The former Brentford man has been playing fitness catch-up at United's Chicago base, missing the opening two games of the Premier League Summer Series.
But Amorim confirmed Mbeumo, 22, will be handed a debut against Everton in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in 'The Big Peach'.
The United boss said: 'Bryan is going to play.
'I'm really excited to see him playing and what he can give to our team.'

Mbeumo and £62.5m Brazilian Matheus Cunha will be key elements of the new-look United, although it is unclear if the former Wolves man's minor fatigue issue will allow them to be partnered in the second attacking line against ex-Old Trafford boss David Moyes' men.
The prospect of the pair in harness will not help Moyes, who admits his Toffees are 'nowhere near ready' for the start of the Prem season in a fortnight.
Amorim admitted he is looking to add to his squad, with Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko the No.1 target.
But the Portuguese gave the biggest hint yet that he is expecting under-pressure Andre Onana to start the new campaign in goal.

Onana has yet to play in United's pre-season because of a hamstring injury but is now getting close to fitness and could even feature in next week's Old Trafford friendly with Fiorentina.
Amorim added: 'We are always looking to improve the team.
Mbeumo completes Man Utd move
"And we have some characteristics that we would like to have.
'But again, it depends on the market. It depends on the sales. We'll see. But I'm really happy.
'When you talk about Andre, you can see the goalkeepers, all of them, are leaner. Onana is going to be better this year.
'I was really excited to see the team playing the last game against Bournemouth.
'You maybe looked at the starting side and thought 'nothing to see today'.
'But I was so excited because I know we can do better.
"So, I'm always excited, especially in this moment.'

Dundee United hero Zac Sapsford aiming for even bigger European highs than Vienna

The Australian set up Max Watters for United's first equaliser and then netted the second in Thursday's 2-2 draw away to Rapid in Vienna Hero Zac Sapsford has admitted his latest European goal was one of the biggest of his career but is hoping even greater things are ahead for him and Dundee United. ‌ The Australian set up Max Watters for United's first equaliser and then netted the second in Thursday's 2-2 draw away to Rapid in Vienna. ‌ United will now be hoping to make full use of home advantage to see off the Austrians and to book a Conference League play-off place against AIK Stockholm or ETO Gyor. ‌ Sapsford proudly said: 'It was a nice feeling and it is always nice to score in Europe. 'It was also a good result, so I am happy. 'It was a great ball from Ivan (Dolcek) and I just thought I would hit it first time and thankfully it went in the bottom corner. 'As soon as I hit it I knew it was in. 'It is definitely up there. 'There is no better feeling to be honest. 'Any goal is amazing but to do it in a big game in Europe makes it even more special. 'The most important thing is that we know this tie is not over. 'We still have to go back to Dundee and finish the job there. 'It has the potential to be even bigger next week. 'I know our fans will show up and fill Tannadice so I am excited about that.' The summer signing from Western Sydney Wanderers has hit the ground running in Scotland. ‌ Sapsford has admitted he is loving life at Tannadice and the bigger the better. He stated: 'It is different. 'I have played in the Sydney derby and it is also amazing. 'I love playing in atmospheres like that. 'I thrive on it. 'I like the big games and the big atmosphere.' The 22-year-old now has two goals in four European games against UNA Strassen and Rapid. ‌ He admitted: 'I can't complain but there is more to come. 'I just want to come here, play the best football I can and then see where it takes me.' Sapsford has also sparked up an instant partnership with Watters. He believes they compliment each other. 'He is a great player to play with and his movement is top and he is a good goalscorer,' the forward added. 'He is great to play upfront with.' ‌ Sapsford quick-fire start in Tangerine has made him an instant favourite with the United faithful. He acknowledged: 'It is always important to have a good connection with the fans. 'They are the ones who come and watch us. 'I really appreciate them and the miles they put in to come and back us. 'I hope I sent them home happy from Vienna. "We just try and show our appreciation to them by working hard and making them proud. ‌ 'We know that because the gaffer tells us about the fans. 'He tells us we need to work hard for them. 'We are from a working class city and we need to show that same application on the field.' Sapsford wants Jim Goodwin's Tangerine Army to be the 12th man at home next Thursday. He claimed: 'Our fans could play a big part in it. 'The fans are important in games like this. 'They bring the best out of you. 'The home support at Tannadice will be massive. ‌ 'We know we still have 90 minutes to go next week, which will be vitally important. 'We know it is still a big game. 'It is far from over and we still have it all to do.' Goodwin has signed 11 players this summer but they have already started to gel and Sapsford puts that down to the manager. He insisted: 'That is down to the gaffer and us working hard over pre-season. 'We have gelled and that has been important with all the injuries. 'It has been very impressive because it is hard for 100 new signings to gel but we have done it quite well.' Before the Rapid return, United make their home league bow against Hearts. Sapsford knows the importance of building on their opening day point at Falkirk. 'We have Hearts on Sunday and we are not losing focus on that,' the new United star stated. 'It is a massive game. 'It is our second league game and we want to get as many points on the board as possible.' United are without Ross Graham, Kristijan Trapanovski, Ryan Strain and Isaac Pappoe and there are doubts over Dario Namoo and Amar Fatah.

Dundee United could lose Jim Goodwin as boss attracts interest from multiple English clubs in last year of contract

Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) DUNDEE UNITED are running the risk of losing Jim Goodwin as he enters the final ten months of his deal. Goodwin's' contract runs out at the end of the season. Sign up for Scottish Sun newsletter Sign up 1 Jim Goodwin guided Dundee Utd to a respectable draw against Rapid Vienna And having done a stunning job in leading the club into Europe from the Championship, SunSport understands a number of English clubs are monitoring his situation. It's believed Goodwin, 43, is eager to extend his deal with United. The Irishman is immersed in the job on Tayside as he aims to take his team into the Europa Conference League league phase. United earned a sensational 2-2 draw at Rapid Vienna and will be backed by a sell-out crowd in the second leg. United supporters are fully behind Goodwin. They will be desperate for him to be offered a new deal to bring some much-needed stability. Goodwin's side will have Tannadice rocking next week for the return leg of their Euro tie. Max Watters and Zac Sapsford grabbed the goals on a memorable night for the Arabs. Goodwin said after the game: 'We knew it was going to be a difficult evening against a very good Rapid team. 'I spoke about the importance of discipline and shape and players being courageous and putting their bodies on line and we saw that in abundance. Dundee United fan falls down stairs celebrating Euro goal 'The disappointment is the goals we conceded which were really avoidable. For all Rapid's good play it wasn't as if our goalkeeper had to pull off save after save. 'The first was avoidable when we dropped the runner in the six yard box and the second was a lapse of concentration. But I couldn't be more pleased with the level of commitment. 'We really dug deep towards the end. Without making excuses we're really short on players. Rapid were making four or five quality substitutes to freshen things but we don't have that luxury. 'With the greatest of respect we had so many young kids on the bench and it wouldn't be fair to throw them on into that hostile environment. We were outstanding but we aren't getting carried away. It's still only half-time and we have a big job at Tannadice.' Keep up to date with ALL the latest news and transfers at the Scottish Sun football page

Enzo Maresca reveals new transfer 'priority' after Chelsea pre-season victory

Enzo Maresca hinted that Chelsea will dip back into the transfer market after the serious injury sustained by defender Levi Colwill. Colwill played a crucial role in Maresca's first season, but will miss the majority of the upcoming campaign after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury on the first day of Chelsea's pre-season. The Blues have already signed centre-back Jorrel Hato from Ajax and have Wesley Fofana returning to first-team training after his lengthy spell on the treatment table. But despite that, Maresca suggested that Chelsea will make it a priority to replenish their defensive options before the end of the window in the wake of Colwill's injury. 'It's a priority for me, yes, because Levi is a fantastic player,' Maresca told Channel 5 after Chelsea's 2-0 pre-season win against Bayern Leverkusen when asked if the club would move to bring in cover for Colwill. In The Mixer: Exclusive analysis, FPL tips and transfer talk sent straight to your inbox every week – sign up, it's an open goal. 'What we achieved last season is because of him also. I love him, I'm going to miss him. We are trying also to find different solutions.' Pressed again if Chelsea planned to sign another centre-back before the end of the window, Maresca responded: 'We'll see, we'll see.' While Colwill played no part on Friday, it was an otherwise positive start to Chelsea's shortened pre-season action as they coasted to victory against an poor Leverkusen. Estevao marked his Chelsea debut in style when the Brazilian tucked home a rebound for his first goal for the club in the first half. And his fellow countryman Joao Pedro was on hand in the closing stages of the second half to ensure victory with an emphatic finish into the bottom corner. 'I'm very happy with the performance especially as we have trained just three or four days together,' Maresca added. 'We don't have time for pre-season. We have another game on Sunday. More Trending 'Not all of the players are going to be happy always. If they don't play, they're not happy. 'But they have to understand that they are all good – 22, 23, 24 players – and they have to understand that there will be many rotations.' Asked about Estevao's impressive performance, the Italian added: 'He's very, very young. 'For sure, as I said yesterday, he is going to help the team. He's a fantastic player.'
