NFL legend Brandon Jacobs is videotaped training with his son Brayden, a freshman offensive lineman at Clemson
On July 2, Jon Blau, Clemson Athletics Reporter at The Post and Courier, shared
NFL
legend Brandon Jacobs' workout video. Blau captioned it: 'A reminder that Brandon Jacobs was a bruising 6-foot-4, 264-pound running back in the NFL.
Reminder necessary because his son, Clemson freshman Brayden, makes him look like Darren Sproles.
' Darren Sproles is a 5-foot-6 former running back for the Philadelphia Eagles. Jacobs' son Brayden not only made him look like Sproles but also made him wait for his turn. The NFL legend was doing an advanced level of rope sit-ups, and his son was probably tired of being the rope! Why? Because he held that rope underneath his feet! Still can't picture it? Check out this video:
Fans reacted to
New York Giants
former running back Brandon Jacobs' workout with his son, Brayden
One fan wrote, 'Remind me, is his son an RB too?' - hinting at another legend in the making.
While another fan commented, 'OMG what does his mother look like?' - wondering if Brandon Jacobs is 6-foot-4 and he looked like Darren Sproles before his son, Brayden, then his mother? She could or would be tall too. Another fan chimed in, 'Moms gotta be a WNBA player.'
A third fan pictured Brayden Jacobs walking down his father's footsteps by playing for the New York Giants, 'Future LT or RT for the @Giants.' A fourth fan called him a computer-generated imagery - 'He looks like CGI.' A concerned fan enquired, 'What on earth did you feed that boy growing up?'
A fan hunted down Brayden's profile from the Clemson Tigers' official website and wrote, '6'7'.

320.' In January 2024, Ezekiel Trezevant IV of Sports Illustrated reported that Brayden Jacobs had committed to Clemson University. He would play college football as an offensive lineman.
One fan watched the father-son workout video and took it at face value, leaving a hilarious comment: 'His son looks like he was dragged into playing football instead of staying home and gaming.' But that couldn't be the case. On July 2, Stephen Douglas of Sports Illustrated reported that Brayden will be a freshman offensive lineman at Clemson this fall.
What is Brandon Jacobs doing now?
In June 2021, the 2-time Super Bowl Champion, Brandon Jacobs, shared with Dan Benton of USA Sports, 'I'm currently coaching high school football and running a youth program, which I'm perfectly content with doing the rest of my life.'
And as the viral father-son workout video suggests, Jacobs is also coaching his son, Brayden. Not just coaching, but also staying fit himself.

'He was better than Sachin Tendulkar ... ': Vinod Kambli's brother makes big revelation
Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli NEW DELHI: Virendra Kambli, brother of former India cricketer Vinod Kambli , has shed light on the bond between his brother and cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar , clarifying that Vinod never claimed to be more talented than Sachin, contrary to popular belief. Both players burst onto the scene as emerging stars in the late 1980s and early 1990s, but their careers followed very different trajectories. Go Beyond The Boundary with our YouTube channel. SUBSCRIBE NOW! While the duo began their journeys together, Tendulkar went on to become one of the greatest players in cricket history, whereas Kambli's international career came to an end in 2000 after representing India in 17 Tests and 104 ODIs. "Both had the same talent. You can't say my brother was greater than Sachin or vice versa. They were both the same. I never heard my brother say he was better than Sachin," Virendra told Vickey Lalwani in an interview. Virendra stressed that the bond between Tendulkar and Vinod remains intact, with the batting legend continuing to stay in touch with his old friend and his wife, Andrea Hewitt. "Sachin dada has always supported Vinod. Their friendship is still very strong. Sachin calls and checks on him with Andrea," Virendra shared. Reflecting on their cricketing days, Virendra recalled the camaraderie the two shared during matches. "Sachin dada. He was closest to him. I don't know about others, but I saw them together when I went to watch Ranji Trophy matches. I would go to the dressing room to eat, and Sachin dada, Vinod, and I would sit together and have fun. We would joke around and have a good time," he said. Kambli's career statistics underline his talent, with a Test batting average of over 54. Tendulkar, meanwhile, went on to rewrite history books, finishing as the all-time leading run-scorer in both Tests and ODIs. Catch Rani Rampal's inspiring story on Game On, Episode 4. Watch Here!

Watch: Child attacked with sticks - 3 dead, hundreds arrested in deadly football violence in Argentina
Fans of Argentina's Independiente attack a Universidad de Chile fan, right, after they stripped him of his clothing during a Copa Sudamericana match at the Libertadores de America stadium in Avellaneda, Argentina. (AP) A Copa Sudamericana match between Argentina's Independiente and Universidad de Chile ended in chaos on Wednesday in Buenos Aires, with 10 people injured and 90 arrested following violent clashes between rival fans. The last-16 second-leg encounter at the Libertadores de America stadium was abandoned in the 48th minute after fans hurled objects including a stun grenade. The violence erupted at half time when Chilean supporters began throwing stones, sticks, bottles and seats at home supporters. The situation escalated as home supporters stormed the away section, beating and stripping some visiting fans of their clothes. One Universidad de Chile fan was forced to jump from the stands to escape attacking opposing supporters after being cornered. The match was initially suspended and later abandoned with the score at 1-1, following Universidad de Chile's 1-0 victory in the first leg. "We have 90 people detained outside the stadium because they tried to cause trouble and they have already been taken to the police station," a security ministry source told AFP. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Learn More - How Donating Sperm May Boost Your Income SpellRock Undo Chile's ambassador to Argentina, Jose Antonio Viera-Gallo, reported stab wounds among the injuries and confirmed at least one person was seriously injured, though the nationality was unclear. "This level of violence cannot be tolerated," wrote Chilean international Felipe Loyola, who plays for Independiente, on social media. "I don't know where the police were." Independiente president Nestor Grindetti blamed the Chilean supporters, stating their behaviour was "truly reprehensible." As they departed the stadium, Independiente supporters expressed frustration over the match's security arrangements, particularly the decision to position visiting fans near the home section. Chile's President Gabriel Boric called for justice and criticised the event's organisation through social media. Both clubs issued statements condemning the violence. The incident follows a tragic event in April when two people died in clashes between fans and police outside Santiago's Monumental Stadium before a Copa Libertadores match between Chile's Colo Colo and Brazilian club Fortaleza.
