Civerinos has five popular slice bars across Glasgow and Edinburgh
Over 160,000 votes were cast by loyal fans over three weeks to crown no less than 50 regional cuisine-led winners in the delivery giant's awards.
Judges included Deliveroo's CEO and founder, Will Shu, food critic and journalist Jimi Famurewa, and TV Chef and personality Tilly Ramsay.
Civerinos serves up authentic East Coast-style pizza, inspired by skate culture and 90s hip-hop.
Owner Michele Civiera sold his shoe collection to help buy the initial venue.
Since launching in 2014, the brand has become known for its 14-inch pies, laid-back interiors and great tunes.
Bosses even launched a "Sopranos-themed" diner last year.
Time Out Magazine previously said Civerinos pizza served up "some of the best slices you'll ever shove down your gob".
Raving over the delicious scran, professionals praised its "chewy crusts" and delicious "sweet-but-tangy marinara sauce".
Meanwhile, Deliveroo's Independent Restaurant of the Year 2025 has been won by CRUNCH from London after the five regional finalists, including Big Mannys' Pizza from Scotland, battled it out at a cook-off held at Deliveroo Editions in London.
Competing finalists had 45 minutes to cook their most popular Deliveroo main dish to the panels' discerning taste buds.

CRUNCH's most popular Deliveroo dish, the "Patty Melt", dazzled judges with its "next level" flavours.
Jimi Famurewa, food critic and Deliveroo restaurant awards judge, said: "Each finalist brought something unique and delicious to the table, making the final decision incredibly tough for us.
"However, CRUNCH from London stood out amongst the fierce competition, showcasing immense creativity, fine dining-level technique and mind-blowing flavour that impressed us all."
Scotland's best fish and chip shop was also crowned in this year's annual takeaway awards.

John Swinney responds to 'controversial' ScotRail AI voiceover
The Government-owned train operator recently rolled out 'Iona', an AI voice on some routes, which replaced older messages recorded by Mathers since 2005. While established Scottish voiceover artist and actress Gayanne Potter is seeking 'an apology from ScotRail and an acknowledgement they have made a mistake' when basing "Iona" on recordings she made in 2021 without her consent, Mathers revealed to The National she also had no knowledge of the AI rollout. ScotRail later told Mathers's agent which trains the AI has now been rolled out on and contracted the actress for another six months of usage. READ MORE: I've voiced ScotRail trains for 20 years. No one told me AI was replacing me During FMQs on Thursday, Tory MSP Sandesh Gulhane asked the First Minister about the issue, to which John Swinney said Transport Secretary Fiona Hyslop had told him ScotRail were "fixing it", referring to the voiceover. Gulhane said: "ScotRail is owned by the Scottish Government, yet it has chosen to use an AI voice, instead of employing a Scottish voice actor. "Is this how the Scottish Government supports actors?" Responding to Gulhane, Swinney said: "ScotRail have taken forward a development and I understand it has caused some controversy. "I'm sure ScotRail is engaging constructively with all concerned. "I think sometimes, these things just need careful handling, and I'm sure ScotRail will be doing exactly that. "The Transport Secretary tells me they're fixing it, so they'll be fixing it." ScotRail has been contacted for comment. READ MORE: Union slams Scottish companies using voice data without consent for new AI announcers SNP MSP Ben Macpherson has earlier highlighted Netflix's experience of filming Department Q — a drama currently ranked number one in the UK — in Edinburgh, asking the First Minister what was being done to encourage the growth of Scotland's film industry. Swinney said: "I welcome very much the investments that were made surrounding Department Q. I think it's been a tremendous success, and will be a great advert and showcase for our country. He added: "We have increased the budget for Screen Scotland and of course, the screen strategy that was published last year outlines an ambitious plan to grow the sector further and to combine international investment with increased support for emerging Scottish producers and local creative originations."

Film crew descends on major Scottish city for remake of beloved 90s classic
The streets of Edinburgh have been transformed into a vibrant Bollywood film set, with film crews and actors spotted filming at Princes Street Gardens and Portobello Beach One of Scotland's most iconic city centres has been transformed into a bustling film set as a movie production team descended on Edinburgh to shoot scenes for an upcoming film. Princes Street Gardens, in the heart of the capital, is currently being used for a major Bollywood production. The city is playing host to the filming of Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai - a modern remake of the popular 1990's Bollywood hit Biwi No. 1. The film is scheduled to hit cinemas in April next year. The film's title comes from a Hindu saying, which roughly translates to mean 'young people are bound to fall in love'. The original film, directed by filmmaker David Dhawan, told the story of a devoted housewife whose world is turned upside down when her husband leaves her for a glamorous supermodel. The remake is once again being directed by Dhawan. Filming for the romantic comedy in Edinburgh began this week, with the area around the Royal Scottish Academy and East Princes Street Gardens shut off as cameras rolled. Onlookers were treated to a colourful spectacle as Bollywood star Varun Dhawan - son of the director and one of India's highest paid actors - was seen filming a lively dance scene in traditional Bollywood clothing. The 38-year-old actor was joined by two backup dancers and a group of Scottish bagpipers dressed in kilts, creating a fusion of Indian cinema and Scottish culture in the capital. A short clip was shared online with the caption: "Varun Dhawan seen in Edinburgh today... shooting scenes from 'Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai," as crowds gathered around the Bollywood star. However, filming has not just stuck to the city centre. Earlier this week, cast and crew were also spotted filming on the gorgeous Portobello Beach. In preparation for filming in Scotland, the production team issued a casting call in May, seeking local Scottish talent to appear in the film as background extras. The casting call requested for individuals to portray nurses and doctors for a hospital scene. The 30-day shoot in Scotland is understood to cover two songs, with a chase sequence and 'comedic scenes' for the film. According to the production team, the Edinburgh scenes mark the final stages of the shooting schedule. As the casting call read: "The conclusion of Scotland schedule will lead to a film wrap, not-with-standing a couple of songs and some patchwork sequences." A source told Pinkvilla, a top Bollywood news site: "A lot of combination scenes, leading to chaos on screen, will be shot in Scotland. Bollywood stars Pooja Hegde and Mrunal Thakur are also starring in the film, as the stars have also been spotted around the capital city filming various scenes.
