Sydney Sweeney's Crocodile Corset Blazer Is Revenge Dressing at Its Finest
Sydney Sweeney is offering a masterclass in revenge suiting after breaking up with her fiancé Jonathan Davino last month. Stepping out in support of her hairstylist Glen 'Coco' Oropeza at the Hollywood Beauty Awards, the Eden actress donned a chocolate brown two-piece set complete with a plunging crocodile corset. She simultaneously experimented with the exposed bra trend, letting her black lace lingerie peak out from under her blazer.
The suit came courtesy of Elisabetta Franchi's Fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection, with finishing touches thanks to Sweeney's stylist Molly Dickson. Oropeza, meanwhile, opted for a custom suit from Walter Mendez Atelier, which featured a low-cut blazer with a wraparound ribbon of silk that fell to the floor. He later took home the Sanna Seppanen Hairstyling Award.
"I WON!" the hairstylist wrote on Instagram. "thank you @hollywoodbeautyawards for honoring me and so many others who work behind the scenes...Love you endlessly @sydney_sweeney ♥️ thank you for being by my side, for trusting me, and for being an amazing friend. You truly have a heart of gold."
Oropeza and Sweeney have had a busy week of back and forth travel to New York City and Las Vegas. In the latter city, the actress once again donned a corset for CinemaCon, where she promoted her upcoming film The Housemaid alongside co-star Amanda Seyfried. This time, the look came sans blazer, and featured, instead, a wedding-coded silver sheen and a drop-waist belt.
As for her breakup? While a source recently told People that "things have been rocky for a long time," Sweeney got the last word on Instagram: "only up from here," she wrote.

Brad Pitt Reveals His 1 Condition for Doing a Tom Cruise Movie
Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt haven't shared the silver screen since their 1994 film "Interview with the Vampire." However, it's possible they join forces for another collaboration. During a presentation at CinemaCon in April, Cruise raved about Pitt's upcoming film, "F1." Not only did he say he'll be there opening weekend to watch it, he revealed that he and Pitt used to race go-karts. "Brad's got a new movie 'F1' with Jerry Bruckheimer and Joe Kosinski. I can't wait to see that this summer. I'll be there opening weekend. It'll be awesome," Cruise said. "It's great to see Brad driving. He's a very good driver. Believe me, I've raced against him. When we were doing 'Interview with the Vampire,' we'd go and race go-karts. We'd literally finish and go drive go-karts all night." While at the Mexico City premiere for "F1" on Monday, Pitt responded to Cruise's encouraging words. "He's sweet," Pitt said. "We did have our go-kart days in the early 90s." Pitt then made it known that he's more than willing to work with Cruise again under one condition. The "F1" actor refuses to do any wild stunts that we've seen Cruise perform over the past few years. "Well, I'm not gonna hang my ass off airplanes and [expletive] like that," Pitt told E! News. "So when he does something again that's on the ground. Cruise left moviegoers speechless during "Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning" when he jumped from one plane onto another. If that wasn't crazy enough, the very next stunt featured him free-falling with a burning parachute. He actually did that stunt 19 times, according to "The Final Reckoning" director Christopher McQuarrie. If Cruise wants to work with Pitt again, he'll have to tone down the death-defying stunts. Tom Daley speaks out about his father's death as he admits he 'didn't know who to turn to'
Tom Daley "didn't know who to turn to" when his dad died. The 31-year-old Olympian lost his father, Robert, to a brain tumour more than a decade ago, but he is sure that his dad is still "supporting" him with everything as he goes on in his life and career. He told People: "When he was gone from my life, I didn't really know who to turn to or who to talk to about lots of things. "There wasn't really anyone that would bring it out of me, because my dad was always someone who kind of knew exactly what I was thinking and how I was feeling and knew how to fix it. "He supports me all the way, and if I didn't have his support system, I wouldn't be here now 'cause I wouldn't want to carry on." Tom has sons Robbie, six, as well as two-year-old Phoenix with his husband Dustin Lance Black, and recently admitted that losing his dad was one of the "most difficult" things he has ever had to go through but still takes inspiration from his dad when it comes to his parenting style. He said: "I model lots of my parenting and lots of the things that I do every day around what I learned from my dad. He my biggest cheerleader. He was there for every training session, every competition, and he was a huge part of my life, day in, day out. "Losing him was one of the most difficult things that I ever had to deal with." Yet I was dealing with that in a very public way in the U.K. Looking back on all of that footage was quite challenging to watch because I felt really sorry for the younger Tom that I kind of was just carrying on and putting on a brave face, and I didn't ever want to bother anyone with how I was feeling because I didn't want to ever make anyone else feel uncomfortable." Tom has discussed his life and career at length in the new documentary, Tom Daley: 1.6 Seconds' but admitted that he initially had reservations about speaking about such personal things on camera. He said: "I wasn't sure about doing it initially. You know what? This is something that I would love to be able to then show my kids in the future and be able to be like, 'Look, this is what Papa did. This is the thing that Papa was doing day in, day out' And the things that I did, and be able to get to know the relationship I had with my dad and all of that stuff."
