It's not just Airbnb prices soaring - The Sun can reveal that hotels are ramping up their rates during the tour as well
For the Manchester shows on July 19 and 20, Airbnb rates are an eye-watering 370.7% higher than normal.
A one-night stay during the gigs averages £467.28, compared to just £99.28 the following week.
On July 19, the cost jumps even further to £558.52 - a staggering 401.7% increase.
Edinburgh isn't far behind.
Fans attending gigs on August 8, 9 and 12 will pay an average of £685.77 for a night, up 29.7% from the usual £528.67.
The priciest date overall is August 8, with rates hitting £724.92 for a single night.
SeatPick analysed Airbnb listings for two guests looking for an 'entire home' in the city centre, comparing prices on the tour date to those from the week before and after.
London fares much better, with minimal price hikes.
For shows on July 25, 26 and 30, and August 2 and 3, Airbnb rates rise just 2.8% on average.
In fact, there's even a slight drop in costs for the July 30 gig, with stays averaging £159.57 compared to £163.72 the week before.
Oasis launch shock football club partnership despite Liam and Noel Gallagher's dying love for Man City
It's not just Airbnb prices soaring - The Sun can reveal that hotels are ramping up their rates during the tour as well.
Manchester's Prestwich Premier Inn near Heaton Park is charging £349 for a night during the July 19 show but drops to £154 the following week.
In Edinburgh, a night at the City Centre Premier Inn costs £349 for the August 8 gig, compared to £309 the week after.
Meanwhile, London's Wembley Premier Inn charges £381 for the night of the July 25 show but plummets to just £78 the following week.
The Gallagher brothers made a triumphant return at the Principality stadium in Cardiff on July 4 after 15 years of feuding.
Fans were delighted by the comeback - but not so much by how much they had to pay for a drink.
Shocking pictures from inside the Cardiff stadium earlier this month revealed pint prices had climbed to a huge £8.20.
Pints of Heineken, Strongbow, Dark Fruits and Murphy's were all priced at this level, while half-pints were £4.10.
Even the no-alcohol Heineken 0.0 was £5.20 for a pint.

Oasis fans are expected to spend over £1billion across the 17-date UK tour.
The average fan is expected to spend £766 on tickets, travel, accommodation, and merchandise, according to Barclays.
The tour, tipped to be the most profitable in UK history, will see 1.4million gig-goers attend shows nationwide, boosting local business sales.
Fans have embraced 90s nostalgia, turning up in bucket hats, parkas, and Oasis-themed outfits.
But merchandise prices have sparked anger online, with fans calling them a "cash cow".
Items like a £10 keyring, £85 Adidas football shirt, and £70 hoodie were among the priciest at the Cardiff venue.
When tickets went on sale last summer, fans queued on Ticketmaster for up to 12 hours.
Ticketmaster is now facing legal action for charging £350 for seats worth £150, misleading fans during the sale.
Twickets and Ticketmaster's resale site are still selling a limited number of tickets at their original price, plus fees.
Last month, the Home Office warned gig-goers that £1.6million was lost to ticket fraud in 2024.

Action taken to stop ticketless Oasis fans from watching this week's shows in Manchester
Huge steel fences have been erected to prevent ticketless fans from watching the Oasis reunion tour in Manchester. Liam and Noel Gallagher will resume their sold-out run of shows - their first since 2009 - with a performance at Heaton Park tonight, and two more on Saturday and Sunday. While tens of thousands bought tickets for Oasis's first two shows last weekend, crowds gathered to glimpse the large screens above the stage in the distance - in an area dubbed "Gallagher Hill" by some on social media. Manchester City Council has now said more steel fences have been erected around parts of the park to prevent ticketless fans from watching the gigs, and to protect nature in the park. "After taking stock of how the first two nights went, additional measures have now been deemed necessary and will be in place for the next three concerts," it said. "The erection of the fencing has a dual purpose - both to protect the environment from further damage and to dissuade people from gathering there. 1:23 The fences will cover a large area of the hill within the park's cattle field, which is being developed as a new woodland area with around 300 young trees planted. The council added that there would be no facilities for people without a ticket, and said the event area is "double-walled with solid high security fencing all the way round". More than 2,000 event security staff and police officers will also be on duty around the site "to ensure both the safety and wellbeing of ticket-holders and that only those who have tickets access the concert", it said. John Hacking, the council's executive member for employment, skills and leisure, also said in a statement that "unfortunately our hand has been forced in having to put these additional measures in place". He added: "Our advice to music fans who don't have tickets for the concerts is to head into the city centre instead. "The whole city is going all out to celebrate and help everyone have a good time. "We've got some fantastic things going on with a real party atmosphere for everyone to enjoy, whether they've got tickets for the Oasis gigs or not."

Rod Stewart, 80, cuts a dapper figure in pearl necklace and open-necked shirt as the stylish star steps out in New York City
He is an iconic singer known for his youthful looks and sense of style. And Rod Stewart cut a dapper figure as he stepped out in New York on Friday. The You Wear It Well singer, 80, flashed a glimpse of his bronzed chest in a loose fitting open-necked white shirt, which he paired with linen shorts. Rod looked handsome in some aviator shades and wore a pair of box fresh Converse and white socks, which he pulled up high. He completed his summer-fresh ensemble with an array of funky jewellery, which included a pearl necklace, a sparkly and chain bracelet and some rings. Looking in good spirits, the music legend - who is currently on tour in the US - clutched onto a cold beverage as he headed back into his luxury hotel. Rod's appearance comes after he candidly opened up about how his split from his ex-wife Rachel Hunter 'tore him to shreds '. The rock singer was in a relationship with the New Zealand model, 55, for nine years and they welcomed two children together - daughter Renee, 33, and son Liam, 30. The pair, who have a 24-year age gap, met at an LA nightclub when Rachel was just 21 years old, with Rod admitting his sister Mary thought his wife was 'too young'. Reflecting on the breakdown of their marriage, Rod admitted their age gap did end up being the reason for their eventual split, which he said 'tore him to shreds' at the time. Making rare comments about his ex-wife, he told The Times: 'Rachel left me because she was too young - my sister said I should never have married her in the first place -but it tore me to shreds.' Rod met his now-wife Penny Lancaster just six months after his split from Rachel, and said the gap was purely because his friend wouldn't hand over her number. When asked if he wanted to be single first, he quipped: 'F***ing right, there were six months between Rachel and Penny because my bass player, who had Penny's number, wouldn't give it to me. 'He said, ''All you're going to do now is s**g around'', and he was right: I had a splendid time in those six months.' Rod gushed over his wife Penny, 54, and told how she has 'everything' he wants as he revealed he is now happier than ever. The Maggie May hitmaker first met his ex-wife Rachel at Roxbury Club in Los Angeles and told how he thought she was a 'goddess' in his 2012 autobiography. 'There was a connection straight away. She was extremely beautiful, but there was something no-nonsense about her as well,' he shared in the book. 'It was there in her New Zealand accent, but also in her face, which was open and smart. 'Not only was she as far removed as could be from the stereotype of the flaky model, but she already had money and fame. 'That was a relief. In my position, that suspicion was always there: does this woman really like me, or just the stuff that surrounds me?' The next day, he sent two dozen red roses to her model agency and they quickly struck up a romance, tying the knot just three months later in December 1990. However, Rachel left him heartbroken when she called time on their eight-year marriage in January 1999, some seven years before they divorced in 2006. Months after their split, Rod embraced single life again and went on dates with models, including Caprice Bourret, though their romance didn't last. Rod then met Penny - who was 28 at the time - and they quickly began dating, which he previously admitted was 'difficult' on his family at the time. Rod said his siblings - Mary, Don and Bob - were initially 'suspicious' and didn't want a repeat of his split from Rachel, while Penny's own brother Oliver was worried about her dating a rock star. Despite initial tensions, their relationship went from strength-to-strength and the couple tied the knot in June 2007 after his divorce from Rachel was finalised. Rod and Penny share two children - Alastair, 19, and Aiden, 14 - and the couple are now on good terms with Rod's ex-wife Rachel. In 2017, Penny told the Loose Women panel how her and Rachel are now very friendly despite the rocky situation at the beginning. She explained: 'Rachel and I, over the years, we've grown up and both have a lot more in common now. We sit and chat and we've got over that silly period 10, 15 years ago. 'It's about being adults... We've moved on, grown up, and from the beginning I knew I wasn't dating just Rod; I was in a relationship with his family. 'I saw how all his children were getting on and I wanted my future children to do that as well.' Penny and Rachel are often seen smiling in photographs together during large blended family gatherings. Speaking of Rachel and Penny's relationship himself, Rod told the Daily Express: 'We get on great now and Penny gets on great with Rachel. 'In fact all the exes get on so I think I must have done something right.' The rocker has eight children from five different mothers and has been married three times, including his marriages to Penny and Rachel. Rod welcomed his oldest child, daughter Sarah Streeter, with his ex-girlfriend Susannah Boffey when he was just 18 years old, with the couple giving her up for adoption. Sarah, now 61, was raised by her adoptive parents but reconnected with Rod later in life, after her adoptive mother's death in 2007. He then went on to have two children, daughter Kimberly, 45, and his son Sean, 44, with his ex-wife Alana Stewart. The star fathered another daughter, Ruby, 37, with his former partner Kelly Emberg before marrying his second wife Rachel, who gave birth to Renee and Liam. Rod then welcomed his youngest two children - Alastair and Aiden - with Penny. And his youngest two sons showed their support for their father last week when they attended Glastonbury Festival to watch his headlining set. After he took over the Legends slot on Sunday, Rod took to Instagram to share snaps of his sons proudly watching on from the crowd. Aidan sat on elder brothers Alistair's shoulders for the set, while the 19-year-old wore a shirt from his father's beloved Celtics football team around his neck.

Italian Oasis fans recreate iconic Manchester street Renaissance photo
No, the last time you saw the above photograph wasn't it hanging in the Renaissance section of the National Gallery in London. In 2016, photographer Joel Goodman captured a Manchester street strewn with drunk revellers on New Year's Eve. First appearing on the Manchester Evening News, the photo shows police wrestling a man in the foreground, crowds outside a Greggs and a man who looks ready to be drawn like a French girl with his belly half out. The snap went viral on social media, with users recreating it as a watercolour painting or using the man as their artistic muse. Others found it almost perfectly flowed with the golden ratio – a snail shell-shaped proportion frequently found in nature and paintings. A lot has changed in the nearly 10 years since the Well Street Renaissance photo was taken, but it doesn't seem anyone has forgotten about it. Mancunian Ross posted on Bluesky about how she was leaving the pub when she spotted 'young-ish people frolicking on a random side street'. 'They're all wearing black, have got their phones out and are in odd positions on the pavement and in the side street,' she said. 'They seem to be yelling directions at each other. After a second of observing, I realise. 'Are you all trying to recreate the accidental Renaissance picture?!' 'YES!!!'' The group of art lovers had travelled to Manchester from Italy to see Oasis perform in Heaton for Liam and Noel Gallagher's Live '25 Tour. Ross said she decided to help out the Adidas-clad fans recreate Goodman's photograph by pretending to be one of the officers. 'We got chatting and (although I had to admit my general neutrality towards Oasis) I was effusive about how much I love this city after over a decade of living here and that they should all visit again,' Ros added. 'It was so, so lovely. Supersonic! Molto bene!' And other Bluesky users agreed. 'Recreating the masterpiece,' said Daniel Savage, an artist. 'What a joyful thing in this miserable world.' More Trending Simon Smith, a journalist, added: 'This is one of the best artistic statements ever made by any Italians. Ever.' Goodman, the man behind the original photo, felt the same – and for a very important reason. 'You've got to love these Oasis fans travelling from Italy to celebrate Mancunian culture,' he told Metro. 'As artificial intelligence (AI) saps the humanity and diversity from the world's creative wonders, it warms my soul to see people celebrate their love for music and photographs that reflect real human experiences, only made possible because they were created by humans.'
