Speaking to The Sun at last week's TRIC Awards, she said: 'I was in the gym yesterday and I do lots of weights. I know loads of women in their mid-forties who are always talking about weights massively.
"I was always into cardio, but since I ran the London Marathon, I've got more into weights.'
Laura, who shares son Rocco, 11, and daughter Tahlia, 10, with her ex-husband Alex Goward, often squeezes in workouts before the school run.
She said: 'I sometimes get up at 5am to do so. My friends and I joke that we're in the 5am club. I don't do it every day, but most mornings.'
As she's moved into her forties, Laura says she's become more conscious about skincare and wellness – taking collagen and learning routines from her 10-year-old daughter.
The TV personality said: 'She's so into skincare – I take tips off her, because I was never like that as a teenager.'
Channel 4 star Laura also confirmed she has had cosmetic tweakments, admitting: 'Oh absolutely. I've had Botox before, and there's lots of people who do it, so whatever suits you. If you want to do something, then do it for you.'
And despite the pressures of being on screen, Laura believes looking good should be a personal choice.
She gushed: 'I love watching things on Instagram where you'll see someone who has had work done, and someone who hasn't. Whether you're on television or not, it's completely up to you.'
Back in 2022, Laura opened up about being hailed a "pin-up" and how she often received X-rated messages.

"I get some nice complimentary messages from people," she explained to The Daily Star during a Facebook Live.
She then revealed that she was sent a rather X-rated snap.
Laura explained at the time how she was sent a photo of one of her followers in a face mask, adding: "But let's just say it wasn't of their face."
Speaking of being a pin-up, Laura gushed over how it's "really nice" to be dubbed as a "national beauty".

Wayne Rooney 'lands £800,000 Match of the Day deal' after Gary Lineker's exit
Match of the Day is said to be welcoming a very famous face to its presenting roster following Gary Lineker's exit. Wayne Rooney has reportedly signed a big-money deal with the BBC in a bid to start a new chapter away from football management. It's said the former England player, 39, has secured £800,000 for the gig, which will see him appear on MOTD for two years with the possibility of an extension. What's more, Rooney should be involved in the show's 2026 World Cup coverage, jetting to the US, Canada, and Mexico to bring viewers the highlights. A source told The Sun about the rumoured punditry deal: 'Wayne is a natural broadcaster; he is warm, witty, and forensically knowledgeable about all aspects of the game. 'He still has a deep love for football and also gets on well with everyone on both sides of the camera.' They added: 'He is eminently likeable and has impressed on his outings to date—viewers have also really taken to him, which has been clear from social media commentary. 'Wayne will be a key part of next year's World Cup coverage, which is a massive coup, and will provide some much-needed expertise on Match of the Day in the wake of Gary's departure.' It's believed that 'everyone', including the Beeb's Director of Sport, Alex Kay-Jelski, is 'incredibly excited to get him on board', with the insider declaring it a 'great signing'. Rooney's new MOTD role will reportedly be unveiled officially later this month. Whispers actually began at the start of the year, with the same publication claiming Rooney was in talks for a MOTD slot as early as January. At the time, he was freshly sacked from his fourth management job, having secured just one win with Plymouth Argyle in 14 games. It was later reported that Rooney was looking to venture further into punditry, and it was said the role could've earned him up to £200,000 a year, depending on how many appearances he were to make. But now, that figure looks to have increased drastically. Having already proven he can talk the talk in various guest appearances previously, Rooney's next role is likely a natural progression. It also takes him and wife Coleen one step closer to a total TV takeover, given how she reportedly signed a £10million deal with Disney in March to star in a documentary with Wayne and their four sons: Kai, 15, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six. Rooney is widely considered one of Britain's greatest-ever footballers. Not only was he Manchester United's best goalscorer with 253 goals, but he was also England's record goalscorer from 2015 to 2023. He retired from professional footie in 2021 after being appointed permanent manager of Derby, and now frequently dabbles in punditry. By joining MOTD this year, he is part of a huge shake-up at the long-running programme, which was hosted by Lineker, 64, for 26 years. To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video The broadcaster fronted his final show on May 26, visibly tearful as he reflected on his career and thanked those with whom he had worked. Lineker confirmed he would be leaving the BBC completely after catching backlash for sharing an Instagram Story about Zionism. More Trending His since-deleted post featured a rat emoji, which has been historically used as an antisemitic trope. The host later issued an unreserved apology for the 'hurt and upset caused' by the video, stating it was a 'genuine mistake' and that he was unaware of the meaning behind it. In his place, Gabby Logan, Kelly Cates, and Mark Chapman will share the presenting role on Match of the Day from the next Premier League season. Indiyah Polack rose to fame in the eighth series of the long-running dating show in 2022. The 26-year-old came in third place with Dami Hope and has gone on to have a huge career outside the villa. The reality personality is the co-host of the official podcast, Love Island: The Morning After with fellow former islander Amy Hart. One wrote on X: "Where is indiyah? "You guys best not be thinking about replacing her we want her on every show dont ruin it #loveislandaftersun #LoveIsland." Another added: "I don't like it when Indiyah is not on this show." Last month, Indiyah opened up about who she still speaks to from her series. When asked who she'd invite to a reunion, she told The Sun: "Probably Ekin, Tasha, Andrew - even though he and Tasha aren't together anymore - he is a great guy. She continued: "Jacques [too], Ikenna I'm still close to, surprisingly, and he's friends with Dami." Justin Bieber sparks concern with 'detox' photo as fans say 'that's not okay'
Canadian singer Justin Bieber has raised concern among fans after posting cryptic 'detox' images on Instagram, amid reports of personal struggles and tension in his marriage to wife Hailey Justin Bieber has left fans unsettled after uploading a series of cryptic photos on Instagram, hinting at a 'detox' while rumours of tension in his marriage to Hailey Bieber continue to swirl. On Sunday, the 31-year-old pop star shared five photos with the caption: 'Detoxxxxxxxxxxx.' Four images showed extreme close-ups of his sweat-drenched face with a towel draped over his head. He appeared to force a slight smirk, which further prompted fans to question his well-being. The final photo in the set showed a Honda CRV on a highway with European license plates and a 100 km/h speed sign, adding more confusion to the post. While Justin offered no explanation, many interpreted the word 'detox' to reference a wellness cleanse or possible emotional reset. Detoxes are often associated with cutting out harmful substances, stress relief, or fasting. They can also include saunas, juice fasts, or supplements, though it is still unclear what form of detox Justin is undertaking. Concerned followers quickly flooded the comments. One fan wrote: 'Dear Justin, as a Canadian mama please do not go down the Britney Spears road. You are a smart, talented, loving young man and you are being steered down the wrong path by people who do not care about you." The social media user went on: "Come home for a while, come back to Canada. Go rent a cottage in lake country with your wife, son, and family that care for you while you focus on your mental health and physical health. You are a good kid who deserves better than you are allowing yourself.' The emotional post comes amid speculation of mounting pressure behind the scenes. A source recently told Us Weekly: 'Justin's been a hard person to deal with recently because of what he's going through. It's been really hard on her [Hailey].' Another insider said: 'Justin's going through a difficult time, and Hailey is giving him room to get himself back on track. He's doing his best, but it's tough.' Although Hailey recently sold her Rhode Beauty brand to e.l.f. for $1 billion, staying on as chief creative officer, reports claim family pressures have dimmed the milestone. Still, insiders insist the couple remains committed. 'They don't talk about divorce,' said one source, while another added: 'Faith is a big part of their life. They believe they are soulmates and meant for each other. They'll do anything to make it work.'
