People are stunned when I tell them how I reversed my age – you don't need Botox or expensive creams to look younger
Zareefa, known to her 280k TikTok fans as @byzareefa, is turning heads online with her jaw-dropping beauty secrets that cost as little as 20p.

Her hacks promise glowing, youthful skin without a single needle or luxury serum in sight.
The 34-year-old wellness guru says she's never had Botox or fillers, and swears by a handful of quirky, all-natural tricks passed down through generations and now she's sharing them with the world.
Here are her top tricks to shaving 20 years off your age.
Flax seed face lift
Let's start with her viral flax seed face mask, dubbed 'Botox at home' by fans, and for good reason.
Zareefa said: 'I took a TikTok face mask and made it 10 times better,'
'You're literally erasing dark spots and plumping up fine lines. I haven't had any injectables, and I'm 34!'
All it takes is one tablespoon of flaxseed meal and half a cup of boiling water.
Let it cool for 30 minutes to an hour until it turns into a jelly-like consistency.
Zareefa then adds a pump of Elmo Beauty Sea Spot Run serum to supercharge the mask, targeting hyperpigmentation, texture, and breakouts all at once.
After applying and rinsing, she's left with what she calls 'literal glass skin.'
I'm 50 next year & don't have a single wrinkle thanks to a product from Boots or TikTok shop - I've never had Botox
And the best part is this DIY treatment costs less than a supermarket meal deal.
Egg shells smoothies
Next up in Zareefa's age-reversing arsenal is eggshell membrane.
Yep, the slimy bit stuck to the inside of your boiled egg.
While most of us wouldn't think twice before binning it, Zareefa insists it's the secret to plumper skin, glossy hair, and strong joints , thanks to its powerful combo of collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin.
She said: 'Sometimes I add it to my smoothies, but most of the time I just eat it with the egg,' she said.
And there's science to back it up, studies show this natural supplement can boost skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles in just a few weeks.
Ancient cultures even used it to heal wounds and regenerate tissue.
So next time you're peeling a boiled egg, think twice before chucking the magic membrane.
Banana peel Botox
If you thought things couldn't get any weirder, or cheaper, think again.
Zareefa has sparked a TikTok frenzy by revealing that the humble banana peel can work just like Botox.
Packed with lutein, a powerful antioxidant also found in spinach and kale, the peel helps brighten skin, reduce wrinkles, and fade dark spots, all for around 25p.
'My mum used to do this every time we had bananas,' she told her fans.
'She'd make us eat the banana and use the peel on her face!'
Zareefa recommends rubbing the inside of the peel on your skin and leaving it on for ten minutes before rinsing.
Do it a few times a week and, she says, you'll see a dramatic difference in hydration, texture and radiance.
She tells beauty lovers to consider it as preventative Botox and says "you're not going to need any injectables if you're doing this consistently".
And the internet agrees. The video racked up over 10 million views in just three days, with thousands praising the hack as 'life-changing' and 'literally affordable advice.'
One fan joked: 'Finally something I can actually try, not £200 night creams.' Another wrote: 'God really gave us everything we need. No more artificial stuff!'
So if you've been thinking of booking in for Botox or splashing out on yet another luxury serum, maybe it's time to raid your kitchen first.
Because according to Zareefa, the secret to eternal youth might be hiding in your fridge, not a fancy clinic.
How is celery juice an anti-ageing potion?
Celery juice is packed with antioxidants like vitamin C and flavonoids, which combat free radicals that cause cellular damage and aging.
Its high water content keeps your skin hydrated and plump, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
The anti-inflammatory compounds in celery, such as apigenin and luteolin, help reduce chronic inflammation linked to ageing.
Rich in essential nutrients like vitamin K and potassium, celery juice supports overall skin health and body functions.
Drinking celery juice regularly can complement a balanced diet and skincare routine, promoting a youthful glow from within.

Justin Timberlake slammed for doing 'bare minimum' at his concerts
Justin Timberlake has left some fans demanding a 'refund' after he appeared to have stopped signing at his live shows. The American singer rose to fame as part of The All New Mickey Mouse Club in the 1990s, going on to join the hugely successful boyband NSYNC, who sold over 70 million units worldwide. After the band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2002, Justin pursued a solo career, releasing the chart-topping albums Justified and FutureSex/LoveSounds, which included hits like Cry Me a River, Rock Your Body and SexyBack. He was dubbed the 'Prince of Pop', has 10 Grammy Awards, and is now one of the best-selling musicians of all time. Last year Justin, 44, embarked on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, his first in five years. Although it officially ended in February this year, it was quickly followed by an extension that has included festivals and one-off concerts titled 'JT Live 2025'. But just a few days before his last scheduled show in Istanbul, Turkey, on July 30, Justin has drawn the ire of some concertgoers. Last week Justin played at the Electric Castle festival in Romania, but soon after he was called out for signing very little of his track Can't Stop the Feeling live. In the clip, posted on TikTok, he was seen putting the hood of his jacket on as rain started pouring down as he sung the first few lines of the song. He then made hand gestures and walked across the stage to amp them up but only went on to sing a few parts of the song and heavily relied on the crowd to pick up the slack. Just before the clip ended, he was then seen walking towards his band and telling the audience to 'sing, c',mon'. 'When you pay for a concert but get a mute singer. Due took a day off on stage…,' the fan captioned their post. Many people weighed in, including others who were there and joked about the singer 'making them do all the work'. 'When you pay for a concert but get a mute singer,' one quipped. 'This is not even bare minimum,' someone else commented. 'I want a refund, and I didn't even go,' another added. 'That ticket would be a credit card dispute SO FAST,' one person also wrote. Soon after many other people started sharing videos taken at other concerts in which Justin barely sang the song too. More Trending Addressing the singer, one frustrated fan wrote on TikTok: 'Dude they're not paying to have a karaoke session with you.' Justin is next scheduled to perform in Georgia tonight, followed by shows in Azerbaijan and Turkey later this week. Away from the studio and stage, Justin has also appeared in a string of movies too, including Love Guru, The Social Network, Bad Teacher, Friends with Benefits and Palmer. I'm dating my first COUSIN – people say our story's straight out of the 1800s but I think we're relationship goals
A YOUNG woman has revealed that she is dating her first cousin. Faz, who is from Grimsby, is in a relationship with her family member, Ania, 18. 2 2 But the couple have now found themselves at the heart of a barrage of abuse from mean trolls, who have described their story as something from the 1800s. However, the two women are on a mission to not let the hate get to them and Faz has even described their pairing as 'relationship goals.' Posting on social media, Faz hopped onto one of the most recent viral trends, whereby those in a relationship share how many months they have been dating. Alongside three snaps of the couple, whose parents are siblings, Faz wrote: 'How many months have you guys been together?' To this, she then admitted: 'Only two months as we had to keep our relationship quiet because we are cousins.' Alongside the short clip, Faz later wrote: 'As they say, keep it in the family.' Faz also described her cousin Ania as her 'lover' and even shared the hashtag '#Relationshipgoals.' But the TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @ user73530853762, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as in just 24 hours, it has quickly racked up 451,000 views. Not only this, but it's also amassed 13,400 likes, 309 comments and 27,100 shares. Social media users were gobsmacked by the couple's 'wild' familial link and many raced to the comments to share their thoughts. My parents are brother and sister One person said: 'Oh no this is not nice.' Another added: 'I beg your pardon.' A third commented: 'I feel like I'm in the 1800s, what is this?' Meanwhile, someone else penned: 'That's wild.' Can I marry my cousin in the UK? ACROSS the globe, more than 10 percent of marriages are between first or second cousins. In the UK, there's no legal bar to two cousins having a relationship. That means that if end up falling for the children of your aunts and uncles, there's nothing stopping you from eventually tying the knot. If you're over the age of 18, you can do this without the consent of your legal guardian or parent. First-cousin marriages were once quite common in Europe, especially among the elite. At the same time, one rude troll slammed: 'Wronguns.' But clearly bothered by the nasty remark, Faz confidently clapped back and wrote: 'Cheers.' Not only this, but one user asked: 'Do these kinds of relationships run in the family?' In response, Faz shared: 'Yes, why?' Amongst the judgement, Faz's girlfriend Ania commented on the post and beamed: 'I love you babe ❤️❤️'
