Coronation Street's Beverley Callard shows off huge leg tattoo in tiny shorts
A former Coronation Street star has revealed a large tattoo taking up most of their leg. Actress Beverley Callard, known to millions as The Rovers Return landlady Liz McDonald, has been making the most of the scorching temperatures which have swept across the UK in recent days.
Beverley, 68, also gave fans a glimpse at a rather large tattoo which covers the majority of her lower right leg as she posed in a pair of tiny denim shorts in a bid to keep cool as temperatures soared, while standing in her kitchen. The actress completed her look with a loose-fitted white t-shirt and a pair of chunky black sandals.
But it was the rather large tattoo which cascaded down from her kneecap to her foot which caught the attention of fans. The inking featured pink, blue and red flowers which certainly stood out. It comes after David Beckham speaks 'as a father' in 'family' announcement after latest Brooklyn snub
The Mongolia-themed floral inking was Beverley's second tattoo, as she had previously been inked with comedy and tragedy masks, as well as a love heart and music score – a tribute to her husband Jon McEwan, as well as their wedding anniversary – October 30, 2010.
Sharing the clip on social media, it featured Jon returning home from work, leaving Beverley completely speechless. "Oh my God," she said as she turned around from the kitchen countertop. While his face was covered by muck, Jon was dressed in all black, as he said: "I have had a day."
Beverley responded: "I don't believe it," as she filmed her husband, who was covered head to toe in muck. "Oh, you stink," she quipped, adding that he smelt of burnt rubber, explaining to her husband that she was filming him for social media. Beverley's social media post comes after it was revealed she'll be taking part in Help! My House is Haunted.
The series, created by Discovery+ sees a team of paranormal experts help six famous faces left worried by the paranormal world. Ian Lawman, Barri Ghai and Jayne Harris hope to "uncover the chilling secrets that are lurking in their homes."
Last year, Beverley shared a clip of her home on social media, with many fans believing that there could have been ghostly activities in her home. The actress shared a video on Instagram, which she believed shows two orbs floating in the room.
She captioned the eerie clip: "HELP!! What the hell is this? My ring camera in the barn alerted us at 1am this morning. What are the two orbs? @jonmmac55 armed with a baseball bat went to investigate!! Nothing there, upon returning checked the camera and they were back. OMG! I'm scared. Any help greatly appreciated."
Fans were quick to offer their advice, with one suggesting: "Lock it up and never go in there again," while another observed: "There are 4 orbs, 2 on the left, very active unsettled spirits." A third suggested: "It's spiders on their web." However, Beverley was quick to dismiss the spider theory with a follow-up post.
In a second video, captioned "No spiders web, I'm moving", she showed her husband Jon McEwan investigating the area to ensure everything was safe. He stated: "Just to clear it up since Beverly wouldn't come in today. All of you saying cobwebs and spiders, nope nothing. So, no, I think it could be a ghost!"
Another fan advised: "You can't leave Norfolk, we live here it's a beautiful place. Send the dogs in next time," while another joked: "Time to get the investigators in, just in time for Halloween."

Katie Price shares scathing message about 'fakery' as Peter Andre drama rages on
Katie Price has shared a lengthy message in response to Peter Andre's bombshell statement about her parenting of daughter Princess and son Junior. In it, she admitted to her 'sins' while vowing to 'be better' after years of personal battles with addiction and mental health issues. It comes after, in a recent Instagram post, Peter hit out at his ex-wife, making shocking comments about their kids' welfare. Peter, who met the former glamour model on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2004, said he felt 'frustrated' at having to remain silent since their separation in 2009, but felt compelled to speak out now to 'set the record straight' once and for all. He wrote that, in 2019, 'the family courts issued a legally binding order' to enforce the arrangement of Princess, now 18, and Junior, now 20, living with him and his wife, Emily Andre, 35, due to 'well-documented' reasons. The Mysterious Girl hitmaker claimed that Katie is continuing to repeat 'falsehoods' and 'lies' about him and his relationship with his kids, more of which will be addressed in the 'coming months'. It is assumed he is referring to Katie's claims that she was 'banned' from Princess's recent birthday party, which was filmed for the budding influencer's fly-on-the-wall series with ITV. Initially, it was speculated that there was a rift between the reality star and her daughter but after Princess firmly quashed these, Katie claimed it was her daughter's management—who also manage Peter—who dished out the order. Now, Katie has taken to her own social media page with an essay about 'saints and sinners'. She wrote this evening: 'Saints and sinners. As we know, in this life we are thought of as Saints and Sinners. 'I know I will always be a Sinner. That's fair, I allowed myself to fail into reliance on drugs and alcohol. 'At times I was not the mother I should have been while I struggled with mental illness. I have been at times a poor friend, an awful sibling, an an untrustworthy partner. 'I've self medicated, been unfaithful, damaged myself and those that I love. 'I've had many reasons – I was sexually abused when younger; I've had relationships that have been coercive; and my mental health issues – but I don't want to make excuses. 'I've recognised my issues and worked to put them behind me. Sometimes I tried and failed, sometimes I succeeded. 'I've pulled myself out of suicidal spiral because I love my children and want to be there for them. 'I don't pretend to be perfect by any means – but I'm trying to be the best I can.' Katie proceeded to mention the 'Saints' who are 'genuine' and have 'helped her', before launching an attack on those who 'are not who they would have you believe they are'. 'They have a carefully managed image which must be exhausting to maintain,' she continued. 'Some Saints are fake. They play the victim and to succeed in life they need a villain… or at least a Sinner. Without the Sinner they don't get to be the Saint… 'As a Sinner – I sometimes get bored of these Saints. But maybe I should feel sorry for them, It must be such hard work having to pretend all the time.' Katie concluded: 'Anyway, all you Sinners keep your heads up and keep trying to be better. All you Saints, it's ok not to be perfect xxx' Her latest post comes after Katie's reps issued a statement to Metro after Peter revealed Princess and Junior had been in his care since 2018 'for their safety'. 'Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation,' they said. 'This was in the past and she doesn't feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly, she's dealing with this the right way, and it's now in her lawyer's hands. Bianca Censori flashes huge smile in tiny outfit on date with Kanye West
Bianca Censori looked uncharacteristically smiley as she stepped out for a family dinner with husband Kanye West yesterday. The Australian model, 30, has attracted media attention on multiple occasions since marrying the 48-year-old rapper in a private ceremony in 2022. Once an architectural designer for his brand, Yeezy, she's now synonymous with revealing outfits, having exposed some serious skin on both red carpets and during casual outings with her other half. Typically, while Bianca wears very little on her body, she always has a stoic expression plastered across her face, seldom smiling, even for paparazzi at major A-list events. But when grabbing food with Ye in Los Angeles, California, on Thursday, she couldn't have appeared happier. Whether breaking character was due to the company she was keeping or something else, we'll never know, but we're sure some good food helped with her mood, as the A-list lovebirds dined at Denny's. Along with showcasing her pearly whites, however, Bianca also displayed her lean physique, opting to go braless in a tiny ensemble. She wore a super low-cut, baby blue cami top with spaghetti straps, teamed with a pair of tight-fitting micro shorts. Bianca also wore her raven locks in a natural, straight style in a hairdo that has seen her likened to Ye's ex-wife and mother of his children, Kim Kardashian, in the past. In contrast, during their outing, the Gold Digger hitmaker was, as usual, fully clothed, sporting a black tracksuit and a stern expression. It's believed the couple were grabbing a bite to eat after a screening of the hit new horror mystery flick Weapons, which stars Julia Garner and Josh Brolin. Bianca and Ye appeared content in one another's company during their day date, chatting while walking. And after photos of them surfaced online, people had plenty to say, with one Instagram commenter, @virgoskye, hoping Bianca's more vibrant appearance was a 'good sign', after fans previously expressed concern for the nature of her relationship with Ye. Other social media users were taken aback by Bianca's ever-so-slightly more reserved attire, noting it was the 'most clothes [they've] seen her in'. 'She is a beautiful girl truly!', @ said. While @mizzlindzy said, 'I'm convinced he's exploiting her', others defended Ye against such allegations, as @ash_belize penned: 'If they are happy. Who cares 🤷🏽♂️ let them live.' Fans have become accustomed to seeing rather a lot of Blanca in recent years, whether it be her totally nude Grammys dress, some skimpy lingerie, or exposing her body in a photoshoot for Ye's Insta. In the past, particularly after igniting rage with Bianca's sheer Grammys look, Ye has admitted to having 'dominion' over his wife. Having been accused of 'abusive' and 'controlling' behaviour earlier in the year, the artist took to X with a rant but also insisted that he would not make her wear something she felt uncomfortable in. The divisive rap star added at the time that 'anyone who called my wife's Grammy look a stunt is dumb and laaaame [sic]'. 'She been dressing naked for 2 years. Now all of a sudden it's a stunt. Every single b***h on the planet wish they had her bravery body platform and access to money and a husband that supported they personal expression,' he continued. Meanwhile, the spouses have long been fighting off rumours of divorce, having parted ways just months back. But, they seemingly patched up their issues and got back together. On his latest album, WW3, Ye hinted at a brief split in his lyrics of a track titled Bianca. He sang: 'My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed / Not going to the hospital 'cause I am not sick I just do not get it. 'She's having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted / Until Bianca's back I stay up all night I'm not going to sleep / I really don't know where she's at.' More Trending He also rapped that she left him after he installed a tracking app on her phone, pleading for her to go back to him. Of course, it didn't take long for fans to begin digging into the words, but Ye and Bianca soon quashed speculation that they were heading for a legal separation, having posed together for photos on social media and on public outings. It now appears they are more united than ever—publicly, at least—with Bianca spotted stepping into the stepmother role with Ye's young kids North, 12, Saint, nine, Chicago, seven, and Psalm, six. Reality star Kim's co-parenting struggles with her ex are no secret, but it seems her children give their dad's new wife the stamp of approval. Got a story? Katie Price breaks silence on Peter Andre 'lies' row as she makes stunning admission
Katie Price has shared her own statement as she hit back at her ex husband Peter Andre following his bombshell claims about their family. Katie Price has responded to the explosive allegations made by her ex-husband Peter Andre. The 47 year old former glamour model, who shares two children with Peter - Junior, 20, and Princess, 18 - split from him in 2009, and all communication between them ceased as they navigated co-parenting. This week, tensions escalated between the former couple following a series of claims coinciding with the launch of Princess's own ITV2 series. Peter accused Katie and her family of "repeated lies", claiming he had chosen to remain silent for 16 years. This comes after their daughter Princess declared her independence from her parents, breaking her silence following a row with Katie. Now, Katie has issued her own rebuttal via Instagram, stating: "Saints and Sinners. As we know, in this life we are thought of as Saints and Sinners, reports the Mirror. "I know I will always be seen as a Sinner. That's fair, I allowed myself to fall into a reliance on drugs and alcohol. At times, I was not the mother I should have been while I struggled with mental illness. "I have been at times a poor friend, an awful sibling, and an untrustworthy partner. I've self-medicated, been unfaithful, damaged myself and those that I love." Katie continued: "I've had my reasons - I was sexually abused when younger; had relationships that have been coercive; and my mental health issues - but I don't want to make excuses. I've recognised my issues and worked to put them behind me. "Sometimes I tried and failed, sometimes I succeeded. I've pulled myself out of a suicidal spiral because I love my children and want to be there for them. I don't pretend to be perfect by any means - but I'm trying to be the best I can." She went on: "Then there are the 'Saints'. Some are genuine and some have helped me. But some Saints are not who they would have you believe they are. They have a carefully managed image which must be exhausting to maintain. "Some Saints are fake. They play the victim and to succeed in life they need a at least a Sinner. Without the Sinner they don't get to be the Saint. "As a Sinner - I sometimes get bored of these Saints. But maybe I should feel sorry for them, It must be such hard work having to pretend all the time. Anyway, all you Sinners keep your heads up and keep trying to be better. All you Saints, it's ok not to be perfect." Yesterday, Peter released his own statement as he fumed: "For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today. "The latest comments about my children's welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. "In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. "I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children. In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases found my ex-wife had made false claims. "She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today. "Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months." Following Peter's revelations, a spokesperson for Katie told the Mirror: "Kate is in a much better and clear headspace and is at peace with the situation, this was in the past and she doesn't feel the need to bring up tit for tat comments, but more importantly she's dealing with this the right way and it's now in her lawyers hands. Kate will no longer be gaslight and bullied as she once was.." Princess also broke her silence for the first time, responding to a question about her parents on Snapchat. A fan asked her on the platform: "Does it affect you even now when your mum and dad don't get on?'". In response, Princess said in a video on the platform: "To be honest, it doesn't affect me. At the end of the day, they broke up when I was two years old so I don't even have any memory of them being together." She added a note on top of the clip, stating: "I love my mum and dad and that's all that matters xxx."
