Heidenheim goalkeeper Kevin Müller has suffered a concussion in a heavy collision during their match against Bochum, the Bundesliga club said on Saturday.
Heidenheim said the diagnosis was made late Friday in hospital and that it is not clear yet how long Müller will be sidelined.

Müller, 34, and Bochum player Ibrahima Sissoko collided in the 50th minute of Friday's 0-0 draw.
Müller was briefly knocked unconscious and was treated for some 10 minutes on the pitch before being taken off on a stretcher and to hospital. Sissoko was able to play on.
"That was a classic knock-out and we hope that he will return soon," coach Frank Schmidt said post-match.
Heidenheim are third last and have two games remaining in the season.
The incident came two weeks after a similarly nasty colission between RB Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi and Holstein Kiel player David Zec, in which both were concussed.

Bayer Leverkusen to appoint Andries Ulderink as Erik ten Hag's assistant coach
kicker reports that Bayer Leverkusen are set to appoint Andries Ulderink as Erik ten Hag's new assistant coach. Ulderink is currently the head coach of Royal Antwerp in the Belgian Pro League, having taken over in March to rescue their season and just missed out on the Conference League. Ulderink also has experience as an assistant coach, having previously held the role at Antwerp, Twente and Rangers. Advertisement The reason for Ulderink's hire is that he shares similar principles to ten Hag. The Dutchman likes to play a 4-2-3-1 and favours attacking football as well as having the ability to develop young players. What's clear is that Leverkusen are going back to the idea of developing young players, whilst also trying to compete for another Bundesliga title. So far, the only senior signing they have made is Mark Flekken, who joined from Brentford. The other signings in Ibrahim Maza, Tim Oermann and Axel Tape are all players who will be used in the first team eventually, but, apart from Maza, are not expected to have an immediate impact. Bayern Munich actively looking to sell Bryan Zaragoza: 'We are open to a transfer.'
Bayern Munich actively looking to sell Bryan Zaragoza: 'We are open to a transfer.' Bryan Zaragoza was not a member of the Bayern Munich squad that travelled to the USA for the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup tournament. Speaking to media, Max Eberl commented on the player's future. 'We are open to a transfer,' said Eberl. Advertisement Zaragoza spent last season on loan at Osasuna, scoring one goal and provided six assists in 27 La Liga games. There was no option to buy inserted in the player's contract but the consensus is, per Florian Plettenberg, that a permanent departure is planned. The Spaniard played just 171 minutes of football for Bayern Munich, all under Thomas Tuchel, following his €13m permanent transfer from Granada is July 2023. This is after the Bundesliga side paid around €4m to bring the Spaniard in on loan early. As well as Zaragoza, Sacha Boey is also a candidate for departure this summer as Bayern Munich look to revamp their squad ahead of a title defence. GGFN | Daniel Pinder
