"The Accountant 2" Sets Streaming Date

Yara Sameh Amazon MGM Studios announced on Monday that "The Accountant 2", starring Ben Affleck and Jon Bernthal, will stream globally on Prime Video on Thursday, June 5. This comes following an April theatrical release that saw the action thriller sequel gross over $100 million worldwide. Prior to that, it premiered to critical acclaim at SXSW, winning the festival's Headliner Audience Award. In the film directed by Gavin O'Connor, which follows up 2016's "The Accountant", Affleck reprises his role as Christian Wolff, who has a talent for solving complex problems. When an old acquaintance is murdered, leaving behind a cryptic message to 'find the accountant,' Wolff is compelled to solve the case. Realizing more extreme measures are necessary, Wolff recruits his estranged and highly lethal brother, Brax (Bernthal), to help. In partnership with U.S. Treasury Deputy Director Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson), they uncover a deadly conspiracy, becoming targets of a ruthless network of killers who will stop at nothing to keep their secrets buried. Daniella Pineda, Allison Robertson, and J.K. Simmons also star in the film, penned by Bill Dubuque, with Affleck, Lynette Howell Taylor, and Mark Williams producing. Grossing $155M worldwide in its 2016 theatrical release before going on to become the most-rented digital film of the subsequent year, the first Accountant introduced Affleck as a highly skilled CPA with autism who leads a double life as a forensic accountant for criminal organizations. BTS Reveals Plans for 2025 Festa Celebration in South Korea

Yara Sameh BTS has revealed new details about their upcoming 2025 FESTA, marking the K-pop group's 12th anniversary. FESTA is a yearly event that brings together BTS and their fans, ARMY, to celebrate their debut anniversary. This year's offline celebration is set for June 13–14 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang, South Korea. The event will be open to the public and feature interactive activities, including a FESTA-themed game zone, DIY photo card stations, and a coloring wall inspired by BTS' album artwork. Attendees can also enjoy hourly light shows, explore a voice zone featuring messages from the BTS members, and visit an archive exhibit showcasing album covers, trophies and the members' personalized lockers. In conjunction with the in-person festivities, a lineup of online content — such as the annual 'BTS LIVE' and the family portrait — will be released. Exclusive merchandise will also be available. It remains unclear whether any BTS members — Jin, RM, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook — will appear or perform at this year's FESTA. At the 2024 FESTA, Jin made his first public appearance after completing his mandatory military service, personally greeting 1,000 fans with hugs. He also performed solo tracks 'The Astronaut' and 'Super Tuna,' along with BTS' 'Moon.' While none of the other BTS members were able to attend last year's FESTA, each wrote heartfelt letters to ARMY that were shared during the event. BTS, also known as the Bangtan Boys, began forming in 2010 after Big Hit Entertainment founder Bang Si-hyuk recruited RM followed by Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. However, the band officially debuted in 2013. Since then, the artists have gone on to experience dynamite success, including two Grammy nominations, six no. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and an ARMY of fans. In recent years, each of the seven members has also made a mark individually, with all scoring solo entries on the Hot 100. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan

Guillermo del Toro's "Frankenstein" First Look Revealed

Yara Sameh Netflix has revealed the official teaser trailer for Guillermo del Toro's latest film 'Frankenstein'. The giant streamer gave audiences a first look at the twisted new take on the classic Hollywood monster during its Tudum live event. The film's official logline reads, 'A brilliant but egotistical scientist brings a creature to life in a monstrous experiment that ultimately leads to the undoing of both the creator and his tragic creation.' The film stars Oscar Isaac as Dr. Victor Frankenstein, Mia Goth as Elizabeth, Ralph Ineson as Professor Krempe, Jacob Elordi as The Monster and Chrstoph Watlz as Harlander. Cast members also includes Felix Kammerer, Lars Mikkelsen, David Bradley, Christian Covery, and Charles Dance. Earlier in May at the Cannes Film Festival, director del Toro shared his version of the lumbering, undead man will be more sympathetic than some previous takes on the classic Mary Shelley horror story. 'Somebody asked me the other day, does it have really scary scenes?' the filmmaker explained during a sit down with Oscar-winning composer Alexandre Desplat. 'For the first time, I considered that. It's an emotional story for me. It's as personal as anything. I'm asking a question about being a father, being a son… I'm not doing a horror movie — ever. I'm not trying to do that.' Del Toro serves as writer and director as well as producer. J. Miles Dale, Melissa Girotti and Scott Suber also produce. "Frankenstein" is expected release to in November 2025. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan
