Viewers are now desperate to find out whether Belly will get her happy ending with Jeremiah, despite Conrad (Christopher Briney) desperately trying to hide his feelings from her, with the older Fisher brother having many green flags.

Those looking for answers about whether Conrad will be revealing his feelings and if it will have an impact on Belly can find some in The Summer I Turned Pretty novels by Jenny Han.

So fans will have to see whether the TV adaptation will follow the novels.
Who does Belly choose in The Summer I Turned Pretty books?
In the novels, Belly chooses Conrad after he finally confesses his feelings to her.
During her time in Cousins, the pair grow closer and Conrad's walls break down, and he's unable to deny his feelings anymore.

After confessing his feelings, Jeremiah finds out and the two brothers get into a fight over Belly and who loves her more.
Conrad convinces his sibling to go back to Belly and for the pair to get married.
But Jeremiah is shaken by Conrad's revelation and asks Belly if she still has feelings for his brother.

Belly says Conrad will always have a little piece of her heart, which is the death knell for their relationship.
Jeremiah then leaves town, and Belly and Conrad reconcile as they finally get together.

Years down the line, Conrad and Belly get married with Jeremiah attending the wedding with a date. He seems to have moved on and acknowledges the couple before focusing on his date.
Whether the TV show will see things play out in the same way or offer up something slightly different for fans remains to be seen.
Either way audience can expect a rollercoaster ride towards the finale, with star Briney previously teasing: 'S*** will hit the fan. Don't worry, guys.'
While co-showrunner and author Han teased to Vanity Fair: 'I guess I can say that there are moments that the readers have been really looking forward to—so I wanted to be the one to do it.'
Han added: 'I think I've said a lot more than I've ever said [about the new season].'

Jennifer Aniston reveals which 'healing modalities' she has in her $21M mansion to 'calm her nerves'

has filled her home with 'healing modalities in order to create a calm environment,' the star has said. Those 'healing modalities' are crystals which she insisted banishes negative 'nerves' from her $21M mansion. The Friends actress, 56, opened the doors of her Los Angeles home to Vanity Fair, declaring it a sanctuary from the pressures of both Hollywood and the wider world. She said when told during the chat it exudes calmness: 'Good! That's the whole point.' Motioning towards the outside world, she added: 'Out there, it causes nerves. In here, there should be no nerves.' The actress' splashy abode was opened to Vanity Fair's Julie Miller, who took a detailed look inside the residence for the magazine's September cover story. Jennifer added: 'I've basically incorporated all of the healing modalities in order to create a calm environment in the chaos of the wonderful industry and the world at large.' The home features crystals including raw amethyst and a white stone for clarity, an incense holder decorated with crows, and a curated selection of design books. Designed by the architects A. Quincy Jones and Frederick Emmons, the house maintains a serene atmosphere through pale cream couches, white peonies and taper candles. Large panoramic windows take up an entire wall, offering sweeping views from Downtown L.A. to the Pacific Ocean, reinforcing the home's spa-like calm. The space notably lacks screens or ambient noise, enhancing its anxiety-suppressing effect. Jennifer also shared her passion for interior design, a hobby she shares with her longtime Friends co-star Courteney Cox, 59. She said: 'We usually talk interior design. Jennifer opened the doors to Architectural Digest in February 2018. She told the magazine that she'd 'want to be a designer' if she wasn't an actress because she loves 'the process' 'It kind of bores people to tears when we get into a room together. But it's what we love. It's our love language.' The actress described how she curates her life around architecture, animals, hair, and spiritual affirmations to find inspiration without being overwhelmed by online noise. She added: 'I try to stay away from the noise as much as possible. 'Thankfully, my algorithm is animals, architecture, hair and spiritual affirmations. So it's not that doomy.' Through the combination of intentional décor choices, panoramic views, and a carefully managed digital environment, Jennifer has fashioned a personal oasis where visitors can also experience a sense of calm, the Vanity Fair feature showed. Also in her interview Aniston said she is not a nepo baby. She was born to parents John Aniston and Nancy Dow, who were both actors, but she insists she has not benefitted from nepotism. In a new interview with Vanity Fair, the star denied riding her parents coattails to build her career. John, who died in 2022, was best known for his role as Victor Kiriakis on Days of Our Lives. And Nancy, who died in 2016, found success in the 60s on shows like The Beverly Hillbillies and The Wild Wild West. 'Listen, I am so grateful. I came from nothing. We were broke. There's no nepo baby here,' she declared. Jennifer was raised in New York City, where she developed her acting chops at the LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Part of her ambition stemmed from 'always wanting to get Pop's approval,' she said of her late father. 'It was the thing that drove me and was also my biggest heartbreak: trying to impress and prove your value to a man who's only capable of so much,' she explained. The Hollywood fixture said she thought that if she could achieve noteworthy success 'then he will love me as much as I love him.'

'We were used, abused and taken for a ride - what mum could do that to their own child?!' rage victims of Shannon Matthews kidnapping hoax in first look at harrowing documentary

A first look at the new documentary The Hunt For Shannon Matthews sees the victims rage 'we were used, abused and taken for a ride'. The upcoming show, which will be available to watch on Amazon Prime Video on Sunday 17 August, will see a number of people involved in the look for the young girl appear on our screens to talk about her disappearance. Shannon was nine years old when she was reported missing in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, back in February 2008. 24 days after she was reported missing, she was found a few miles away at Karen's then-boyfriend Michael Donovan's house in a plot to claim a £50,000 reward. In an exclusive first look at the documentary, Karen Matthews ' friend Julie Bushby rages: 'There was a lot of anger. Everybody felt betrayed. 'Everybody felt used and abused because we were all taken for a ride. It were everybody that went out searching that were taken for a ride. 'It were everybody that were putting posters up... taken for a ride.' Retired Detective Constable Nick Townsend adds: 'She misled her own community, her friends, her family, the press, the nation, effectively, for 23 days.' Petra Jamieson, a woman who lived on Dewsbury's Moorside Estate, says: 'She weren't allowed back on the estate by the police, so I never got to speak to Karen. 'Did I want to strangle her doing it? Did I want to punch her? Hug her? All of the above.' Fighting back the tears, she continues: 'The children. What mum could do that to their own child?' It comes after a man who investigated Shannon's disappearance revealed the moment he knew that her mum Karen the person behind it all during an appearance on This Morning earlier this week. Richard Edwards, who was a local reporter at the time, and Karen's friend Julie appeared on Tuesday's instalment of the ITV show to talk about their involvement in the case. Presenters Emma Willis, 49, and Andi Peters, 55, were keen to know the moment when they started to rethink things and become suspicious of Karen. Retired Detective Constable Nick Townsend says: 'She misled her own community, her friends, her family, the press, the nation, effectively, for 23 days' (pictured) Richard said: 'The conversation on the estate was fever pitch by then. 'A lot of people were talking about Karen's strange behaviour, but more and more people had started to actually say she'd been involved. 'There was one particular night where to this day I've never known who this person was. 'It was a Sunday night, a few days before Karen was arrested... 'A car pulled up on the estate, I was working, it was late on the Sunday, it was dark and a guy got out and he said 'Where's that Richard Edwards from the Yorkshire Evening Post? 'I thought I've done something to offend this fella, but I need to front up. I said "That's me". 'He came over, he was right at the end of Mooreside Road and he pointed towards the house, he went "She's done it. She's known where that little girl has been all along." 'Then got into the car and drove off and I thought right... that was weird. 'That was on top of the other stuff I'd been hearing. And then three days later she was arrested.' An intrigued Emma asked: 'And you have no idea who that person was?' 'To this day, don't know who he was,' Richard replied. 'So if he's watching this and wants to get in touch with me just to explain who he is and just clear up that tiny little outstanding part of the story. 'I would love to hear from him because he didn't tell me who he was, but he was right! 'He was right!'
