Pop star Shakira is back as Gazelle, the same character she played in the first movie. Other new voice actors joining the cast include:

The movie is directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard — Bush also helped direct the first Zootopia. In a past statement in May, Jared Bush said they are "beyond excited" to bring fans back to the city and show new parts of Zootopia, as per the People's report.
