The presenter, 31, has interviewed a number of stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Billie Eilish and Ben Stiller on her show, which sees her go on a 'date' with celebrity in fried chicken restaurants.
Speaking to Porter about her work on the show, Amelia reflected on interviewing F1 star, Damson Idris - which went viral when fans obsessed over their 'flirty banter'.
The encounter won Amelia over too, as she mused: 'The dream date, really. So charming – deliciously so.
'I love it when the guest flirts back and leans into the idea of it being a date. He definitely understood the assignment.'
Amelia also reflected on her 'dates' with other stars - thanking Jack Harlow for helping her break America with their 2022 chat, while admitting her Louis Theroux interview was a 'pinch me' moment.
She also revealed the stars she is desperate to have on, calling for Nathan Fielder, Miss Piggy, Skepta and Giggs.
Amelia then reflected on the interview that sent the internet into meltdown - her chat with Andrew Garfield in 2024.
The presenter welcomed the newly-single Spiderman legend as the duo discussed various topics, including the 'couple of lovely interactions' they previously had.
Fans had already been sent into a frenzy when Andrew was announced Amelia's next spicy date, with many fans fuelling romance rumours after their 'off the charts' chemistry at the GQ Men Of The Year awards and then Golden Globes.
The duo had gone viral after clips of the pair outrageously flirting at the ceremonies was shared on social media.
During their chat, the actor noted the 'two meet-cutes' had been 'vibey' but things took a more interesting turn when Amelia asked him a difficult question.
The English comedian asked Andrew a Snog, Marry, Avoid question between Tom Holland, Toby Maguire and herself.
'This is unfair!', the Hollywood heartthrob quipped. 'I'd avoid you because I can't do that to either of those guys.'
'I can do it to you -' Andrew said before assuring: 'This is calling flirting, Amelia! This is called flirting!'
Amelia also revealed the stars she is desperate to have on, calling for Nathan Fielder, Miss Piggy, Skepta and Giggs to join her for a date in a chicken shop
Reflecting on the response to the video - which has racked up 12 million views on Facebook - she confessed: 'The hysteria [that came] from that I would not have predicted.'
Comparing the amount of messages she received as the ones she'd expect to receive if she got engaged, she added: 'You're getting all these messages and you just kind of want to put your phone away.'
Amelia previously addressed the Andrew romance rumours in a chat with The Sunday Times Style Magazine, admitting she thinks he is 'great'.
She told the publication: 'We're friends. I saw him at the Oscars and he's a great guy, a great person. We've got such a great dynamic.'
Amelia, who has 3.17million subscribers to her YouTube channel, 4million followers on TikTok and 2.7million on Instagram, is reportedly in talks to land a huge deal with Apple to make her first standalone TV show.
During the new show, the comedian will reportedly bring a number of stars on and chat with them in a similar format that she already does.
A TV insider told The Sun that it was only time before a streamer picked-up Amelia as she continues to have success hosting her show.
The source said: 'Apple knows it will have a ready-made audience for her show, which is expected to drop on the streamer later this year or early 2026.
'Amelia also has a long list of famous fans who've been clamouring to get interviewed by her.
'It's not clear yet exactly what format any new Apple show would take, but it's guaranteed to continue in a similar vein to her previous work which sees her casually and naturally meeting with some of the world's most famous people.
'It was only a matter of time before one of the streamers came along and harnessed her huge social media influence.'

Tulisa claims a police officer mimed oral sex gestures at her when she was on trial for drug sting: 'It felt like I was up there for everyone's entertainment'
Tulisa Contostavlos has claimed a police officer made obscene gestures towards her while she was on trial for a drugs sting. In 2013, the singer was charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, with her trial being held the following year at Southwark Crown Court. Detailing the ordeal in her upcoming book, Judgement, she penned: she 'felt like an animal in a cage, for everyone's entertainment.' Reflecting on the time in a chat with Cosmopolitan, the magazine noted: 'A police officer even mouthed b***job signals at her, while she sat in the dock.' The impact of the trial also left Tulisa with PTSD, with the singer noting that if she had to go through all the coverage of her trial she would 'have a nervous breakdown.' She explained: 'There was, an actual, very serious [suicide] attempt. There was also this moment of real depression where I was driving in my car, hysterically crying, and there was so much trauma that I had an out of body experience. 'It was like my brain was going so nuts that I had to physically detach the two.' A Met Police spokesperson told Daily Mail: 'We are unaware of this allegation from 2016, which has not been reported to us. 'We would encourage the complainant to make a report so we can investigate.' Following the trial, Tulisa spent more than a decade out of the public eye after it was ruled the infamous Fake Sheikh had trapped her in the drug sting. Mazher Mahmood, also known as the Fake Sheik, a former journalist for the Sun on Sunday was jailed for 15 months for perverting the course of justice after he tricked Tulisa into buying cocaine for him while he posed as a film producer. Since she stood on the steps of Southwark Crown Court in 2014 vindicated and condemned the 'horrific entrapment' from Mahmood, Tulisa has remained largely out of the spotlight, save an N-Dubz tour in 2022. She made her career comeback last year with a stint on I'm A Celebrity, in which she opened up about the lasting impact of the trial. Tulisa explained: 'I lost all my endorsements… my life fell apart.' Ahead of appearing in the Jungle, she said: 'There's nothing worse in that jungle than what happened in 2013.' She said: 'Every time I think, you know, this is going to be hard, I think I've done it, I can do it. 'And then I just got to the point, well, going on television again is the most uncomfortable situation I could possibly put myself in. 'And I feel like I've been on this kind of healing cycle for the past 11 years, really, since all the crap, since X Factor, since the trial. 'And this, for me, would complete the cycle, because it's the last thing on the list is this overwhelming fear that I have or have had. I'm not feeling it today, but overall, of this fear of being on especially TV.' The case was brought against Mahmood after Tulisa was accused of arranging for him to be sold £800 of cocaine by one of her contacts following an elaborate sting for the Sun on Sunday newspaper in May 2013. The trial had heard that 'King of the Sting' Mahmood and his driver, Alan Smith conspired to suppress evidence in the N-Dubz star's trial, which was thrown out at Southwark Crown Court in July 2014. During a meeting at the Metropolitan Hotel in London, Mahmood posed as a film producer and plied the popstar with alcohol as they discussed an acting role alongside Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio. As Smith drove the former X Factor judge home to Hertfordshire, she allegedly spoke about a family member who had a drug problem. When he was interviewed by police about the journey more than a year later, Smith, of Dereham, Norfolk, recalled the conversation. But a day later, after speaking to Mahmood and emailing his draft statement, the singer's anti-drugs comments were removed, the court heard. At a pre-trial hearing, Mahmood denied being an 'agent provocateur' or that he discussed the drugs conversation with Smith. But when he was questioned at length in the trial, Mahmood appeared to concede he had talked to Smith about what Miss Contostavlos said about drugs in the car. The case was subsequently thrown out. The following 10 years were 'hell' for Tulisa who had an entire future ahead of her ruined by the sting. Speaking about the ordeal, the I Need You singer said: 'Honestly, I can't tell you. 'Sure, at times it's been horrific for me at moments in the past 10 years, but that's just not the perspective that I have now. I take it all as knowledge.' 'Knowledge Is power and ultimately a blessing because I wouldn't be where I am without it, I wouldn't change a thing. 'I don't think I would have been able to do this unless I was feeling in such a strong content place. So it could only have been now. It couldn't have been before.'

Awkward night Rochelle Humes and Myleene Klass came face to face – despite trying to avoid each other amid feud
MYLEENE Klass and Rochelle Humes have had to awkwardly learn to swerve each other during professional events – but sometimes it can't be avoided. And in these awkward scenes, Myleene and Rochelle were forced to come face-to-face at the Global Awards. 9 9 9 With both given presenting roles at the glamorous event in both 2018 and 2019, the duo were seen awkwardly ignoring each other as they spoke to others on the red carpet. Rochelle was stood with husband Marvin Humes, tasked with pranking Roman Kemp who was talking on camera. But behind Roman and the Humes, Myleene is clearly seen in a red dress holding back, quickly glancing to keep the coast clear. The following year, Rochelle, Roman and Myleene promoted the show together, with Roman standing between the two as they teased the night ahead. Rochelle and Roman were seen raising a glass and joking about getting "absolutely f***ed", with Myleene joining in without raising a toast. The trio later presented the awards show together at London's Eventim Apollo, with Rochelle and Myleene often appearing on stage next to other. The events came five years after Myleene and Rochelle ended their friendship over Rochelle's seeming support of Myleene's ex-husband, Graham Quinn. The singer and presenter split from showbiz security manager Graham in 2013, with Rochelle giving Graham somewhere to stay after moving out of the marital home. Rochelle and her JLS pop star husband Marvin have also been pictured having dinner with Graham in Ibiza. Their continued friendship is said to have caused a rift between Rochelle and ex-Hear'Say star Myleene — who believes she took Graham's side. Emotional Myleene Klass claims she caught ex cheating on her with another celebrity at a party But a source defended Rochelle's actions and told The Sun: 'Rochelle was doing what she saw as looking out for a friend in a time of need. 'Rochelle and Marvin are still clearly very much friends with Graham. "Myleene is of the view that Rochelle took sides from the beginning of her marriage breakdown. "The fact Rochelle and Graham's friendship is still there after all these years has put an everlasting rift between Myleene and Rochelle. 'They both do everything in their power to avoid each other.' 9 9 9 Last week, we told how Myleene was locked in a feud with Rochelle and Saturdays' bandmate Frankie Bridge, who were both clients of Graham. Frankie and Rochelle also have fallen out since their years in The Saturdays – and after a near-miss at Wimbledon last month appeared to trade jabs with veiled public messages on Instagram. Frankie shared a TikTok about falling out with a friend, which read: 'You're so quiet…Thanks, you said something five years ago and I've just realised you're actually dead to me.' Meanwhile, Rochelle - who was in The Saturdays band with Frankie since 2007 - uploaded an equally thought-provoking message about "choosing partners wisely." However, since then Rochelle appears to have tried to offer an olive branch with a simple like on Instagram. 9 9 9
