Love Island full release schedule: From what time it's on, to why you won't see the show on Saturday
So before we start sharing theories and memes in the group chat, this is all the essential watching information you need, ahead of the series starting tonight, to ensure you don't miss a minute of grafting and pies.
Love Island airs every day of the week apart from Saturday nights. Following Sunday night's episode each week, Love Island: Aftersun will air where host Maya Jama will be joined by that week's dumped Islanders and the Aftersun panelists Sam Thompson, Indiyah Polack, Amy Hart and new additions Ash Holme and Joe Baggs to discuss that week's events in the villa.
Since Love Island first began the show has never aired a new episode on a Saturday night, instead a roundup of the not-yet-seen funny moments and outtakes from that week's filming is shown in an hour long episode called Unseen Bits.
Previous contestants have revealed we don't get to see a fresh new episode on Saturday because the Islanders get the day off from filming and cleaners head into the Villa to do a major clean.
"What happens is, it gives them a day to clean the villa, and you take your mics off, and normally we go to the beach," Kem Cetinay explained on This Morning back in 2017.
Every night Love Island will air at 9pm BST. Some nights the episodes will be exactly an hour long, others an hour and 5 mins, and in some instances, like tonight's launch show [9 June], the episode will be 90 minutes long.
Love Island will be shown on ITV2 and ITVX, with all episodes available for catchup on ITVX.
While not 100 per cent confirmed as of yet, Love Island usually runs for around eight weeks.
Love Island starts tonight on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm

Want to Hear More of Paul Mescal and Josh O'Connor Singing? Us, Too
Every item on this page was chosen by an ELLE editor. We may earn commission on some of the items you choose to buy. Paul Mescal is sitting in bed looking sad and gorgeous again. That seems to be a recurring theme throughout a number of the movie star's most famous projects (think: Aftersun, Normal People, and All of Us Strangers), but his upcoming film, The History of Sound, deserves particular attention for connecting him with yet another infamously scruffy romantic lead: Josh O'Connor, beloved for his roles in Challengers, La Chimera, and The Crown. In The History of Sound, adapted from author Ben Shattuck's short story of the same name, Mescal and O'Connor play Lionel and David, both folk music aficionados, who meet in 1917 at the Boston Conservatory. After World War I, they reunite in 1920 to travel through Maine, collecting and preserving traditional folk songs—and embarking on a love affair along the way. The film first premiered at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this spring, and ELLE's critic proclaimed the period piece 'quietly epic' and 'a masterclass in tender restraint.' Here's what we know about the project so far. Alongside Mescal and O'Connor, the film stars Molly Price, Alison Bartlett, and Chris Cooper, per Deadline—though it seems primarily intended as a star vehicle for its charismatic male leads. Oliver Hermanus (Living) directed The History of Sound, with cinematography by Alexander Dynan and the screenplay by Shattuck himself. After its Cannes debut, Mubi bought North American distribution rights, and Focus Features snagged international. In the U.S., The History of Sound will land in theaters on September 12, 2025, with a likely MUBI streaming release to follow. Yes—and it features both O'Connor and Mescal singing. It'll be well worth the price of a ticket just to hear more. This story will be updated.

Love Island USA's Jeremiah Brown Gets Honest About ‘Toxic' Relationship With Huda Mustafa
Season 7 of has been full of drama. One of the most polarizing couples on the island was Jeremiah Brown and Huda Mustafa. The duo coupled up from the jump and weren't open to connecting with other people. This annoyed some of their fellow Islanders, and some viewers, too. When America voted on who should couple up with bombshell Iris Kendall, Jeremiah received the most votes. While Huda was furious, Jeremiah eventually accepted his new situation. Jeremiah reflects on his Love Island USA relationship with Huda Unfortunately, Huda received backlash for allegedly being controlling in her relationship with Jeremiah. Meanwhile, some viewers felt that Jeremiah 'love bombed' Huda during their courtship. After he was dumped from the villa, Jeremiah was a guest on The Viall Files podcast, and he reflected on what went awry in his coupling with Huda. 'I would say one, it was very real and very genuine off the bat,' Jeremiah explained. 'It got a little toxic due to me not nipping in the bud the crazy expectations that she had set for me early on. Then the communication at the end was just not being perceived well.' The former Love Islander continued, 'When I was trying to de-escalate, she would kind of crash out. But at the end of the day, I just know that moving forward, what I learned from it is not being intimate too soon.' Of course, this frisky duo did have sex in the villa. Jeremiah also noted that he and Huda shared 'this crazy electricity.' However, the infamous 'pancake day' was the beginning of the end for the controversial couple. 'Not to bash on her, but it was a lot of self-centeredness,' Jeremiah stated. 'Which is why I started to move because she didn't really ask me questions about myself.' He added, 'Once America [voted to pair me with Iris], I was like, 'They're seeing the sh*t I'm feeling but I'm not vocalizing.'' Now, Jeremiah is home while Huda is pursuing a new connection in Casa Amor with JD Dodard. Love Island USA is available to stream on Peacock, with new episodes airing every day except Wednesdays.
