Lisa admitted she was "proud of how far" she'd come on her weight loss journey.
The star was forced to shed the pounds and undergo the transformation amid a series of health issues.
In the new snaps, Lisa beamed as she donned a bright pink top as she dined out at a restaurant on her trip.
Showing off her very trim figure, she wrote alongside the snaps: "Feeling proud of how far I've come."
She then added a red love-heart emoji and the hashtags "new beginnings" and "let's do this".
Lisa also looked more slim than ever in another photo in which she wore a bright orange mini-skirt with a sparkly long-sleeved top.
The former soap star further added to the snap: "She's still got it."
Lisa's old colleagues were quick to gush over the star as they went wild over her trim figure.
Sue Devaney, known for playing Debbie Webster, commented: "I'm proud of YOU!!!"
Whilst Sally Carmen-Duttine added: "You look great Lisa."
Coronation Street's Beth Tinker attempts to bury the hatchet with Hope Stape - but fans predict killer twist
Lisa first spoke out about her body transformation last year.
Having suffered from Diabetes, Lisa opted to do a "complete overhaul" of her diet.
She told the Daily Mail in May last year: "I've been through the menopause, am using a sensor so I can check my sugar levels and keep my Diabetes under control and I've had a complete overhaul of my diet.
"I've always eaten really healthily but with everything going on with my eyes and my Diabetes I went to see a nutritionist."
Lisa managed to lose a stone with the actress adding: "I cut out so much from my diet and am a stone lighter than I was last year.
"I'm loving the weight I'm at now. I went out on Friday and wore a velvet suit that was a size 10.
"I have not been in a size 10 since I was 28!"

Mark calls Jess over and says: "Jess, I'm only in here once and I have to go soon. I spoke to Max and while I'm in here I would like Max to say what he wants to say..." Max then tells Jess: "I know things move forward quickly in here, and it's a little bit weird for me, but would you like to be my official girlfriend?" Love Island casting comes under fire AGAIN after it's revealed star had TikTok account where he 'secretly films women' Jess was over the moon and said:" Yes!" Franck Ribery hits back at Cristiano Ronaldo over Ballon d'Or claim

Franck Ribery has hit back at Cristiano Ronaldo after the former Real Madrid and Manchester United forward claimed that players need to win the Champions League in order to be in contention for the Ballon d'Or. Ronaldo has won the Ballon d'Or five times during his career, second only to Lionel Messi, who has won the award eight times. Ribery, meanwhile, did not win the Ballon d'Or during his career and the closest he came was a third-placed finish behind second-placed Messi and the winner Ronaldo in 2013. The former France international was tipped to pull off a huge upset by beating Ronaldo and Messi to the award after he won five trophies with Bayern Munich that year, including the Bundesliga and the Champions League. Ribery was also named UEFA's Best Player in Europe off the back of his impressive performances for Bayern. But it was Ronaldo who won the award despite failing to win a trophy with Real Madrid in 2013, although he did score 66 goals in 56 appearances. Speaking during a press conference on Saturday, Ronaldo was asked about this year's race to win the Ballon d'Or and the 40-year-old insisted that only Champions League winners should be picking up the individual award. 'The individual awards have lost some consensus, I can't say anything about who should win,' Ronaldo said. 'In my opinion, those who stand out and win the Champions League should win. 'But there is no consensus. I don't believe much in individual awards because I know what goes on behind the scenes. 'Lamine [Yamal] could win, like [Ousmane] Dembele or Vitinha, other emerging players… but individual awards are irrelevant.' However, Ribery hit back at Ronaldo's comments on social media as he posted a message on Instagram which read: 'So you NEED to win the Champions League to win the Ballon d'Or?' More Trending Ribery's message was accompanied by three laughing emojis. In an interview with Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport in 2022, Ribery criticised the decision to give the Ballon d'Or to Ronaldo in 2013. 'It was unfair,' Ribery said. 'It was an incredible season for me and I should have won it. They extended the time for votes, and something strange happened. I felt that it was a political choice.'
