's doing and watching everything play out it seems as though no one is holding him accountable. Love Island's Dejon responds to step-sister's claims that he's a 'narcissist' and 'manipulative' as he insists it's 'false' She went on to say: 'Dejon is a narcissist, he's manipulative. I've been telling everyone this for the past 10 years now but no one believed me. And it's just crazy now that the whole of the UK can see what I've been trying to explain to people for so long." Niah also revealed in a later video that four family members had messaged her asking her to take her video down. "So, yeah, that clearly isn't a coincidence," Niah said speaking on the family messages: "At first, I did consider taking it down, but then I realised why would I take something down when I strongly believe in everything that I said." Dejon then took to his own social media to denounce Niah's video and deny her claims. "I feel like there's a lot of false stories out there about me which are very untrue, unfair and I feel like from that, really big up to my supporters," Dejon told his followers.

Tyson Fury marries for third time as he gushes over wife
Tyson Fury has lavished praise on his wife Paris as he gave fans a glimpse into their third wedding ceremony. The pair chose to renew their vows during a romantic getaway to France, accompanied by their seven children. The couple first tied the knot in 2008 when Paris was just 19 and Tyson was 21. They decided to say 'I do' once more in April 2013, followed by another ceremony this week. Joining the joyous occasion were their children, Venezuela, 15, Prince John James, 13, Prince Tyson II, eight, Valencia, seven, Prince Adonis Amaziah, six, Athena, three and Prince Rico, who is just under two. This comes after Princess Andre declared her independence from her parents following a public spat with Katie Price. Former heavyweight world champion Tyson announced the delightful news on social media, sharing: "Paris and I got married again third time lucky. We had the most beautiful day in sof [sharing a French flag emoji] it holds a lot of special memories for us." He has been effusive about Paris in a series of online posts following their latest vow renewal ceremony. Tyson posted a video of Paris enjoying a swim in crystal clear waters before lounging on a surfboard with their daughter Venezuela, reports the Mirror. The boxer affectionately wrote: "i found a real life mermaid @parisfury loving life and living the dream. if only i could............ ow wait i did! ! ! ! ! ! !". (Image: Tyson Fury/Instagram) Tyson Fury and wife Paris shared an intimate moment as they recreated their first dance (Image: Tyson Fury/Instagram) (Image: Tyson Fury/Instagram) Tyson then shared a tender moment with his wife as they danced together on a balcony with ocean views whilst white petals cascaded around them. The pair embraced before sharing a kiss as Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On provided the soundtrack. Accompanying the romantic footage, Tyson wrote: "our first wedding dance @parisfury totally beautiful event and thank you paris for marrying me 3 times. to love and hold in sickness and in health, #younglove." The couple's romance began at a mutual friend's wedding when she was 15 and he was 18. They've been inseparable ever since, initially tying the knot in front of 400 loved ones before welcoming their first child, Venezuela, in 2009. Paris has stood by Tyson's side throughout the peaks and valleys of his boxing career, as well as during his struggles with excessive drinking and substance abuse from late 2015 onwards. Tyson has openly acknowledged he hasn't been an ideal spouse over the years. "I've not been the best husband in the world," he confessed during his appearance on Gary Neville's programme The Overlap. "I've been far from it. "I've not been the best person in the world," he added. "I've been far from it but I'm happy that I'm back on track and everything's running smooth again. "And to get a woman who's been with you all that time and gone through the bulls***. The good times and the bad times. [For her] to still be there when you don't want to be and when you're being forced away and you're being pushed out, that takes a very strong individual. And like I say, without having that person, [I would] probably want to be dead anyway."
