If you're considering the screen for your next blockbuster, here's everything to expect.
What to expect
Arrive early before your movie, so you can make the most of the THEATRE lounge, complete with welcome drinks, pool tables and even shuffleboards for a quick game before the trailers start rolling.
Ranging from around Dhs225 a ticket, popcorn is included, but of course, you can order some other treats once you're in there.
And by treats, we mean a full three-course meal if you fancied it. Whether you choose burger sliders, a steak sandwich or dynamite shrimp, enjoy personal butler service.
Speaking of the seats, these reclining beauties are also heated, and complete with a blanket and a wireless phone charger. However, this means the main challenge is trying not to doze off during the movie.
Once the film gets going, the facilities are impressive, from the IMAX projection to the sound system and a great view no matter where you're sat.
Just like that, the credits will be rolling and you'll be slowly trying to clamber out of the chair you've just spent the last couple hours sinking into.
But the fun doesn't stop there. On your way out, you'll even be greeted with an adorable box of chocolates.

'It appears that I've severely underestimated Adam Scott's age,' one perplexed user wrote. 'What are you talking about Adam Scott has an adult daughter,' another wrote in disbelief. 'What do you mean Adam Scott is your dad?' wrote another. Someone else laughed: 'Not me thinking Adam Scott is like in his 30s.' 'Adam Scott has been 35 to me for the last 20 years. Blake suffered a courtroom blow this week in her ongoing legal battle with Baldoni. A New York judge threw a curveball in her attempt to withdraw her 'emotional distress' claims against the actor. Court filings obtained by the Daily Mail reveal the two parties had been slugging it out over the actress' claims that her co-star had caused her emotional distress, with Baldoni's team demanding she provide proof from her medical records. Lively's team instead then attempted to quietly drop that element from her blockbuster lawsuit on Friday but, critically, without prejudice – meaning the claim could be refiled at a later date. She also filed a motion on Monday to block Baldoni's request for her medical records arguing that she voluntarily sought to withdraw the claim in 'good faith to streamline the dispute'. Now, can reveal that Judge Lewis Liman on Tuesday agreed to deny Baldoni's motion based on Lively's decision to drop the claims, however, he also ruled that both sides will now have to negotiate whether her emotional distress element will be dismissed from the case permanently. In another blow, Judge Liman said even if the claims are not dismissed, Lively's team will no longer be able to produce evidence of emotional distress in court. The 24-hour legal spat has already seen claims and counterclaims traded by both sides, with Baldoni's team saying the Hollywood icon is trying to 'have it both ways'.
