Noah Centineo Sets Sights On ‘John Rambo' Franchise Prequel

Though aware of the project and Centineo's new involvement, Stallone is currently uninvolved in the prequel's development. Centineo, meanwhile, has experienced a rising stardom with his roles in To All the Boys I've Loved Before (2018), The Recruit (2022) and Black Adam (2022), but his portrayal of the titular character in John Rambo looks to be an opportunity that could propel his career further. The 29-year-old is also slated to star as Ken Masters in Legendary Entertainment's live-action Street Fighter , starring opposite Jason Momoa ( Aquaman, Fast X ) and Andrew Koji ( Warrior, Snake Eyes ).

Distributor Muse announced on Instagram that the film has since grossed over NT$170 million (US$5.67 million), surpassing Mugen Train's NT$117 million to achieve the highest-grossing opening weekend for an animated film in Taiwan. Mason Dye And Kiki Layne Join 'The Boys' Prequel 'Vought Rising'
Mason Dye ( Stranger Things ) and KiKi Layne ( The Old Guard 2 ) have been cast as series regulars in Vought Rising , the upcoming The Boys prequel for Prime Video.
