Geri breaks cover at F1 British Grand Prix after snubbing Mel B's wedding
Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has made a public appearance at the F1 British Grand Prix, looking stunning in an all-white ensemble, just one day after missing her former bandmate Mel B's wedding.
The 52-year-old Spice Girl was noticeably absent as Mel tied the knot with fiancé Rory McPhee at St Paul's Cathedral in London on Saturday, surrounded by a host of A-list guests. Geri also chose not to post any well wishes to Mel B on social media, adding further fuel to the fire on their rift.
Her relationship with Mel B has famously been turbulent over the years, with tensions between the pair making it difficult for them to share the same space without conflict.
Geri, who is married to former racing driver Christian Horner, stepped back into the spotlight at the sporting event along with her two children, eight-year-old son, Monty, and 19-year-old daughter, Bluebell.
The race itself wasn't short on drama due to the heavy rainfall, which caused a fair amount of chaos on the track.
Geri continued to snub Mel B online while many other celebrities rushed to send Mel B congratulatory messages on social media, including Heidi Klum, Paloma Faith and Kerry Katona.
Fans hoping for a full Spice Girls reunion were left disappointed, as only Emma Bunton, 49, was seen at the celebration. Baby Spice looked effortlessly chic in a blush pink dress, complemented by a matching hat and sparkling silver heels.
Victoria Beckham, who was noticeably absent from the celebrations, took to Instagram to mark Mel's big day. Sharing a glamorous throwback photo of the pair, she wrote: 'Sending love to you @officialmelb! @rorymcphee is a very lucky man! xx.'
Mel C, who was also unable to attend the wedding, sent her well-wishes on social media. Sharing a joyful photo of the newlyweds, she wrote: 'So so happy for you both and beyond gutted I couldn't be there. Excited to celebrate with you really soon. Yipee!'
The beautiful wedding marks the third marriage for 50-year-old Mel B. She married 37-year-old hairstylist Rory McPhee, following her divorce from Jimmy Gulzar and Stephen Belafonte.
Last year she said of Rory: 'When I went back to England, he would come over and give me hair treatments... and as he was nurturing my curls back, I guess he was nurturing my trust and belief in a relationship.'
Rory popped the question in October 2022 at the Cliveden Hotel in Berkshire, after decking the room in flowers and going down on one knee. Being awarded an MBE in 2022 for her services to charitable causes and vulnerable women meant the star was able to tie the knot at St Paul's.

Kerry Katona shares true feelings over Atomic Kitten feud
Kerry Katona has revealed her true feelings about her former Atomic Kitten bandmates by speaking out on their ongoing 'feud' and admitting her one wish for the former pals. Kerry Katona has shared her true feelings on the infamous Atomic Kitten 'feud' which has seen her estranged from her bandmates for over two decades. The singer, 44, who rose to fame in the band back in 1998 and was in the group until 2001, was a forming member of the group alongside Natasha Hamilton and Liz McClarnon and was replaced by Jenny Frost after exiting the band. Likening the group's dynamics to that of the Spice Girls, after the group failed to reunite at Mel B's wedding this weekend, Kerry explained in her weekly New! Magazine column that she thought it was a 'shame' the likes of Victoria Beckham and Geri Horner weren't in attendance to the nuptials. She wrote: "I read last week that Victoria Beckham and Geri Horner weren't to be at Mel B's wedding, which is a shame. It would be sad if they weren't going due to a fallout, as the Spice Girls have so much history. "It's like me and Atomic Kitten – I do wish I was closer to the girls because we had amazing experiences together. But sometimes it is what it is, and I'm sure Mel's wedding day was amazing." The band's debut album, Right Now, was released in 2000 and reached number one in the UK charts, and the following year Kerry left the group after falling pregnant with her first child and was replaced by Jenny Frost. The band have had several reunions since, all of which Kerry hasn't been a part of. Kerry has previously recalled how the band used to fight back in the day before she was replaced by Jenny. She admitted: "I remember some of the fights we had in Atomic Kitten back in the day. Once, Liz punched me from behind after we had a little row. I was furious and got my own back. "I made her get changed in the toilets at SMTV Live, then I stamped on her feet while we were up on stage singing Whole Again." However, appearing to let bygones be bygones, Kerry has said multiple times over recent years how she'd 'love' to reconnect with her bandmates and claims to have reached out to them several times. In 2023, following the death of S Club 7 star Paul Cattermole, Kerry wrote in her column: "When something like this happens, it brings home how I feel about my relationship with the Atomic Kitten girls. "It's really sad that we don't talk. I've reached out to them so many times. Life is too short."

Peter Andre says Princess is under 'pressure' after 'lip filler' backlash
Peter Andre has claimed that his daughter Princess is under 'a lot of pressure' for the way she looks, just days after the teen was accused of getting lip filler, which she denies. Peter Andre has defended his daughter Princess, who turned 18 last week, after fans claimed she had gotten lip filler on a recent post - sparking backlash. Revealing that the teen is under 'a lot of pressure' regarding the way she looks, particularly due to social media, dad-of-five Peter said in his weekly New! Magazine column that he urges Princess it's what is inside that matters. Forced to deny that she's had any dermal filler, Princess responded to an Instagram user who commented "Oh noooooo the lips have been done" on a recent post. "No they haven't? x," replied the teenager. And writing in his column, Peter explained it's not easy being her age these days: "I do see though that there's a lot of pressure on teenagers nowadays with the way they look, especially with social media. "But like I always tell Princess, someone could be the most beautiful looking person in the world, but if they're not a nice person, they're not that attractive. It's not about what you look like, it's about who you are that makes you truly beautiful." He added that despite her recent milestone birthday, things don't feel any different at home: "Princess is now 18 and it already feels like ages ago. I think as a parent you automatically think they will now be totally independent ,but as she says, she doesn't notice any difference. Well I mean, you wouldn't after three days, LOL. She's still ringing me to let me know where she is and what time she'll be home, which is very sweet. Secretly, I love it." Peter's comments come after his ex-wife Katie Price, who he shares Princess and son Junior, 20, with, hit the headlines for claiming she was 'left out' of Princess's 18th birthday party, which was hosted by Peter and his wife Emily. 'Princess is now an adult, so, officially, Mummy and Princess can go out together,' Katie stated on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, before adding, pointedly at Peter and his PR firm, The CAN Group, 'If certain people would let her be seen with me." However, when contacted, the management firm claimed: 'We have never – and would never – stop Princess from seeing Katie. We would never intervene in any of our clients seeing their parents or not.' Claiming that the situation left Katie 'upset', a source told Mirror over the weekend, 'The situation has really upset Katie,' says a source. 'There has been a build-up of tension recently and it all came to a head last week over Princess's birthday. "Katie was devastated and felt like she had basically been banned from attending. All the talk about their relationship angered and upset her, and she had a bit of a meltdown – because she is still so close to her kids."
