BGT fans complain over ridiculous golden buzzer rule
After dance act Cheer Re-man's performance, the audience shouted for the golden buzzer to be pressed but it can only be given to one act during the semi-final episodes and it had already been given by the time they performed. Simon Cowell awarded the golden buzzer to young guitarist Olly Pearson but after a few more acts, the judge almost pressed it again. Cheers erupted from the studio audience and the dance group also started to get excited at the thought of being a golden buzzer act in the semi-final. To fill the gap, they engaged in an impromptu discussion with the judges about the preceding act, during which Simon appeared visibly 'fuming' due to the deviation from the show's schedule.
