Ajay Devgn's favourite alcohol brand sells only 1,200 bottles. Check it's jaw-dropping price

For nearly thirty years, Ajay Devgn has reigned over Indian cinema with his powerful performances. However, beyond the world of movies, Devgn has skillfully built a parallel career as a businessman. His entrepreneurial footprint includes owning a visual effects company, a multiplex chain, and other business ventures. Most recently, Ajay has stepped into the premium alcohol segment by investing in an exclusive single malt label. The high-end whisky brand, GlenJourneys , was spotlighted in a report by CNBC TV18. The brand is priced steeply, with each bottle retailing between ₹50,000 and ₹60,000. Only 1,200 limited-edition bottles are available, making the launch both elite and rare. Speaking about his new investment, Ajay told the outlet, 'I've appreciated fine spirits ever since I came of age.' Interestingly, the actor gave up alcohol after a detox retreat. 'After visiting a wellness spa, I didn't feel like drinking anymore,' he explained. 'Now I restrict myself to just two small drinks a day, and the rich flavor of this malt is truly irresistible.'Ajay also called himself a 'style-conscious man' and admitted he was instantly drawn to the brand after sampling the product. 'The moment I tasted the whisky, I knew I wanted to be part of this journey,' he said.In another interview with Money Control, Devgn disclosed that he once preferred vodka but transitioned to exploring single malts after giving up alcohol for a while. It was during a trip to Scotland that he met his current business partner, Mokksh Sani of Cartel Bros, which sparked the idea of this venture. The brand had previously collaborated with actor Sanjay Dutt, whose involvement helped sell 300,000 units of 200 ml bottles in just 45 days.Adding a humorous twist, Ajay recalled an unusual drinking tradition he shared with friends on chef Sanjyot Keer's YouTube show. He said they would squeeze the syrup out of a rasgulla, dunk it in liquor, and eat it soaked. 'Once it absorbed the alcohol, we'd just pop it in like a shot,' he laughed.Professionally, Devgn was last seen in Raid 2, an intense action film that's doing well at the box office. The movie has earned ₹108.75 crore domestically in just ten days, while globally, it's raked in ₹137.8 crore. Although it has outpaced recent releases like Jaat and Kesari 2, it still trails slightly behind Ajay's Shaitaan, which earned ₹1.75 crore more on its 10th day. Still, Raid 2 is outperforming his previous film Azaad significantly.

'What a joke!': Internet reacts as thrice-divorced Billy Ray Cyrus calls Elizabeth Hurley ‘love of my life'

At 63, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus feels he has finally found the 'love of his life'. On Tuesday, he wished girlfriend Elizabeth Hurley (60) on her birthday with a sweet post but the internet found the words he used for her a little tough to digest. Sharing a photo of Liz sitting in his lap, Billy wrote, 'Happy birthday to the love of my life ❤️.' Both of them smiled brightly looking at something at a distance. She wore a hat and a red shirt while he flaunted his long dark hair in a brown shirt. Fans also wished Liz on her birthday but a few were not sold on Billy's post for her. 'How you two just started dating 😂 love of your life what a joke,' read a comment. 'How many loves of your life have you had in the last 10 years??,' asked another. 'You change the love of your life like your underwear,' read another comment. 'I am sure your kids are happy to hear that 🤦🏼‍♀️,' a person wrote. " Most, however, were happy to see the couple happy. Billy opened up about his bond with Liz during an appearance on The Ty Bentli Show recently. They first met while filming Christmas in Paradise in 2022 on the Caribbean island of Nevis. Although they didn't share much screen time, Billy recalled feeling a 'chemistry' between them in the few scenes they did have together. 'We just laughed, and it came at a time when I wasn't laughing much. I found it the oddest thing,' he said. Despite their very different backgrounds, Billy was surprised by how strong their connection felt. 'I figured we were so different, but in some very strange way, we had way more in common than not,' he added. Billy admitted he felt intimidated by Elizabeth's fame, describing himself as 'a kid from Flatwoods' trying to act alongside someone like her. Still, it was their shared laughter that stuck with him the most. Once filming ended, however, they lost touch. Billy Ray Cyrus has had several high-profile relationships over the years. He was first married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991, and later to Tish Cyrus from 1993 until their divorce in 2022; they share five children, including Miley and Noah Cyrus. In 2023, he married Australian singer Firerose, but the marriage ended within a year. Liz was in a long-term relationship with Hugh Grant from 1987 to 2000, and the two remain close friends. In 2001, she had a brief relationship with Steve Bing, the father of her son, Damian. She later married Indian businessman Arun Nayar in 2007, but they divorced in 2011. That same year, she got engaged to Australian cricketer Shane Warne, though the engagement ended in 2013.

Parde mein rehne do: Pakistan's cover-up operation after Sindoor strikes

Parde mein rehne do, parda na uthao (Let it remain behind the veil)The iconic Bollywood line has found new life – not in cinema, but the way Pakistan is trying to hide the damage to its air bases caused during Operation Sindoor. Fresh high-resolution satellite images analysed by India Today show a peculiar pattern: tarpaulins. Pakistan is now using them to cover at least three military sites hit during India's Operation Sindoor – Murid, Jacobabad, and Bholari. In some cases, the sheets match the original rooftops, like a well-planned disguise. advertisement At Bholari Air Base in Sindh, high-resolution imagery from June 4, sourced from Maxar Technologies, shows a hangar's roof – visibly damaged earlier – now neatly covered with a material that blends in. The makeover isn't for aesthetics. It's a cover-up, literally. These covers were first identified by Damien Symon, a geo-intelligence researcher at the Intel Lab. Murid base in Punjab tells a similar story. On June 2, a green tarpaulin hides what appears to be a command and control centre struck on May 10. The structure was clearly hit – now it's hidden, hinting at repairs or activity beneath. advertisement But the most telling is a 3-metre-wide crater near a high-value underground site at Murid base. It's now tented over, as if hoping a canvas will erase the evidence of a missile PAF Base Shehbaz, home to Pakistan's F-16s, also shows signs of a clean-up. A June 4 image reveals partial roof covers and missing debris that was visible in earlier May 11 shots. Despite visual proof of extensive hits across nearly a dozen sites, Pakistan has chosen to deny, deflect, and distract. Its strategy: amplify unverifiable claims of downing Indian jets while ignoring the visible scars at home. As if draping tarpaulins and tents can outsmart satellite amid this silence, fanfare continues – including the unprecedented promotion of its army chief to Field the song goes, "Parda jo uth gaya to bhed khul jayega (Secrets will come out if the veil is lifted)." The world has already seen beneath the veil thanks to the commercial satellite pictures. Only Islamabad pretends it hasn't.
