'You have to be authentic': Meghan Markle finally addresses viral video of herself twerking while in labour with Princess Lilibet

Meghan Markle has addressed the viral video she shared of herself dancing in the delivery room while heavily pregnant with her daughter, Princess Lilibet.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, sent social media into a spin earlier in the month after posting a throwback clip of herself twerking and dancing to the song 'Baby Momma' to celebrate Lilibet's fourth birthday.
In the video, a visibly pregnant Meghan dances playfully alongside husband Prince Harry, 40.
"Four years ago today, this also happened," Meghan wrote in the caption.
"Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work – there was only one thing left to do!"
Nearly two weeks later, the former royal has opened up about the clip in a new interview with British entrepreneur Emma Grede on her 'Aspire' podcast.
"You have to be authentic," Meghan tells Grede in a teaser from the interview, released by People on Tuesday.
"Did you see my Baby Momma dance?"
Grede responded enthusiastically, saying she'd watched the video "like 20 times" and couldn't quite believe it was Meghan in the clip.
"We maybe watched it like 20 times yesterday, and I was like, is that, is that her? Is that Prince Harry there with the fingers…I was like, okay…good on Harry, let's go," she laughed.
"But that's you, right? Like that's you in a way that we kind of haven't been able to see you before."
Meghan agreed, smiling as Grede said she did a "secret cheer" because it was the kind of moment she'd always hoped to see from the duchess.
"Like I wanna see that happiness and that honesty and that 'I don't give a f***' kind of thing," Grede added.
The former Suits actress explained that she's thankful for the chance to finally express more of who she really is, now that she's back on social media.
Meghan deleted her personal Instagram account just three months prior to her royal wedding to Prince Harry in 2018, only to reactivate it in a surprise move at the start of the new year.
The launch of the former royal's Instagram account coincided with the release of her new Netflix cooking show, With Love, Meghan, and her lifestyle brand, As Ever (formerly American Riviera Orchard).
"By the way, that wasn't yesterday, that was four years ago," Meghan clarified.
"So it's also a really great reminder that with all the noise or whatever people do, there's still a whole life, a real, authentic, fun life that's happening behind the scenes.
"I'm just grateful that now, being back on social (media) as well, I have a place where I can share it on my own terms."
Later in the chat, Meghan also reflected on how much her public image has shifted since her days as an actress.
Grede asked: "If you could rewrite your public narrative from scratch, is there anything that you would do differently?"
Meghan didn't hesitate with her reply: "Yes, I would ask people to tell the truth."

Influencer ‘almost died' undergoing Brazilian butt lift

A popular OnlyFans creator has detailed her terrifying experience after a Brazilian butt lift procedure in Turkey left her 'vomiting blood'. Kayla Jade, an Australian influencer with 2.2 million TikTok followers, said she had always struggled with body image issues and heard people can undergo cheaper cosmetic surgery in Turkey. 'I didn't have a lot of money at the time, and I had heard so many people were going to get surgeries in Turkey – and that they were really good at what they did,' she said. The mother-of-two detailed her experience to her TikTok followers earlier this month, telling them she 'almost died' from the procedure. If you'd like to view this content, please adjust your . A Brazillian butt lift, also known as a BBL, is a cosmetic procedure that involves removing fat from a person's hips or abdomen and injecting it back into a person's butt, giving a curvier appearance. Kayla Jade told her followers she was awake throughout the surgery and recalled 'feeling everything' while lying 'paralysed' on the operating table. 'There was nothing I could do. I was just lying there in my head screaming, but I could just feel all the stuff that was happening,' she said. Following the procedure, she began vomiting blood and experienced immense pain. OnlyFans star Kayla Jade said her Turkey surgery experience was a 'crazy situation'. Brazilian butt lift patients are advised to lie on their stomach for at least six weeks post-op to allow the area to heal. She underwent a revision surgery back in Australia a year later as she wasn't happy with the results. 'They'd literally taken chunks out of my back, so the Australian doctor went and smoothed everything over.' Kayla posted her experience to spread awareness of the dangers of overseas cosmetic procedures. 'Please don't cheapen out like what I did and end up in some crazy situation,' she warned followers.

Joss Stone gives birth to daughter just months after adopting baby boy

Joss Stone is "so in love" after giving birth to baby Nalima Rose. The 38-year-old singer - who has Violet, four, Shackleton, two, and adopted son Bear with her her husband Cody DaLuz - revealed her new arrival on Monday (16.06.25) as she shared a sweet photo of herself cuddled up with her daughter. She wrote alongside the snap on Instagram: "Happy #mummymondays. "Welcome our beautiful Nalima Rose to the world. We are so in love." Joss and Cody found out she was pregnant just weeks after adopting baby boy Bear, who is now seven months old. Back in December, she wrote on Instagram: "Honestly. Shocked was an understatement. Nothing and no one can take our joy now. "We are so chuffed !!!! Maybe we should call the 'Less is More' tour the preggo tour. (sic)" The Super Duper Love star had revealed the adoption process happened "so fast", as she played a small clip of herself revealing the news to her children. But the journey to collect the little one did not go entirely smoothly, as the couple ended up in the wrong hospital and became confused about where to go. Joss explained: "We were in the wrong hospital. I knew it! "That's why Tummy Mummy said eighth floor, and the guy downstairs said second floor because they are totally different hospitals!" When Bear was just weeks old, Joss revealed he had problems with his lungs and doctors have warned them not to take him out anywhere. In a video posted on Instagram, Joss was seen sitting in her car with Bear and saying: "I am sat in the car with him because he is so little that he can't go out because he was so premature his lungs are a little bit vulnerable. "I'm just here with little man hanging out." While she was told not to take Bear out, she still had to get him to a doctor's appointment. The pop star added: "At the hospital they said: 'Don't take him out anywhere'. "But shortly after they said but make a doctor's appointment and I thought: 'Hang on you just told me not to take him out as his lungs are too vulnerable but you want me to bring him to the doctors where there are all these germs and stuff?' "
