SPLIT HEARTBREAK MAFS star 'heartbroken and devastated' as she's dumped via text after whirlwind romance
MARRIED At First Sight UK star Marylise Corrigan has split from her new love after believing she had finally found The One.
The reality star went public with her new romance in September last year, telling fans that she had 'found happiness' after suffering heartbreak on the main series.

However, just a year later, Marylise and her mystery man, who was not part of the reality world, have gone their separate ways.
A source told The Sun Online: "Marilyse is really upset and can't believe she's ended up single again.
"She was dumped over text after falling head over heels.

"It was a whirlwind romance and in hindsight she feels she was love bombed."
'Lovebombing' is a term used to describe those who try to win over someone's affections by quickly showering them with excessive gestures – including compliments, gifts and declarations of love – in order to 'secure' the person's trust and love.
In many cases, lovebombing results in an intense emotional attachment, which some use to then manipulate or control the person involved.
Marylise first shot into the public eye by participating in the sixth series of the E4 reality show in 2021.

She was matched by the experts with Franky Spencer, a former soldier and a strength and conditioning coach.
Despite ups and downs, the pair confirmed their vows in the final episode and planned to move forward together away from the programme, but split four months later after their romance "dried up" and they became "more like friends".
Marilyse told The Sun at the time: 'A few weeks after the reunion we went our separate ways, we didn't even fall out, we just mutually agreed that maybe we were not each other's future.
Married At First Sight's Franky tells Marilyse When I speak you don't speak.
'It's really sad as we got on really well and Franky has a heart of gold but outside the experiment, I had to think, 'Do I want to be with this person forever?'"
Marylise then went on to date Matt Murray, 34, a groom who took part in the MAFS experiment in 2022, and had famously ditched his bride for another on the programme.

However, after just six months together they split as well, with Marylise later explaining it felt "too intense".
When Marylise went public with her new romance in 2024, she declared she had "found happiness" with the mystery man, posting pictures of them on holiday together.
"When you've been on a TV show people think that you're going to be really high maintenance", she said.
"They think that you're going to have high expectations, that you're all about the glitz and glam, when actually, I'm completely the opposite.
"Yes, I like to go out to an event every few months but I'm totally down to earth and normal.

"And I think that being on a TV show means you do attract the wrong kind of people as well."

Celebs Go Dating star reveals exactly what the show did and didn't pay for after her date with Christine McGuinness
A WOMAN who went on a date with Christine McGuinness on Celebs Go Dating has lifted the lid on show secrets. Stunning Leanne Grant was seen bonding with the mum-of-three during the first mixer of the series before being whisked off to Ibiza to get to know her better. 4 Christine McGuinness appeared on Celebs Go Dating to find love Credit: Instagram 4 A woman she dated has opened up about the show 4 The pair hit it off straight away She has now revealed she wasn't paid to do the show and shed light on exactly what she had to fork out for on the lavish trip, which ended with Chrstine quitting the show altogether. In a new TikTok video, she explained: 'I wasn't paid for the amount of episodes I was on the show. Expenses were paid for, so my flight to Ibiza was paid for, the mixer was also paid for, the long as you have your receipts, that was all covered. 'They covered lunch and dinner. If we was off-site from the hotel everything was catered for. It was amazing. 'Chef was amazing, the staff were amazing, really, really lovely people. And we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, just like a buffet really. 'So it was like going to Ibiza on an all-inclusive holiday that I didn't have to pay for. Obviously, as a single mum of three, I was gassed.' She continued: 'I did spend a lot of my own money though, not going to lie to you, like in-duty free, a bit of alcohol, Prosecco, a couple of bottles, just to have fun, especially in the night time as well.' Despite getting on well with Christine, her time on the show came to an abrupt end when the Loose Women star - who was married to comedian Paddy McGuinness, 51, until their split in 2022 - made the shock decision to leave during the latest episode. Speaking to the show's agents, she said: "Well, I've been thinking quite a lot whilst we've been in Ibiza and I think I need to date in more of a natural environment. "I think I just would love to meet somebody and date more privately. It's where I'm kind of feeling myself going back, when I want to go freely forward. "Right. And I've made the decision to leave the agency." 4 Christine broke down in tears on tonight's episode Emotional Christine McGuinness opens up about Paddy's 'mistakes' in split saying 'the trust was broken'

Love Is Blind UK star who was CUT from show revealed despite getting engaged in pods
A LOVE Is Blind UK star has revealed that they got engaged in the pods – though their connection wasn't seen on screen. The Netflix dating experiment returned last week with 15 new men and 15 new women entering the "pods" in a bid to find love with someone without ever seeing them. 5 Ross appeared on Love Is Blind UK but was barely seen on screen Credit: Instagram 5 It's not known who Ross's mystery fiancee is Credit: Cr. Courtesy of Netflix © 2025 Participants only get to meet their match once they get engaged – and from there it's a six week whirlwind to the finish line including romantic getaways, living together, and meeting loved ones. However, with so many connections there to be formed, not everyone gets to make it past the initial stages, even if they put a ring on it. Typically on a Love Is Blind season, up to five couples are followed past the initial stages. And one star – Ross Millington – has revealed he was one of the unlucky people who were halted from continuing the process. As TikTok blew up with analysing the first episode, one fan spoke about Ross's brief appearance on the show. While he was rarely seen in the pods, he was shown chatting with the lads in the men's lounge as he went through the process – speaking to Kai (who did make it through to the next stage) and Demola (who was snubbed by potential match Katisha in favour of Javen in the process). Ross, a 30-year-old barber shop owner at the time of the series being filmed, jumped in on one fans TikTok asking more about him. "That was me," he noted as she pointed him out. "I didn't make it to Greece unfortunately. Reveal went well though." Ross didn't elaborate further, but as he went through a "reveal" it is safe to assume he at least got engaged. A grab of the comment was later posted to Reddit, with fans dissecting who the lucky woman could be. Love Is Blind UK star storms off show and says 'get this mic off me' after branding co-star 'disrespectful' in fiery rant "Good thing he didnt make it to Greece, as they went to Cyprus," joked one. "I counted 2 guys and 2 gals during the "I'm engaged" scenes that had zero screen time," said another. "They are still around during those moments and I would assume they may have ended up as a couple but were not picked to go to Cyprus. "Makes you wonder if their connection was boring/lack of drama to not be picked over Javen and Katisha...." "I've never understood why they pick some and not the others and then don't edit it down more in post production if necessary," said a third. Cork rose Nancy Lehane 'unfazed' by frontrunner status
Cork Rose Nancy Lehane,is decidedly unfazed about being named as this year's favourite to take the Rose of Tralee crown. 'I don't take anything from inaccurate information,' laughed Nancy Nancy hails from Meelin – proudly known as the highest village in Ireland- and said the RoT has been a decades-long tradition in the Lehane family. And unbeknownst to Nancy, the song acquired extra special meaning on the actual night. Cork Rose Nancy Lehane. Pic: Rose of Tralee 'I just wanted to sing a song about where I'm from. I suppose it actually turned out to be really poignant, because a man, like a real community man in the village, actually passed during the Rose of Tralee last night. So it was funny that I sang that song.' The second eldest of five siblings, Nancy also has a massive contingent of extended family who have made the journey to Tralee to see her in all her glory. 'So I started first watching the Rose of Tralee when I was younger. I've 46 cousins on my mother's side so we would all watch it together.' Pic: Andres Poveda 'There's a group of children,13 girls. So every year we meet up at someone's house and watch it together.' But she never envisioned herself standing on the stage representing her county. Pic: Cork Rose Centre/Instagram 'I really admired the girls on it, but I suppose I didn't think I could be on it myself.' In fact, Nancy's Rose of Tralee appearance was a matter of happenstance. 'I was trying to apply my boyfriend to be an escort, but when he declined, I said I would.' I'm just very happy with what I've done for myself so far.'
