#SHOWBIZ: Mother of popular actress: She treats me like a 'mangy dog'
In an Instagram Story video, the woman tearfully expressed her frustration, saying that her child, whom she raised with love, was now willing to "abandon" her.
She also accused the actress of ignoring her advice to remain humble despite her fame.
"I always told you, when you're famous, don't forget where you came from," she said.
"But it turns out that once you're famous, you forget yourself."
She continued, "She really dumped her mother. People think she gave me money so she could treat me like this. I'm like a mangy dog. I used to pawn things, sell jewellery, and was even an unpaid driver to support her when she was starting out in Kuala Lumpur."
"I took her everywhere, with the hope that when she was successful, we could enjoy it together and she would remember her mother's kindness," she added.
The mother also claimed that their disagreement was caused by her daughter's dissatisfaction with her.
"We fought because we were dissatisfied with many things, but to humiliate me like this... she could call a lawyer to come and get her out of the car, as if I wanted to kill her."
She went on to allege that she is now facing legal action, including court injunctions, and claimed she was once locked in a car and had to bang on the window to get out.
BH Online attempted to get a response from both the popular artiste and her mother, but neither has replied.
Meanwhile, the artiste's management said that they would announce any new developments "from time to time."

Anna Jobling's mother upset after receiving injunction order
In a video uploaded on Instagram Story, Ariz claimed she was being treated 'like a stray dog' despite having sacrificed her wealth and energy to ensure the comfort of the "Setia Itu Mahal" drama actress. SHAH ALAM - The conflict between popular actress Anna Jobling and her mother, Ariz Arop, continues to be the talk of the town after the latter came forward with an emotional revelation about how her daughter has been allegedly treating her. In a video uploaded on Instagram Story, Ariz claimed she was being treated 'like a stray dog' despite having sacrificed her wealth and energy to ensure the comfort of the "Setia Itu Mahal" drama actress. "I have already told her, when you become famous, don't forget who you are. But when she became famous, she treated me like this. Even though she often gives me money, does she think she can treat me this way? "I pawned my car, my jewellery, everything, just so I could live with her in Kuala Lumpur. I was her unpaid driver, taking her everywhere," the mother claimed. Ariz said what began as a minor disagreement between the two escalated when Anna, whose full name is Anna Ellisa Gustin Jobling Abdul Rahman Jobling, called in a lawyer to intervene. "At first, it was a normal argument over issues we were unhappy with each other about. But the situation worsened to the point where she insulted me and called a lawyer to remove me from the car, as if I were a threat to her life," she explained tearfully. She added that she never anticipated a grand reward from her daughter, merely wishing to share in her comfort after raising her and supporting her career. "Soar as high as you wish, but never forget that in every success there is a mother's prayer," she added. Previously, the mother-daughter dispute garnered public interest when Ariz disclosed that she had received an injunction order from Anna with a photo of herself at a police station. To date, Anna has not publicly commented on the situation or released any statements on her social media platforms.

#SHOWBIZ: Dharma's family can continue living in their rented house
KUALA LUMPUR: Thanks to public donations, veteran actor Dharma Harun Al-Rashid and his two children, Siti Qurratu Aini and Muhammad Al Syafiq, can continue living in their Wangsa Maju home in Kuala Lumpur after their rent arrears were settled. Syafiq explained that after negotiating with their landlord, they were allowed to stay despite a slight rent increase. "We recently contacted the landlord about the rent payment because so many people had donated to help us pay it off. "With that money, we were able to clear several months of arrears and even pay a few months in advance. "The landlord raised the rent a little, but we understood why. He also understood our story after it went viral, and he was kind enough to allow us to stay here," Syafiq told BH Online. Previously, Syafiq had posted on Instagram, asking the landlord for understanding while they tried to settle the payments. Last June, Dharma's family's struggle to pay their rent came to light. The hardships faced by the actor, who starred in the 1980s film 'Adik Manja', went viral after a video showed his declining health. It was also reported that Dharma had not been offered acting roles for three years. Syafiq expressed gratitude that the family's struggles received so much attention, allowing them to remain in their home. "I'm so thankful for the public's donations. Most people who came to our house donated, and it really helped us. "Now that the arrears are settled, we'll take steps to pay next month's rent to make things easier," he said. Syafiq is also happy that his father is starting to receive job offers. "My father has received an acting offer from producer Datuk A Aida. I also have a few other acting jobs, so God willing, this will help our family," he said. It was reported that Aida offered Dharma a one-year, monthly job to ease his financial burden. However, the founder of A Aida Production said that the offer was contingent on Dharma's performance in the telefilm 'Kisah Cinta Kau & Aku', which is scheduled to begin filming on Aug 15.
