Celebrity SAS star Harry Clark's life off-screen from famous girlfriend to army career
He shot to stardom overnight after his spectacular victory on The Traitors in 2024, and now Harry Clark is preparing to tackle his next television challenge on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The 23 year old features amongst the celebrity contestants appearing on the Channel 4 programme, which launches on Sunday, 3 August.
He's joined by the likes of Chloe Burrows, Tasha Ghouri, Louie Spence, and Rebecca Loos for this year's series.
With military experience under his belt before his reality TV breakthrough, it appears Harry, who recently unveiled his body transformation, stands a strong chance of excelling on the notoriously punishing programme.
"Growing up, I'd watch people close to me be in the SAS, which always inspired me. This show was a different experience from what I had imagined, but I always love a challenge, and it proves you're always learning new things about yourself," he revealed.
Here, we delve into Harry's previous military service and his celebrity girlfriend.
Who is Harry Clark?
Harry is a reality television star who rose to prominence on the second series of the BBC's The Traitors, reports Wales Online.
The 23 year old claimed victory in the series following a dramatic finale, where his fellow contestant Mollie Pearson discovered he'd been misleading her throughout the entire programme and was, indeed, a Traitor.
Harry departed with an astonishing £95,000 and has subsequently built a career in the public eye, securing fresh TV projects and expanding his social media presence.
Army career
Before his appearance on The Traitors, Harry served as a lance corporal with 47 Regiment Royal Artillery (47 Regt RA). He launched his military career at just 15, driven by admiration for his grandfather who had also served in the forces.
"My Grandad on my Mother's side was in the Parachute Regiment; he was my idol, and I wanted to make him proud. He taught us about the importance of 'family', how to respect others, and he taught me how to be a gentleman," he said, as reported on the British Army website.
Harry enrolled at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate, Yorkshire at 16, where he trained as an aviation technician with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers.
When he applied for The Traitors, Harry had landed a fresh role with a railway firm and was preparing for a career change.
Discussing the BBC programme, he previously told Revamp Magazine: "I never thought anything would come of it. I had a job lined up after the army, working on the trains, five days on and five days off."
Who is Harry's girlfriend?
Harry has been dating CBBC host Anna Maynard since 2022, after the pair first met at a Brighton nightclub.
Anna, 24, has fronted CBBC programme Got What It Takes? since 2018 and commands a massive online following, including more than 333,000 YouTube subscribers. Her digital content spans everything from workout updates to beauty advice.
She's the younger sibling of chart-topper Conor Maynard and YouTube sensation Jack Maynard, who also featured on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here.
Harry and Anna frequently post about each other on social media, with their relationship seemingly growing stronger by the day.

Channel 4 faces major backlash over controversial Bonnie Blue documentary
Channel 4 has faced backlash from advertisers as they demand their ads are pulled from it's controversial documentary 1000 Men and Me: the Bonnie Blue Story, which aired last week Channel 4 is facing pressure from advertisers demanding that their ads are removed from its controversial Bonnie Blue documentary. The programme titled 1000 Men and Me: the Bonnie Blue Story, aired last week and followed the content creator as she exposed the dark reality of her X-rated videos. Now, businesses have asked for their ads to be removed from the documentary featured on Channel 4 on Demand -including card payment business Visa, juice maker Cawston Press and vodka brand Smirnoff. It was reported by The Times that the brands did not want their products promoted during the programme as it does not align with their values or advertising guidelines. The documentary about Bonnie Blue, whose real name is Tia Billinger, has sparked backlash for including explicit sex scenes - most notably a scene in which the adult content creator films a sex tape alongside two others from the porn industry, the Mirror reports. A Channel 4 spokesperson said in a statement: "We take great care to ensure that advertising is appropriately placed across all programming, particularly where content may be sensitive or potentially contentious. "In the case of 1000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story, the programme was reviewed in advance of transmission to ensure advertising was suitable. Several brands and categories were excluded to avoid inappropriate juxtapositions." They continued: "Channel 4 is a commercially funded public service broadcaster. We use commercial revenues such as advertising to make programmes that deliver our remit to create change through entertainment across a wide range of issues. Our programming is created independently from our commercial operation." Dam Rachel de Souza, a children's commissioner, has hit out at the documentary, claiming that it risked affecting efforts to protect teenagers from online porn. She stated: "For years we have been fighting to protect our children from the kind of degrading, violent sex that exists freely on their social media feeds. "This documentary risks taking us a step back by glamorising, even normalising, the things young people tell me are frightening, confusing and damaging to their relationships," she concluded. Earlier this week, the shadow Home Office minister expressed outrage that children can still access the Bonnie Blue documentary online, despite recently introduced strict age checks designed to block access to pornographic content. Although Channel 4 requires users to be at least 16 to create an account, the lack of a robust age verification system allows minors to easily input false birth dates to view the show. "It seems bizarre to me," Home Office minister Katie Lam said on Times Radio. "There is clearly a consistency problem both in terms of content and in terms of platform." Ofcom has not yet confirmed whether it will launch a formal investigation into Channel 4's broadcast of the documentary but stated that it is "assessing the complaints against [its] rules." In response, Channel 4 maintained that the programme was "compliant with the Ofcom broadcasting code". The broadcaster also defended its decision to make the documentary about the adult star, who claims to have slept with 1,057 men in 12 hours. Commissioning Editor Tim Hancock said: "I believe it is Channel 4's job to tell stories like this, trying to get behind the truth of the headlines. We film real stories in real time. We are very proud to do films like this."

Celebrity SAS star Rebecca Loos says David Beckham scandal left her battling 'big issue'
Rebecca Loos was catapulted into the spotlight in 2004 when reports of an 'affair' with former England captain David Beckham emerged Rebecca Loos says she has been left with a 'big issue' after her explosive affair claims more than two decades ago. The 48-year-old was working as a personal assistant to David Beckham when reports emerged suggesting she was having an "affair" with the footballer. While the former England captain branded the claims 'ludicrous' it launched Rebecca into the spotlight. She subsequently went on to star in a host of reality TV shows, including Celebrity Love Island and The X Factor: Battle of the Stars. But Rebecca has now been absent from screens since 2008, when she hosted The Podge and Rodge Show on Irish television. She is however now preparing to make a return on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. She admits her past means she is used to being in the spotlight, although she accepts it has left one lasting impression on her. Speaking to Closer, she said: 'I'm a little bit burnt by what I've been through, so I have a big issue trusting. 'Celeb SAS was a great show for me to come back on because it's quite serious. And the production company has been absolutely fantastic – what they've said the show is going to be and what they said they're going to do, they've done.' Rebecca describes the survivalist show as 'very honest' and 'very open'. The show sees Rebecca and 13 other celebrities put through their paces as they complete the most challenging special forces selection course out there. Ahead of the show, Rebecca took part in the Celebrity SAS Mirror Room. There Jason Fox and Chris Oliver questioned her motives for being on the show and asked about the 'affair'. Rebecca said: 'It felt unjust that my life was pretty hell and his (Beckham's) life kept going and kept blossoming. I've been accused of being a liar. I've had a lifetime of opinions around me, I've definitely developed thick skin. 'I think the public opinion now has softened, at least from what I'm gathering since the documentary came out with the Beckhams a couple of years ago. I think it is now because thanks to social media, there is a whole different following out there, which it's a double-edged sword." Rebecca's world changed forever in 2003 after David secured a career-defining transfer to Real Madrid. The-then 26-year-old Rebecca was hired to help him settle into his new life in Spain. In September that year, the pair were pictured leaving a nightclub together and rumours of an affair began to circulate. In 2004, Rebecca sold her story to the News of the World, claiming the pair had been involved for four months. The Beckhams however denied the affair. In a statement, David said: 'The simple truth is that I am very happily married. I have a wonderful wife and two very special kids.' David and Victoria never pursued legal action against Rebecca directly, but in 2006, they reached a confidential settlement after filing defamation claims against the News of the World. David has always denied the allegations. Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins can be streamed or watched live every Sunday and Monday from 9pm on Channel 4, starting tonight (3 August).
