Cyclist succumbs to injuries after collision

A 62-year-old woman has succumbed to life-threatening injuries after a collision in the Municipality of Dutton-Dunwich.
The collision occurred between a cyclist and passenger vehicle on Wednesday at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Shackleton Line between Willey Road and McArthur Street.
The injured cyclist was transported to the hospital, while the driver of the vehicle was uninjured. The vehicle driver remained on scene, and police continue to investigate.

(SSPS) Police in Bradford are searching for answers after a parking lot crash involving a Corvette occurred last month. It happened on July 30, just after 8 p.m., outside of a Holland Street West business. Video footage obtained by police shows a driver of a white Lexus SUV colliding into a black Chevrolet Corvette that was unoccupied and parked. The man is seen leaving the area, driving through a retail plaza parking lot. The driver tied to the investigation is described as white, of average build and height, with short brown hair, wearing brown pants, a black suit jacket, and a light-colored dress shirt. South Simcoe Police are appealing to anyone who can help identify the suspect, or has information from that night. To share information, contact police const.
