Who killed Kim Hae-in?
The big reveal occurs during Baek Jen-na and Cha Jin-wook's engagement ceremony, when Kim Hye-in reveals that Min Yul-hee pushed Kim Hae-in over the roof. Although Hae-in initially survived, Yul-hee threatened her with an obscene film, which led to her suicide.

What happens to the Diamond 6?
Cha Jin-wook outs his corrupt father by faking a voice recording and exposing company secrets. He also admits he was "Black Dog" all along and steps away from everything, leaving Jen-na his name tag - a symbolic goodbye and maybe a romantic promise.
