CM, Ministers delivering people's governance, says Jagga Reddy
Hyderabad: Telangana PCC working president T Jagga Reddy asserted here on Friday that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and ministers were delivering people's governance, whereas KCR's 10 years were farmhouse governance. Addressing the press at Gandhi Bhavan, Reddy said the CM and ministers were visiting Delhi to bring funds for Telangana, unlike KCR, who never met the central government. The BRS leaders appear nervous and paranoid. 'We don't need to spy on them, if we want to counter them, we'll do it politically. KCR is scared to face Revanth Reddy directly, that's why he avoids attending the Assembly. Harish Rao is acting like a big actor, while Uttam Kumar Reddy is a true fighter, a former fighter pilot', he remarked. He stated that the BRS leaders question why Revanth doesn't say 'Jai Telangana', but they removed 'Telangana' from their own party name (TRS to BRS). 'Answer that first,' he demanded. 'People are aware of what happened during KCR's 10 years as CM. He stayed away from the Secretariat and public and never engaged with the Centre. After losing power, the BRS leaders are in shock because they lost their luxuries', he said. Reddy said the CM and ministers are working to secure central funds. 'That's their duty as elected leaders. The BRS leaders were resting in farmhouses while we're fulfilling responsibilities the people entrusted to us', he said. He told the BRS leaders: 'During your rule, people didn't even know where the Secretariat was. KCR and his family kept meeting Jagan and Lokesh secretly while in power, even under BJP direction in farmhouses'. The senior Congress leader advised KTR: 'Don't demand answers from Revanth about 'Jai Telangana' when your party dropped 'Telangana' from its own name'. He described Harish Rao as a good actor. But Uttam isn't one; he's a real fighter. He said KCR was a TDP MLA three times, even a minister and Deputy Speaker before Revanth even joined politics.'So who really is the student of Chandrababu? KCR or Revanth? Stop calling Revanth a follower of Chandrababu when your own father served in his Cabinet. Congress runs people-centric governance; KCR only did farmhouse politics', he said.

Jagga Reddy asks KTR to explain purpose of secret meeting with AP IT minister Nara Lokesh
Congress senior leader and former MLA T. Jagga Reddy questioned the credibility of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao and asked him to explain the alleged secret meetings he had with Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh. 'Was the meeting held at the behest of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) or not?' he asked at a press conference held in Hyderabad, further demanding that KTR should explain to the people the purpose of such a secret meeting. 'Is there any conspiracy and are you part of it?' he asked. Responding to BRS leaders' taunts on why Mr. Revanth Reddy doesn't chant 'Jai Telangana,' Mr Jagga Reddy sought to know why the BRS had taken out the Telangana word from its party's name. 'Is it not the BRS that has insulted Telangana?' he asked, appealing them to introspect before criticising others. Mr. Jagga Reddy also ridiculed the BRS narrative that Mr. Revanth Reddy was a disciple of AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. 'Before Mr. Revanth Reddy even entered the Assembly, KCR was a three-time MLA, Minister, and Deputy Speaker in the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) under Mr. Naidu. Should we not talk about that history?' he asked. Mr. Jagga Reddy claimed that KCR was afraid to face Mr. Revanth Reddy, and that is why he was deliberately skipping the Assembly sessions. 'After being in power for 10 years, questions will be asked, and KCR doesn't have those answers for destroying Telangana.' Taking a dig at senior BRS leader T. Harish Rao, the former MLA called him a 'great actor' and accused him of making baseless allegations against Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, who is known for his integrity, and has served in the Indian Air Force as a fighter pilot. Mr. Uttam Kumar Reddy would not run away from challenges and he is used to face them bravely.

He faded like a shadow: KTR as Rahul Gandhi completes one year as Lok Sabha LoP
Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], July 4 (ANI): Bharath Rashtra Samithi Working President K T Rama Rao has criticised Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi, over the completion of one year of being in office. In an 'X' post, KTR alleged that the Congress leader to betrayed the people of Telangana and mentioned that he had not raised a single issue of Telangana in the Parliament. In his 'X' post, KTR mentioned that Rahul Gandhi 'faded' like a shadow after making 420 'hollow' promises during the Telangana assembly polls. 'Rahul Gandhi's betrayal of Telangana's people cuts deep, as he completes one year as Leader of Opposition in Loksabha. Not once has he raised Telangana's burning issues in Parliament or the unfulfilled promises of the 2014 Bifurcation Act-- Be it National status to a irrigation project or Bayyaram steel factory. His silence on Andhra Pradesh's Banakacherla project, which threatens to divert Telangana farmers' Godavari water rights, is complicity! After peddling hollow #420promises in Telangana's assembly polls, he faded like a shadow, leaving Congress to bask in power while Telangana's aspirations rot. Jai Telangana', KTR said in his 'X' post. On June 30, K.T. Rama Rao launched a scathing attack on Union Home Minister Amit Shah, demanding to know why the BJP-led Centre has failed to order an investigation into the corruption allegations against the Congress government in Telangana, a release from BRS public relations official said.. Reminding Shah of his remarks made earlier in Nizamabad, where he called the Revanth Reddy-led government an 'ATM' for the Congress high command, KTR questioned, 'Why hasn't the Union Home Minister acted upon it? What is stopping the Centre from initiating a probe through the CBI or ED?' Alleging a covert understanding between the BJP and Congress, KTR said, 'In Delhi, they stage a mock fight. In Telangana, they strike secret deals. Is BJP shielding Revanth Reddy because it cannot take on BRS alone?' KTR reminded that even Prime Minister Narendra Modi had once accused the Congress of running a 'RR Tax' scam in Telangana, but no investigation was initiated. 'If you only make allegations during visits, but allow Congress to loot in broad daylight, what message are you sending to the people?' he asked. (ANI)

"Betrayal of Telangana's people cuts deep," says BRS Working President KT Rama Rao
Hyderabad (Telangana) [India], July 4 (ANI): Bharath Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao on Wednesday launched a sharp attack on Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of ignoring Telangana's pressing concerns in Parliament. Rama Rao said Gandhi had failed to raise key promises made during the 2014 bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, including national status for an irrigation project and the establishment of the Bayyaram steel plant. He also accused Gandhi of remaining silent on the Banakacherla project in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, which he claimed could harm Telangana farmers by diverting their water rights from the Godavari river. In a post on X, Rama Rao wrote, 'Rahul Gandhi's betrayal of Telangana's people cuts deep, as he completes one year as Leader of Opposition in Loksabha. Not once has he raised Telangana's burning issues in Parliament or the unfulfilled promises of the 2014 Bifurcation Act-- Be it National status to an irrigation project or the Bayyaram steel factory. His silence on Andhra Pradesh's Banakacherla project, which threatens to divert Telangana farmers' Godavari water rights, is complicity!' He also criticised Gandhi for what he called 'hollow promises' during the Telangana Assembly elections and accused him of disappearing from the scene after the polls. 'After peddling hollow #420promises in Telangana's assembly polls, he faded like a shadow, leaving Congress to bask in power while Telangana's aspirations rot. Jai Telangana,' KTR said. In a separate statement, the BRS leader also targeted Union Home Minister Amit Shah. He demanded to know why the BJP-led Central government had not ordered a probe into corruption allegations against the Congress government in Telangana. Referring to Shah's earlier speech in Nizamabad, in which he had described the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government as an 'ATM' for the party high command, Rama Rao questioned the lack of follow-up. 'Why hasn't the Union Home Minister acted upon it? What is stopping the Centre from initiating a probe through the CBI or ED?' he asked. Accusing both national parties of collusion, he said, 'In Delhi, they stage a mock fight. In Telangana, they strike secret deals. Is BJP shielding Revanth Reddy because it cannot take on BRS alone?' Youth, student leaders from city join Telangana Jagruthi
HYDERABAD Several youth and student leaders from Kukatpally, Serilingampally, Jubilee Hills and Patancheru constituencies joined Telangana Jagruthi in the presence of its president and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K. Kavitha here on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Kavitha said the Telangana society has given two visionaries, one of them was former Prime Minister P.V. Narasimha Rao, and the other being BRS founder-president K. Chandrasekhar Rao. She stated that it was from the thought process of late Prof. K. Jayashankar and Mr. Rao that Telangana Jagruthi took shape in 2006 with the agenda of protecting the cultural identity of Telangana, which was facing threat of existence due to the cultural onslaught of Seemandhra leaders high-handedness in the politics of combined Andhra Pradesh. Turning to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, she said that it is unfortunate that a person who had never uttered the Jai Telangana slogan is at the helm of State's affairs today, and except use of filthy language against his political opponents, he had learnt nothing.
