Zanai shared this video on Instagram along with Siraj and wrote, 'Happy Rakhi, nothing could have been better than this.' Put an end to the rumors After the video surfaced, rumors started spreading on social media that Siraj and Zanai were dating each other. However, both clarified that their relationship is only that of brother and sister, and their bond is very lovely. 'Miyan Magic' seen on England tour The England tour was the best phase of Mohammed Siraj's Test career. He took the most wickets in the series—23 in total—and never got tired even after bowling more than 185 overs. When Jasprit Bumrah needed rest, Siraj played all five consecutive Tests and strengthened the team. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Zanai Bhosle💜 (@zanaibhosle) Mohammed Siraj bowled an incredible 1113 deliveries, truly proving to be a relentless machine. From Leeds to London, he was the only fast bowler from both teams to play all five Test matches. Delivering 185.3 overs, Siraj finished as the top wicket-taker with 23 wickets. Although his average was slightly on the higher side at 32.43, this is understandable given the high-scoring nature of the series, played mostly on flat pitches against a strong and aggressive batting lineup. Career-best performance in Test rankings Siraj was named Player of the Match after his brilliant bowling in The Oval Test. With this, he jumped 12 places to 15th position in the ICC Test bowler rankings, which is the highest ranking of his career so far. Another hurdle for The Intern's Hindi remake? Deepika Padukone will not play the lead anymore, instead…
Fans of Deepika Padukone will be disappointed on hearing this. A fresh report on Mid-Day suggests that she has backed out of the much-anticipated Hindi remake of hit Hollywood movie, The Intern (2015). However, there is still a way she will stay attached to it. Deepika Padukone will not act in the Hindi remake of The Intern, instead serving as a producer. What's the latest with The Intern's Hindi remake? Sources told the publication that Deepika will no longer act in the movie but will still be part of it as a producer. She was expected to take on Anne Hathaway's role in the movie, who hires a retired man (played by Robert DeNiro) as the intern at her company. Late actor Rishi Kapoor was to take on DeNiro's role, before his death in 2020. Later, Amitabh Bachchan came on board for the role. 'This time, Deepika will step away from acting in the film to serve solely as a producer, overseeing the creative and logistical reboot. A new leading lady is being cast to play the part she was once slated to perform,' said the source. Deepika hopes to 'explore her career further as a creator'. The source said, 'The Intern is the first of five projects she plans to mount in the coming year. She is looking to tell stories that are globally relevant.' More about The Intern In The Intern, 70-year-old widower Ben Whittaker (DeNiro) joins a fast-growing online fashion startup as a senior intern. Initially met with skepticism by founder Jules Ostin (Anne), Ben's old-school charm, reliability, and wisdom soon win over the team. As he helps streamline operations and offers life advice, he becomes Jules's confidant, supporting her through personal and professional challenges. What's next for Deepika? Deepika was last seen in Fighter, Singham Again and Kalki 2898 AD, all releasing in 2024. Her next projects include King with Shah Rukh Khan and the sequel to Kalki 2898 AD. Deepika was recently on a maternity break after the birth of her daughter Dua. She welcomed her with husband Ranveer Singh in September last year.

Aishwarya Rai has been tying rakhi to THIS actor for 17 years, calls him 'Bhaiya,' his name is..., their last film together was... Aishwarya Rai is considered one of the most phenomenal actresses in Indian cinema. From her charismatic screen presence to her mesmerizing red carpet appearances, the actress has already left an indelible mark among audiences in her long acting career spanning nearly three decades. Her co-star from Jodhaa Akbar (2013), Sonu Sood, once opened up about his experience working with her and the compliment she gave him. Sonu Sood on his brotherly bond with Aishwarya Rai Back in 2013, in an interaction with TOI, Sonu Sood revealed that Aishwarya Rai was initially reserved on the sets but eventually opened up to him during a scene in the film and told him, 'You remind me of my pa!.' Sonu praised the actress and even mentioned that she is extremely adorable as a person and even tied him rakhi. They developed a close bond on the sets of Ashutosh Gowariker's Jodhaa Akbar and since then, have maintained a brother-sister like relationship. Even after so many years, Aishwarya has continued to tie rakhi to Sonu. Sonu Sood on working with Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan In the same interaction, Sonu revealed that he had the opportunity to collaborate with her husband Abhishek Bachchan in films like Yuva and Happy New Year . At the same time, he had the privilege of playing Amitabh Bachchan's son in Buddha Hoga Tera Baap. The Dabangg actor said, 'I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Bachchan. He has played my father in Bbuddah… Hoga Terra Baap, while Abhishek has played my brother in Yuva and Aishwarya my sister in Jodhaa Akbar. In my first scene with Mr. Bachchan, I had to push him. I told my director, 'How can I do this to a person I have grown up respecting.' Sonu further added, 'He sits on the set and doesn't go to the van and goes on rehearsing his lines. I also do that and he was happy that I also wanted to rehearse. Like him on every film, I too feel that it is my first film. I sometimes get up in the night and start rehearsing my lines or start re-writing my dialogues and message my director. Abhishek is not layered and you get what you see. Aishwarya was reserved in the beginning, but opened up while doing a scene in Jodhaa Akbar when she told me, 'You remind me of my pa!' She still calls me bhai sahab.' Meanwhile, on the work front, Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan: II (2023) . While, Sonu Sood starred in the action thriller Fateh (2024), which was directed by himself.
