Lady Gaga latest pop star to suffer on-stage blunder as she takes a tumble in Las Vegas

Lady Gaga took a tumble during her performance in Las Vegas as part of The Mayhem Ball tour but she quickly styled it out and carried on singing to the delight of the crowd
Lady Gaga has become the latest pop girly to suffer an on-stage mishap, with fans captioning the moment she styled out a stumble on camera. The Poker Face hitmaker, who is currently on a world tour with The Mayhem Ball, was performing in Las Vegas when the incident happened.

The singer, 39, was belting out Vanish Into You from her latest album Mayhem when she looked like she was about to take a tumble and fell to the floor. In the footage taken by a fan in the crowd, one of Lady Gaga 's camera crew also appeared to stumble.

However, the pop icon managed to quickly get back on her feet and continue her jaw-dropping performance. Many fans online noticed the fitting lyrics she was singing as she tripped, with one quipping: "'into the night we... fall' and she did."

"They better make sure the floors are not slippery the next venue she goes to," another mused, with a third adding: "Katy almost falling from cloud nine with her butterfly, Beyoncé so fat she almost broke the strings and Lady Gaga falling while performing? What is going on."
It seems that there is something in the air when it comes to pop stars and their tours at the moment. Earlier this month, Katy Perry's fans were left gobsmacked by her professionalism when a butterfly prop she was perched on plummeted mid-air during a recent gig.

The Roar songstress was belting out 'Roar' at the Chase Centre when the prop took a sudden dive, causing the audience to gasp in worry for the star.
The singer briefly halted the song to regain her balance before carrying on with the performance. She even made light of the hair-raising incident after the show, sharing a close-up snap of her startled expression as the prop descended.

Katy captioned the post: "Goodnight San Fran." Fans were stunned by the incident and flocked to social media to commend her composed response.
One admirer posted on X/ Twitter: "The professionalism here is beyond insane, like that could've easily cost your life, but Katy didn't panic and she kept the show going....
"The way she kept calm and kept singing- others would have freaked and said 'no no please stop' so glad Katy is safe but the safety team needs to step up," another fan wrote.
One worried user remarked: "Yeah, it's time for these artists to get out the air..." Another queried: "Why do all of these stars need these floating stages for their shows.
"Her astronaut training kicked in and was able to keep her calm and able to continue with the show. Mission accomplished," another quipped.

Peter Andre has opened up about the 'most embarrassing moments of his life', as he shares his thoughts on Lady Gaga's recent tumble during a recent gig in the US. ‌ The American hitmaker was kicking off the Mayhem Ball at the T-Mobile Arena on July 16 in Las Vegas, Nevada as she was spotted losing her footing and falling over during the performance. As the star moved towards the barrier to engage with her front-row fans she fell over whilst performing one of her tracks Vanish Into You. ‌ ‌ In the clips shared online, the star could be seen stumbling as she walked passed a cameraman, who nearly lost his balance too, just before she rather ironically sang the lyrics, "Into the night ... we fall," and then crashed to the floor, landing on her backside. However Lady GaGa bounced back like a professional and carried on her stroll by the barrier, the Mirror reports. Peter who is currently finishing a new album and best known for his 90s smash Mysterious Girl, commented on Lady GaGa's mishap in his exclusive column with OK! this week about what he describes as one of the: "I saw Lady Gaga 's awkward faceplant at a gig. It's awful when that happens. But I doubt she'll be having sleepless nights over it – these things happen during live shows." ‌ He continued, referencing the notorious moment when the Queen of Pop Madonna tumbled down stairs whilst performing Living for Love at the 2015 Brit Awards, before admitting he'd experienced similar mortification: "Look at the Madonna incident, for example. Admittedly, on a smaller scale, it happened to me once on the T4 stage." "Walking down steps, I tripped and fell. It was so embarrassing – and it was on TV. But people forget... until you remind them about it, which I just did." ‌ During a 2023 episode of Sky's Extraordinary Life Stories, Peter reflected on the unforgettable blunder whilst performing live on stage, sharing the cringe-worthy moment from the T4 on The Beach festival in 2009 with presenter John Reynolds. The dad-of-five stated: "I appeared on the episode to discuss lots of topics, including my childhood, career highlights and family life. We also discussed the funny moments in my career, including my unfortunate trip off the stage at T4 On The Beach, among other things." The accident happened whilst Peter was belting out his then-latest track Behind Closed Doors. He stumbled whilst singing to the packed audience and ended up plummeting straight off the stage, his glasses flying off in the process. However, demonstrating true professionalism, he persevered and refused to let the fact his glasses slid of his face prevent him from completing his performance.

This Morning fans left concerned after Dermot O'Leary hits head live on TV

This Morning fans were left concerned for presenter Dermot O'Leary as he hit his head live on air after a beauty segment took an awkward turn on Friday morning This Morning presenter Dermot O'Leary suffered a minor injury live on air today as he presented along first time host, Olivia Attwood. ‌ The awkward moment happened towards the end of the show, when the presenting duo attempted to try Katy Perry 's pre-show beauty ritual. Taking to Instagram, the Roar singer revealed that she plunged her face into ice water for 18 seconds. ‌ Olivia and Dermot then went ahead and tried this trick, but unfortunately for Dermot, things went terribly wrong. ‌ "Ready, 3, 2, 1," he said as the duo held their breath before plunging their heads into the ice water. However, a clanking sound was heard with faint laughter in the background - as Dermot had whacked his head on the rim of the blow. Nonetheless, the former X-Factor host carried on like a champ, and after two seconds, the pair came up for air, as Olivia was left screaming: "OH MY GOD!" ‌ "The bowl is so small!" Dermot exclaimed, as Olivia laughed: "Did you hit your head on the rim?" "Yes!" he exclaimed while rubbing his head. "How can we not find bigger bowls than that?! That wasn't worth it!" After the moment, concerned fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, as one questioned: "Why was Dermot trying to dive into a bowl?" with a second writing: "We're gonna need a bigger bowl..." ‌ "#DermotOleary needs to have a check after hitting his head on the rim of the bowl on #thismorning," a third wrote. It was an eventful Friday morning for the This Morning team, as Olivia Attwood took to the sofa for her presenting debut. It comes after regular Friday and summer host Alison Hammond revealed that she'd be taking a break for a few weeks. ‌ During Thursday's episode, the Brummy presenter gave Dermot a hug as she said: "See you in September, bye!" At the start of the show, Dermot revealed he was feeling down due to Alison's departure. "I'm sad because it's your last day for the summer! I'm sad because I won't see you next week," he said. Alison replied, "Aw, not sad; be happy for me! Be happy." Dermot started handing Alison individual flowers from the set as she detailed her summer plans. Olivia's role was announced a few weeks ago as she was interviewed by Ben and Cat about her ITV show, Price of Perfection. She commented, "I'm going to be doing a couple of shows in the summer, I'm very excited to be joining you guys. "It's a huge honour. I've obviously grown up watching this show, and being part of the Daytime team with the Loose Women has been the best experience. This just feels like a very natural progression."
