So, they decide to take their kids on a short getaway to Wild Bill's Majestic Midway and Waterpark, the one and only place where Hutch and his brother Harry went on a vacation as kids. With Hutch's dad in tow, the family arrives in the small tourist town of Plummerville, eager for some fun in the sun.'

Bob Odenkirk made this movie to impress his 'SNL' buddies

Bob Odenkirk is breaking bad. The 'Better Call Saul' star has revealed that he only made the 2021 action movie 'Nobody' because he wanted to impress his former 'Saturday Night Live' colleagues. 'I thought of you guys often when I was exercising and thinking that's just a reason to be doing this is if I could pull it off,' Odenkirk, 62, told Conan O'Brien during the 'Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend' podcast this week. 11 Bob Odenkirk discussing 'Nobody' and its newly released sequel during the 'Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend' podcast. While Odenkirk name-dropped O'Brien, Robert Smigel and Adam Sandler as some of the buddies he wanted to impress, the 'Breaking Bad' actor also included comedian David Spade specifically. 'I kept thinking about Spade, I don't know why,' Odenkirk, who was a writer on 'SNL' from 1987 to 1991, laughed. 'He would go see it and go like, 'What the f–k?'' 11 Adam Sandler, David Spade and the rest of the 'Saturday Night Live' cast in 1992. Although the 'Late Night' host didn't think too much of it at the time, he was quickly impressed by Odenkirk's surprising performance. 'When it came out, I was just, 'Oh, he's so good at this,'' O'Brien shared. 11 Conan O'Brien discussing 'Nobody' and its sequel during the 'Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend' podcast. Even though O'Brien did not make the cut for 'Nobody 2,' he is hoping Odenkirk releases a third film so he can land a small role. 'I just want to be beaten,' O'Brien joked. While the sequel only just hit theaters, Odenkirk still teased the possibility of a third 'Nobody' movie on Thursday during an interview with the Associated Press. The two-time Emmy-winner said that he would like to make a third film that ends with his character having nothing left. 11 Bob Odenkirk reprising his role as Hutch Mansell in 'Nobody 2.' ©Universal/Courtesy Everett Collection 11 Bob Odenkirk as Hutch Mansell in 'Nobody 2.' ©Universal/Courtesy Everett Collection 'Yeah, the moral would be that everything he loves is gone,' Odenkirk told the outlet. 'He burned everything he loved.' 'We let him get away with it because the movie is an entertainment, and it's meant to tell you: Yes, you can let go of your rage in this magical world,' the 'Glengarry Glen Ross' Broadway star continued. 'But in the end, I would think that it's an addiction. And he does want to do it. He does want to have a go, and so does every guy.' 'That's why we have movies,' Odenkirk concluded. 'And that's why we have boxing matches.'

‘John Wick' Spinoff ‘Ballerina' Rental Price Drops Big On Streaming

Ana de Armas and Keanu Reeves' From the World of John Wick: Ballerina is now available for a lot less on digital streaming. From the World of John Wick: Ballerina opened in theaters on June 6 and debuted on digital streaming via premium video on demand on July 1. The official logline for the movie reads, 'Taking place during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the film follows Eve Macarro (Armas), who is beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma.' Produced by John Wick franchise director Chad Stahelski and directed by Underworld helmer Len Wiseman, From the World of John Wick: Ballerina also stars Anjelica Huston, Ian McShane, Gabriel Byrne, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus and the late Lance Reddick. Reeves, of course, returns as John Wick. From the World of John Wick: Ballerina is available for purchase or rent on several digital platforms, including Apple TV, Fandango at Home, Prime Video and YouTube. Earlier this week, the platforms dropped the 48-hour rental price for Ballerina from $19.99 to $9.99, while the digital purchase price for the film dropped from $24.99 to $19.99. The film is not yet available on streaming video on demand on a subscription platform. When it is, From the World of John Wick: Ballerina will first be available on the STARZ streaming app. Ana De Armas Has A Striking Memory Of Seeing Keanu Reeves On Set As John Wick During an interview from CinemaCon 2025 in April with The Hollywood Reporter, Ana de Armas recalled seeing Keanu Reeves the first time he appeared on the Ballerina set as John Wick. 'That day, just seeing him walking on set when everyone was waiting. He just walked in with the John Wick suit on again. It was the first time after John Wick 4, which was a very iconic moment,' de Armas told THR. 'I'll never forget that.' Reeves, of course, plays a supporting role in From the World of John Wick: Ballerina, including a showdown with de Armas' character, Eve. 'We shot that scene for three or four days, and he was just full on,' de Armas told THR. 'It was actually longer than we thought, I think, originally in the script. It just kept getting more and more intricate and complicated, and then we found those action moments in between. It became something really special, and it was a good setup for that relationship.' From the World of John Wick: Ballerina is now available for reduced rental and purchase prices on digital streaming.
