Officers were called to the scene around 4:45 p.m., a spokesperson for the Windsor Police Service said in an email.
A vehicle hit two female pedestrians, both of whom were taken to hospital, police said.
The intersection was closed for approximately three hours.

Burnaby Mountain Parkway closed after rollover crash
A rollover crash on Burnaby Mountain is seen on Thursday, July 24. Police closed off Burnaby Mountain Parkway near Simon Fraser University Thursday morning after a serious car crash. Mounties were called to the area just west of Centennial Way around 4 a.m. after a report of a single-vehicle collision. Images from the scene show a flipped-over car and scattered debris on the road. There is no word on injuries yet. Police promised an update later Thursday. Meanwhile, Burnaby Mountain Parkway is closed between Gagliardi Way and Duthie Avenue and is expected to remain so for several hours. Collision in rural Ottawa injures 5
Social Sharing Five people were injured Wednesday afternoon when an SUV and a truck collided in rural Ottawa, according to the Ottawa Police Service (OPS). Emergency crews were called just after 3:30 p.m. to Parkway Road and 9th Line Road near Greely, police said in a news release Thursday morning. Police saida child in the SUV suffered life-threatening injuries, while two adults and two other children suffered serious injuries. The driver of the truck was not injured. Police are continuing to investigate and have asked anyone with information or footage of the collision to contact them. The collision occurred about 20 kilometres southeast of downtown Ottawa.
