However, the latest reports suggest that Paresh Rawal has quit the film due to creative differences with the makers. 'There were creative differences between the makers and Paresh Rawal. As a result, the actor decided to step down from the film,' said a source to Bollywood Hungama.
As per the publication, Paresh Rawal confirmed the news to them and said, 'Yes, it's a fact.' An industry insider is hoping for a miracle that the veteran actor returns to the franchise. 'There was a time when Akshay Kumar was out of the film, in 2022. Even he's the soul of the series hence, his exit led to disappointment. But thankfully, he returned to the franchise. Based on that episode, we hope Mr Rawal can also be back in the series,' he told the publication.
While Hera Pheri was released in 2000, Phir Hera Pheri, which turned out to be a huge box office success, was released in 2006.

Last Updated: Firoz Nadiadwala confirms Paresh Rawal's return to Hera Pheri 3, credits Akshay, Sajid & Ahmed Khan for bringing the OG trio back together. The much-anticipated Hera Pheri 3 is officially back on track with its original trio – Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty – reuniting for what is being touted as one of Indian cinema's most iconic comedy franchises. After initially exiting the project in May 2025, Paresh Rawal has now confirmed his return, sparking excitement among fans. In an interview with Pinkvilla, producer Firoz Nadiadwala shared how several key industry figures played a pivotal role in resolving the differences that had stalled the project. 'With love, respect, and kind guidance of my brother Sajid Nadiadwala, and also Mr. Ahmed Khan, Hera Pheri family is back together. My brother, Sajid put in a lot of personal time and efforts, over several days to resolve the matter. We have a bond of over 50 years," he said. Firoz also praised director Ahmed Khan for his dedication, stating, 'Ahmed too put in a lot of personal efforts. So it is with the love and guidance of Sajid and Ahmed, that everything is now productive and positive." Importantly, Akshay Kumar played a key role in making things right. 'We also have Akshay ji's support. We both have shared a very good bond since 1996. He was very kind, loving, and affectionate in the entire process of sorting the issues," Firoz revealed. He added that Priyadarshan, who is returning to direct the third installment, as well as Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal, were all supportive of the film coming together again. A source close to the development told Pinkvilla that Sajid Nadiadwala initiated the reconciliation process for the greater good, and Akshay Kumar, known for his long-standing friendship with Sajid, didn't hesitate to come on board and smoothen things out. With Priyadarshan on board, Hera Pheri 3 is expected to go on floors by late 2025. 'This will be one more entertainer in the family franchise of Hera Pheri. We are all going to work very hard. The family is now together," Firoz added. Meanwhile, Nadiadwala's other comedy, Welcome To The Jungle, is also in production and will wrap up after two more schedules. What a chimp did to this man who gave him bananas left internet in tears. Watch viral video
Amid the flood of daily content online, it's often the simplest moments that leave the deepest impact. One such moment is now capturing global attention — a reunion between a chimpanzee and the man who once reportedly rescued him, caught on camera and shared across social media. The emotional footage has struck a chord with viewers, offering a rare and powerful glimpse into the lasting bonds animals can share with humans. Shared by the popular nature-themed page @AMAZlNGNATURE on X (formerly Twitter), the clip shows the chimpanzee recognizing and embracing the man in a heartwarming reunion years after being rescued. Set in a shallow stream, the footage begins with the chimp approaching the man, who offers him bananas. Without hesitation, the chimpanzee wraps his arms tightly around him, expressing what appears to be pure joy. More Than Just a Hug The emotional sequence goes far beyond a single embrace. The chimp hugs the man multiple times, even pausing for what many users interpreted as a handshake—a small but deeply touching gesture. The primate's wide smile and playful demeanor moved viewers around the world. Although the exact location of the encounter is unknown and could not be independently verified, the emotional impact of the moment is undeniable. The video quickly gained traction, crossing over 400,000 likes on Instagram and drawing hundreds of comments. Several users remarked on the chimp's ability to remember kindness, calling it 'proof that animals don't forget.' Many emphasized how the reunion reflected the deep emotional intelligence of apes and their ability to form lasting bonds with humans. — AMAZlNGNATURE (@AMAZlNGNATURE) Reactions and Emotional Responses The reunion has sparked widespread emotional responses online, with viewers calling the footage 'the purest thing on the internet' and saying it restored their faith in humanity. 'This hug speaks a thousand words,' one comment read, while another noted, 'You can tell he's happier to see the man than to get the food.' Some commenters shared similar videos, showing other primates responding emotionally to former caregivers. One featured a chimp who reunited with the human couple that raised him, while another showed a baby chimpanzee overjoyed at seeing a familiar caretaker. These stories further highlighted the emotional depth of animals and the lasting impressions made by compassionate human interactions. Chimp's Expression of Loyalty Toward the end of the now-viral clip, after embracing the man several times, the chimp grabs the bananas and walks back to his group across the water. This brief exchange reinforced the underlying sentiment: while food was appreciated, the emotional connection came first. Viewers were especially touched by how the chimp prioritized affection over instinct. In a related but more humorous incident that also drew attention online, a monkey in Mumbai's Sanjay Gandhi National Park was seen snatching a woman's purse and rummaging through it in search of food. The woman, an influencer, jokingly called it a 'what's in my bag' video, adding levity to the ongoing fascination with animal behavior captured on camera.
