After Shah Rukh Khan was asked about the release during an Ask SRK session, Netflix shared an update and dropped the first look clip today (August 17). Now, fans are eagerly awaiting the preview, which is set to release on August 20.

He's working alongside co-creators and writers Bilal Siddiqi and Manav Chauhan. The project is being produced under the Red Chillies Entertainment banner, a production house owned by Shah Rukh Khan. This continues the company's successful collaboration with Netflix India, following titles like C lass of '83 and Betaal . The new show is their sixth joint venture.
The Ba***ds Of Bollywood, also said to have the working title Stardom , explores the high-pressure world of Bollywood. The storyline dives into the lives of aspiring actors, behind-the-scenes dreamers, and industry hustlers, portraying the madness, glamour, and ambition that define India's film industry.
Shah Rukh Khan has confirmed that he has a cameo appearance in the show. Responding to a fan during the Ask SRK session, he also hinted that many top names in Bollywood have joined the project in guest roles. According to reports, Bobby Deol, Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Karan Johar are among those making special appearances.When asked to review Aryan's work, SRK offered a light but supportive response. 'It's very good,' he said, calling the series 'entertaining, wacky, and emotional,' while encouraging audiences to judge it for themselves once it's released.
