According to a source on The Sun, Clarkson's staff members had no clue about the cancellation before it was announced.

'Everyone working behind the scenes was in complete shock,' the source said. 'They woke up Friday expecting a normal day of work and began their day like always. It wasn't until hours into the work day everyone was told the news.'
Not only were they not given the news beforehand, but many of them were told together with the rest of the world. 'A lot of the crew found out on social media which is utterly disrespectful,' the source stated. 'It's disrespectful to do that to so many people who worked their a– off for your show. She's definitely lost the respect and confidence of a lot of her workers.'
Of course, the morale of the staff members only worsened once fans heard the news, with many bursting into tears outside the venue. 'The crew was setting up like normal and bam, it hit. Fans crying about wasting thousands of dollars, fans who flew from outside the country to see Kelly for the first time,' the source said. 'She doesn't realize the depth of how much she let people down and most of them were crying they can't afford to come back another weekend.'
Now, it seems staffers are more nervous than ever about whether the next confirmed shows, on July 11 and 12, will actually take place. 'Everyone has been showing up every day to do their job and put on a good show. Now we just need Kelly to show up,' the source said. 'I think people will be walking on eggshells and on edge until she actually hits the stage because of how last minute she canceled.'
According to sources on Daily Mail, Clarkson's attitude is reminiscent of what she does in her hit talk show, The Kelly Clarkson Show.
'She's all in on the talk show, then she's not, then she is again,' the source said, referring to her unexplained absence from the show in March and April this year. 'She's performing in Vegas, now she's not. It's her voice. It's personal issues. It's enough to make you crazy.'
'She's the sweetest woman in show business,' the staffer continued. 'And not to be mean, but she's being a flake. I'm sorry, but that's how it feels. She's being flaky. And that's very hard to be in business with.'
As a reminder, Clarkson blamed vocal issues as the reason for the cancellation.
'The prep and rehearsals have taken a toll on my voice,' she wrote in her Instagram announcement. 'I want the shows to be perfect for y'all and I need to protect myself from doing serious damage, so I am taking this weekend and next week to rest up so that we can deliver what you all deserve.'
We hope her July 11 opening goes on without a hitch.Best of SheKnows
